    The graphics are ugly, which is surprising considering how little you actually control them. You'd think they could have just taken a video tape and moved it faster and slower given the limited control in some events.

    It's not a game style that many can master; in fact it's downright frustrating and not always satisfying. Tapping two buttons like a madman will never feel like Skating, and neither will the twitch puzzle used for Figure Skating performance. But there isn't a better way.

    The whole point of Olympic-style games is for multiplayer fun and it is absolutely unforgivable that this game only supports two-players. [Mar 2002, p.78]
