Jul 23, 2025Wuchang: Fallen Feathers does not revolutionize the soulslike genre in any way, but it stands out for its excellent combat system, which, although it does not reinvent the wheel, entertains with creative boss fights, a good variety of weapons, and a wide range of builds. Despite an uninteresting world to explore and a lack of memorable story or characters, the title developed by Chinese studio Leenzee could mark the beginning of a new franchise that, at least in its debut game, leaves a positive impression and could be fertile ground for more ambitious and creatively rich sequels
