Apr 9, 2024For fans of South Park what we have here can be considered a filler experience. For those itching for a new South Park title this will suffice but just don’t expect this installment to be a worthy replacement for Stick of Truth 2. South Park: Snow Day! is a short and enjoyable experience to be played with another South Park fan. The shift in genre still allows the show to keep its trademark humor while welcoming chaotic multiplayer fun but it’s also that shift that provided repetitive combat and short replayability. At only $30 some might find it a worthwhile pick-up, but it’s more likely you’ll be looking forward to the sun shining elsewhere.

Apr 8, 2024Fans of the show will no doubt get something out of this, but on a fundamental level, South Park: Snow Day! emerges as a somewhat shallow and unsatisfying experience, despite its best efforts to provide depth through cards and other light RPG elements. After Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole, this feels like a backwards step.

Apr 22, 2024I would really have liked to come to this space with some phrase of emotion, satisfaction or happiness with Snow Day, but unfortunately that has not been the case. Is it the worst game in the world? No, not even close, and that's why the note that this review carries, but the truth is that it doesn't even compare to the previous editions and I think that only the most die-hard fans of South Park will like it a little, so If you're in this group, for $30 it's a game that's not too bad , but I also hope you don't get your hopes up.

Apr 9, 2024Devoid of the cult humour that it has made its own over the years, SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY! feels like a generic multiplayer game with the thinnest South Park skin layered over it.
-
Mar 26, 2024In the end, South Park: Snow Day! is a disappointment and a very dated experience overall. This makes it easy to skip without anything of real value being missed. It’s unfortunate, because the last two games were so good, but the decisions that went into changing things up have led to a very forgettable game. One that isn’t fun whatsoever.

Mar 29, 2024South Park: Snow Day! is a disappointment. Unless you are a die-hard fan of the TV series, it is hard to find any real added value. As well as being very short, the title is also quite tedious. The gameplay lacks depth and impact, despite a few good ideas like the deck building components. The presence of the official French-language version saves the day, but as it stands, even at the low price of €30, we would advise you to pick up the excellent and tried and tested “The Stick of Truth” and “The Ring of Fate” instead.
