    Pesimo juego, mecanicas de generacion pasada,no hay desafio en el juego solo se rescata la musica de esta novela grafica

Realmente tenia mis expectativas con el primer explusivo temporal de XBOX series X, pero resultó tener unas animaciones y modelados al nivel de Heavy Rain (en el 2000 era la bomba pero ya no). Lo único que da miedo son esos bajones de resolución a 900p... Dónde está el 4k y la potencia infinita de la consola? Muy, muy decepcionado. No veo nueva generación porUna aventura decepcionante.     Sucesor "espiritual" de Silent Hill es peor que insultar a tu propia madre, no es más que un juego del montón, de esos que encuentras en la categoría de juegos gratuitos, sin pena ni gloria.

    Graphic mediucre game more or less and nothing too much that other games have presented before at the time of PS1, since games with the same budget are much better

    I kept going back and forth throughout The Medium's 8 hour campaign as to whether I liked the first true Series X exclusive for the console. The gameplay elements are very hit or miss for me, mostly miss. The static camera, ala the old Resident Evil games, come with their own drawbacks like weird character movement and unable to know what the correct path can be sometimes. And the generalI kept going back and forth throughout The Medium's 8 hour campaign as to whether I liked the first true Series X exclusive for the console. The gameplay elements are very hit or miss for me, mostly miss. The static camera, ala the old Resident Evil games, come with their own drawbacks like weird character movement and unable to know what the correct path can be sometimes. And the general sluggish nature of moving around the main character, Marianne, throughout the story was almost a hassle for the most part. Also the constant pop in of textures, during cutscenes and exploration, were beyond awful. Which didnt help with some of the bland textures when they were loading right. However the story was compelling, if containing a few plot holes here and there, to keep me going. That was until I got to the ending. As the game got to about the 3/4ths mark, the plot holes kept getting bigger and bigger until they were crater sized. With an ending that was so bad that it completely ruined the experience for me. They did set up for a sequel but the characters decisions at the end were a total cop out for they had been building up to the entire time. No specific spoilers but I honestly feel like I wasted my time with this game. Thankfully this is a gamepass game so it doesnt feel like a total loss for me. However if I had spent 60 dollars on this game to experience that ending, I'd be very angry with the way they went about it here. Not a great way for the first Series X exclusive game to end.… Expand

    The Medium It's like a ps2 survival horror game with better graphics. There's not many enemies and its boring levels make it a regular game.

    Great sound design. Rest is bull-crap. Doesn't look good on a 4k TV. Ray tracing isn't showcased properly. Won't recommend. Play Outlast if you want to play horror games.

    A very good game with a short story ranging at 10 hours, it tries to do something different and innovates in a genre that has been stale for quite a bit. The action parts and environments are well done and definitely a highlight of what the next gen can do!

    It’s a complete mess, the Story is mediocre, and the dual screen gimmick only makes the game run poorly at 30 FPS and a lower resolution, it was 1 of the worst horror games I’ve ever played

    A disappointment. It’s patronising that you are forced to only walk. The animations are unfinished which is sad because the environmental art is lovely. The gimmick doesn’t salvage what is bad directorship.

    This game is very boring. You repeat completing the same kinds of tasks over and over again. Unfortunately the game also runs at a max frame rate of 30fps on the xbox series x.

    Tiene unas bajadas de fps muy grandes, con tirones y enganchones muy molestos. La historia no está mal, pero es que no puedes hacer nada en el juego, solo andar y andar.

    Just chock how bad this game is. Gameplay not existing. Puzzle boring. Graphic ok. Story didn’t like it. Npc boring. 8hrs of boring game. If its the future of gamepass boring game like this yeah pss on this and don’t buy this waste of money get a Month gamepass if you want to try and cancel that game is not worth full price.

    This game is obviously being review boosted by Xbot fanboys becuause its literally the only next gen exclusive on The Series consoles..Still anyone that isnt a fan boy and has even moderate gaming experiance sees just by watching the game that its objectivly trash, its one the most underwheaming and behind the time horror experiances of the last 2 generatins. Dual worlds was done one the n64 and there is no excuse for those animations and the lack of attention to detail and interactivity.
    Anyone with moderate experiance with games will see in moments that The Medium is a below par effert. Unfortunatly journalists arent required to have any experiance with games to do official public reviews.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Habe es nach dem PC auf der Series X ausprobiert , es sieht schon recht schwach aus und hat Framedrops unter 30 die man merkt .
    Die Steuerung ist auch sehr rückständig , schlimmer als bei Resident Evil in den 90er.
    Der Sound ist sehr gut gemacht , aber hilft der lahmen Story auch nicht war nach 8std 30 Minuten fertig sowas langweiliges habe ich lang nicht mehr gespielt.
    Echt Schlecht dieses Spiel.

    Empezó bien el juego pero llegó un momento que se buggeo y no me dejaba avanzar la historia, jugabilidad malisimas, rendimiento pésimo y gráficos de hace 2 generación, no lo recomiendo.

    Despite clunky animations, repetitive gameplay and some technical issues with the Xbox Series X version, I completed The Medium twice. Its dual-reality design, art direction and brilliant soundtrack often made me stop to take in a view or relish the music. Its mature story and atmosphere reminiscent of Silent Hill helped a lot too.     The exclusive Microsoft - The Medium is yet another significant milestone in the catalogue of psychological horror games from Bloober Team, which is increasingly becoming one of the best studios in this area. Without hiding where it comes from, it's an experience horror fans won't want to miss, no matter how short. The duality approach is interesting and has enormous potential. I hope that the Bloober Team will get to work on it again and develop it more in-depth.
