    Arguably one of the worst games I have played this year. I really like the characters and I was enjoying the story for most part, but the gameplay is beyond terrible. Feels like a game that was made in 2010. This should have been $30 max. I couldn't even make it through the story before I just quite from a combination of boredom and the bad gameplay. I gave it 4 stars because the actors who voiced the characters did a wonderful job and the story itself was pretty entertaining at times. It just isn't enough to carry it through utterly disappointing game mechanics and a UI/UX system that seems like it was created by a first time developer.… Expand

    Short game. Hit max level in first playthrough without chaos chamber. Why???? Tooooooo much XP. Wayyyyyy less ledgendaries. DLC is the worst in history. FPS drops on series x. Looks worse then BL3. Feels like a BL3 DLC. Not worth 60. Wait for sale and content.

Lots of minor bugs everywhere, but the most disappointing of all is the handling of tooltips in split screen multiplayer, there's almost no information on the weapons, not even the type until you enter the detailed view. Problems when trying to compare items, dialogs thatAs a long time follower of the series I feel cheated with the current state of the game, it seems it's still a Beta.     We where waiting with a friend for the launch to play together (XBSX & PC) It never happened since Friday release. "Full crossplay support at launch" they said, nope there is not such thing in this game. (Hum no server at all it seems)

    Bad optimization. Xbox s series after 3 hours constant freeze, uneven multiplayer with players of 5 more levels, surcharge for a homework. I will no longer purchase gearbox games

    Good-
    The gunplay is so fun. The characters are hilarious and continually make me laugh. The acting is fantastic. There are some good changes to the overworld structure. The boss fights are fun and interesting.
    Bad- The number-based looting gets annoying real quick. There are some random encounters that feel so random. Even on a next gen console, I am getting inconsistent frame rates    Good-

    Bad-
    The number-based looting gets annoying real quick. There are some random encounters that feel so random. Even on a next gen console, I am getting inconsistent frame rates that range from 25 FPS to 60.

    Thoughts-
    While it doesn’t break much new ground for what is technically a new IP, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is an overall highly enjoyable experience that does just enough new to stand out from the series it branched off from. While it doesn’t fix some of the issues with the writing and loot mechanics that Borderlands has been plagued by for its entire existence, I found myself consistently engaged with the world, characters, and gameplay that Wonderlands offers, frequently coming back for more even when I didn’t expect to. There’s certainly a large portion of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands that we’ve played at length before, but from the lovable characters to the addicting gunplay, it’s hard to argue that it doesn’t hold up to make this experience worth playing.    … Expand

    I really love the story and the humor they went for in this game. Gameplay is absolutely solid and I think the char creation and skills system are well though out. The game crashes from time to time during co-op. Other than that I’m very much happy with the game.

    Crossplay is broken due to pitiful server performance, essentially making the game a rubberbanding simulator.
    2K Support pretends to be fixing the issue by ignoring it and saying "it's fixed" during low load time e.g. early morning hours.

    Other than that - when the game works it's fun, better than Borderlands 3.

    Listen, if you enjoy RPG’s, Table Top, Fantasy, Borderlands games then this game is the most perfect fusion of all of said things. Love the customization, love the lore. Go support the team who made this. They made it from their homes during covid. Bravo Gearbox.

    I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with this game so far. And here are my cons and pros of playing this game so far and the experience I’ve had

    Cons: 1. A lot of times the textures take a long time to load in so it can be jarring at times 2.     1. I absolutely love the color pop they are going with this instead of the dark color of the borderlands series. The fresh vibrancy is a nice breath of fresh air for me. 2. Dialogue Isn’t the worst. It’s more borderlands if you like that and for me I do. 3. Most of the weapons are fun and unique so there’s room for any play style here!

    I haven't had this much fun in a Borderlands game in years. Even the side quests are good and I find it very hard to put down. I feel that the majority of people giving this a bad review are just bigots who can't handle seeing a gay person in a vidogame.

    Having a blast with this despite the 8 reviews & sub-80 composite. If you enjoy these games, pick it up. Spellshot is the most fun class to play since Brick’s explosive punch build. Even more fun with co-op. Elden Ring is in vogue, but I’ll personally be putting many more hours into wonderlands. No they didn’t reinvent the wheel here, but IMO they didn’t need to. The formula still works &Having a blast with this despite the 8 reviews & sub-80 composite. If you enjoy these games, pick it up.     I have played all the borderlands and this game does exactly what it advertised, they did a game that is built to the most of their capabilities like a D&D board game without losing the spirit of the borderlands with their signature graphic style that look as good as ever and the corny and stupid humor which i love since the first game.     I created a Metacritic account after lurking for years just to leave a quick review of this game. I'll keep it short. This is the most fun I've had playing a game in a long time. It's well written, genuinely funny dialogue, smooth/polished gameplay, and an absolute joy to play. I finally feel like I got my money's worth purchasing a game! Looking forward to endgame. Cheers!

    A solid Borderlands style shooter with a different style, insane customization, and a fun gameplay loop. Story was meh, but the characters were fun enough, and I found myself playing it a lot more than I would have expected.

    It's not a flawless game but I enjoyed it a lot. The setting is pretty cool - basically you're playing an tabletop DND game combined with the usual Borderlands-like looter shooter stuff and over-the-top humor. There could be a higher level cap and more freedom during your playthrough. Nevertheless it's fun.

    I hated elden ring. I love tiny Tina.

    Maybe I have the taste of a yokel which wears trucker hats but this game is fantastic. It’s funny with great combat mechanics and power ups. I especially enjoy being able to put it down and pick it up to play casually whenever I have time.

Buono il solito sistema di gunplay e il looting ma npc inguardabili, gameplay annacquato allo sfinimento con arene, dialoghi interminabili e sempre le stesse meccaniche. Freeze e bug di ogni tipo che ti costringono a riavviare il gioco, texture che ancora si caricano dopo minuti in uno scenario che è già povero di dettagli di suo.È palese che gearbox sta solo cercando di mungere la mucca.     This is an awesome game and has so much potential, however, there are so many bugs in this game that are happening frequently. My brother and I played together on the same console and both saved and came back the next day and played and saved again. Then on the third time we went to play my brother character was back to what it was halfway through the first day we played.

    This game did change things up little by going deeper into character creation, which is cool, but...damn, it's still Borderlands. This year's Handsome Jack clone is a dragon guy played by Will Arnett. I've never complained about Borderlands' humor before,    I can't complain that Borderlands never changes, because I keep buying all these games anyway. But man...Borderlands never changes.

    This game did change things up little by going deeper into character creation, which is cool, but...damn, it's still Borderlands. This year's Handsome Jack clone is a dragon guy played by Will Arnett. I've never complained about Borderlands' humor before, but this time it was difficult to get through. I feel like I saw every joke coming. The combat is the same as ever, with more emphasis on melee and the replacement of grenades with spells.

    Too woke for me. Way too much. I hate to see where the series is going. The game is fun, narrative is chaotic and can be annoying tho, violence is toned down a bit. Gunplay is good and skills are interesting

    It's alright, it's fun with friends if the servers allow it, otherwise playing it so is quite boring. The humorous characters makes this game better but frame drops, freezing, stuttering are not making this game brilliant. Can't recommend it for full price

The gameplay attempts to take advantage of the fantasy setting by adding spells and magical weapons into the looter shooter design that the franchise has created but it doesn't really add anything to theI really wanted to enjoy this game more than I did but I just couldn't. Tiny Tina's Wonderlands has a fantastic story with good humor that is a massive improvement from Borderlands 3. The Overworld area is a clever innovation in this game as it is inspired by table top games. This can also be seen in the dungeons & dragons like narration, setting and character building. Overall this game tries to sell you a completely reworked Borderlands experience but I found that this games adds next to nothing in terms of gameplay. Don't get me wrong it is still fun to complete but most of the content present here feels too familiar and can get boring after a while.… Expand

I'm a sucker for looter games and was absolutely not disappointed with Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, worth every cent. The humor is great and was really laughing with jokes and references. Really do recommend the game.     the base game was pretty fun, but it was ridiculously short, it was basically just a standalone DLC for borderlands 3, and the DLCs for it were just head hunter DLC from borderlands 2, not to mention the sheer amount of bugs that made it stupidly hard to finish the game

    Absolutely disappointing. Crazy how this is the worst thing Randy Pritchford has done so far.

    DLC was garbage. Limited replayability as end game is rubbish too.

    Worst of all though is they have butchered split screen play. Borderlands used to be one of the last great games to include fantastic split screen support, and they decided to completely undo that for Wonderlands. Hopefully its not a sign of things to come.

    How did they break split screen? Well you can now no longer see your guns details when looking at loot in your shops / inventory. This means when you pick up a gun, look at it in your inventory, you cant see:

    Elemental modifiers and %
    Gold value
    Special effects
    Flavour text
    Type of gun it is

    All the things you need to decide on if you want to use it. Basically they took the "looter" part out of their looter shooter, and the shooter part isnt strong enough on its own to carry the game.    … Expand

    Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is a fantastic looter shooter that enhances the Borderlands franchise. What's more, it utilises many much-loved mechanics and has some new elements chucked in. The combination of FPS action and the isometric overworld work perfectly to deliver the crazy plot. Alongside this, the acting is fantastic and you'll chuckle repeatedly from start to finish.
