This game has the realism i like and the multiplayer to boot so it is better than most but not the best.

I don't think this game is always being treated fairly. Yes, it does lag in framerate, and it does look somewhat dated, but it is very enjoyable as a western first person shooter with many campy qualities and decent fps action.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. As much as this game has horrible design for its fighting and combat, this game still has its Charm giving everyone a story and a good one as well. The gameplay can be overwhelming at times, as well as when your playing the Xbox version, never played the PC version of the game but i do know that Xbox is the way to go. When you play the game and beat the 1st main stage, get the 2nd Winchester and just shoot everyone. Its an aim-bot gun for everyone. I remember one of the bosses being about throwing dynamite at it, but when your playing the Original Xbox version, the game chugs! which makes itself at almost 10 frames per second which is not acceptable. Overall, this game is incredible and splendidly smart. Expand

If you thought shooters needed more Stetson hats and Winchester rifles, you can't go wrong with this one. [May 2004, p.96]

Fails at almost every level. The framerate shudders like a dying horse. [June 2004, p.86]
