Summary:
A routine stop for a traffic violation turns into a bloodbath as a drug dealer kills eight police officers. The DEA sends Detectives Jack Forzenski and Marcus Hill to help investigate a new mystery drug and to untangle a web of lies, betrayals, secrets, and temptations.
