Sep 14, 2021Unplayable garbage. Horrifically buggy, barely finished, hard to control, and straight up not fun. Spend your money anywhere else.

Sep 4, 2021Just awful. All but impossible to move around and grab anything. Not good for a surgeon.

Sep 7, 2021I had to make an account just to express how bad this game is. In its current form, on Xbox, it’s literally unplayable. You can’t even get through the tutorial because grabbing things is nearly impossible. I’ve had lots of fun with the first, this is a dreadful sequel and I hope they fix it because I’d love a good follow up to the original.

Nov 23, 2022Absolutely crap so difficult worse then surgeon simulator kidney space operation bad controls rushed Honestly if this is your first surgeon simulator experience I feel bad for you absolute **** such a dog arse please don't play

Mar 14, 2023This game is so bad, I don't even know how they messed this up so bad. The game is poorly optimized, it runs at a whole 9 fps and the players that you play with are just struggling to get the new item if they complete a level in a short time, and they will get mad at you and swear if you mess up. Buy the first one instead.

Sep 16, 2021Surgeon Simulator 2 expands and improves the experience of the original, bringing us a game loaded with content and fun for one and several players, with a correct graphic appearance and somewhat long loading times.

Sep 16, 2021Like its predecessor, Surgeon Simulator 2 can be a whole lot of fun, and there is certainly a lot more content this time around to keep players entertained for a long while. There’s some great comedy moments that can be had when performing the medical procedures, usually by accidentally pulling off a limb or attaching a body part in a place it shouldn't be. This is magnified during multiplayer, as the chaos of multiple people working on the same patient is very enjoyable. A few players might find the console controls a bit too frustrating and the puzzle segments are not entirely compelling, but it certainly gets a lot more right than it does wrong.

Sep 13, 2021Surgeon Simulator 2 on Xbox has a few things going against it which will unfortunately put a lot of people off. Things such as a buggy launch and a high degree of difficulty for a starting point hinder it somewhat. If you can get over these stumbling blocks, there is a fair amount of variation in here.
