    Legitimately fun game with a high skill ceiling involving a combination of raw aim, map awareness, and portaling ability.

    Definitely not a bad game by any means. Just a bit rough and unpolished at times on console and there isn't much to choose from in terms of customization. However, it's a fun experience and for free it's really not anything to complain about

    Splitgate is really fun game with all of its features and game modes. Love all weapon classes and the aspect of portaling around which keeps every player on their toes. I would extremely recommend not just for the XBOXSX/S but on all consoles and pcs.

    Splitgate is a love letter to the arena-shooter genre. Borrowing inspiration from the revolutionary Halo and Portal, it perfectly blends the smooth combat and role-based weaponry with smart portal-based traversal. Playlists are endless, however, to a fault. The number of playlists mixed with the limited player-base increases wait times dramatically, especially if cross-play is disabled. OnSplitgate is a love letter to the arena-shooter genre. Borrowing inspiration from the revolutionary Halo and Portal, it perfectly blends the smooth combat and role-based weaponry with smart portal-based traversal. Playlists are endless, however, to a fault. The number of playlists mixed with the limited player-base increases wait times dramatically, especially if cross-play is disabled. On a positive note, while waiting for players, you’re thrown into an arena to warm up beforehand. The only other negative is the lack of a cohesive artistic vision. Skins and environments don’t set a standard as to what Splitgate looks like; It doesn’t stand out or give itself its own identity. This doesn’t impact gameplay, so for me, it is a minor issue. Overall, if you’re into fast-paced arena combat mixed with an interesting and fun mechanic, you’ll like Splitgate.… Expand

    Фишка в виде порталов очень классная, но использовать её на джойстике очень сложно. А во всём остальном добротный сетевой шутер.

    Splitgate comes very close to plagiarizing Halo, and its presentation is not without flaws; nevertheless, the excellent gameplay execution and the addition of portals, introducing an additional layer of tacticality, work great resulting in a damn fun game. Its current popularity is definitely deserved, and we are eager to see how the title will evolve in the future.

    If you haven’t played Splitgate but are looking for a new shooter to try out then it is most definitely recommended. 1047 Games have done a great job with server support and connection times have continued to improve since first launch.

    By skillfully mixing Halo and Portal, Splitgate offers fun and enjoyable combat. Perfect for decompressing during short sessions, the relaxed game modes will please players weary of competition and simply looking to frag in peace. Free, fun, generous in terms of cards and game modes… This FPS has it all. And too bad if it draws a little too frankly in his inspirations, because Splitgate is a game of undeniable solidity and in the end, that's all that matters.
