Feb 10, 2020extremely repetitive gameplay but there's some fun to be had in couch co-op
-
Feb 9, 2021Boring tedious game That has nothing to offer except co-op , The worst part is this isn't so much to say about this game it's just there in 2004 games so much wants to be like the Lord of the Rings games den it hurts to look at, Don't play it just play The Lord of the Rings the Two Towers again

Xbox Nation MagazineA general sense of hack-and-slash ennui making Arthur just as nonstirring as the film was to a post-"Rings" audience. [Dec 2004, p.93]

Taking things into consideration, in an industry where videogames based on film licenses generally fail to match the level of quality, King Arthur does surprisingly well in conveying much of the films storytelling and cinematic features.

Game InformerNumerous playable characters are a big plus, but the repetitive enemies and environments are not. However, I'm always a fan of good cooperative play, which this title successfully incorporates. [Nov 2004, p.149]
