    Session is obviously built for the hardcore fans of skating games or skaters themselves. The seriously difficult but rewarding trick system, the aesthetics, and sometimes feel of the city itself all bring Session together well as a unique representation of the sport. Session is a true skateboarding simulator; a fun, challenging and rewarding game.

    For skateboarding fans who have actually skated, Session: Skate Sim will be great - when it is complete. For casual fans looking for instant fun, they may want to think twice about jumping on board.

    Those looking to Session to fill a Skate­-shaped hole in their gaming life are likely to be sorely disappointed. It is not an easy game to learn, but more importantly, it’s also not a fun one either. Some better tutorials or alternate control options might have saved the game a little, but as it is I just can’t find any reason to recommend this to anyone outside of truly dedicated skaters willing to put the grind in.

    The game just isn't ready. It's has potential to be better than Skate but everything is still experimental. It's been several years now andThe game just isn't ready. It's has potential to be better than Skate but everything is still experimental. It's been several years now and they're charging a decent amount of money for what's essentially a beta. Once the game is complete, it'll be a great immersive experience, but until then it simply isn't at a stage where they should be charging anything for it. Thank God for Xbox's free trials, almost wasted $40 for this on my PS4. Skater XL is in the same boat, another game with tremendous potential that still needs time in the oven. All that being said, Skate 3 is still the most complete "sim" skating experience you can get til this day.… Full Review »

    They ruined the game with the 1.0 update and it's no longer any fun. Buy Skater XL instead.
