    the worst parts of a very very poor mans version of gears mixed with destiny in bad bland and boring.
    this is what happens when you don´t have the first clue about gamedesign, these mechanics actively work against eachother. this is what happens when you design by committee and don´t actual play anything yourself. i´m about 2 hours in and already bored **** it´s like a shooting gallery    the worst parts of a very very poor mans version of gears mixed with destiny in bad bland and boring.
    this is what happens when you don´t have the first clue about gamedesign, these mechanics actively work against eachother. this is what happens when you design by committee and don´t actual play anything yourself. i´m about 2 hours in and already bored **** it´s like a shooting gallery mini game in other games that´s at best a slight diversion for a few minutes but would be an utter chore if that´s all you get. and this is all you get, lifeless soulless derivative garbage. and top top it off you can´t even pause the **** game when playing offline. i feel bad for the staff who had to work on this since technically it´s well made it looks good and runs welll on series x but that´s unfortunately completely irrelevant if its boring as **** and it feels more and more pointless and like biggest waste of time the longer you play.    … Expand

    Great game, I have a lot of fun playing this title. I didn't expect this kind of fun because usually i don't like loot shooters but this game give me a lot of pleasure.

    the game is good but servers are broken, you spend your time on waiting more than playing. i spent hours in signing in and trying join players, and lose host connection, i restart my xbox sx and router to play. i waited almost month to be fixed but seem they don't know how to fix their game, i gave up on it.

    This is a great, gritty loot em up. The environments are unique, the gunplay is tight and the characters are all enjoyable. If you played the demo, you’ll really have a nice time with this one.

    Imagine that "The Division 2" and "Destiny 2" had a child. And it was a very good child.

    4K, 60 fps, Game Pass day one, great gameplay, interesting story, very good loot system.
    The only thing this game needs is an endgame - but I hope it will get a lot of content updates in the future.

    Love everything about it. Story, gameplay, content, its all great. Only thing keeping it from a 10 for me is some server issues and some unbalanced fights, but I'm sure those will be ironed out. Keep up the good work PCF!

    Wasn't expecting anything from this game, but it got me hooked in. Gameplay is addictive and smooth - one of the best looter shooters I've ever played. I even truly loved the story and characters, such a rare thing for this genre.

    Muy bien juego, lo único malo es que los servidores todavía no están optimizados, por lo que a veces te saca de la partida o tardas en entrar, no le hagan caso a los mamadores quee dan baja calificación, si lo pueden probar haganlo.

The game really wants you to focus on your gear, keeping it upgraded, and crafting it into what you want your character to be. 4 classes, each with 3 different skill trees and a bunch of abilities to choose from however you’d like and this game allows you to play exactly how youAbsolutely amazing game. In the past 3 days despite the server issues I’ve still played 28 hours of the game. The game makes you feel like a genuine bad ass with how you look and the monsters and people you’re sometimes literally disintegrating. There are some amazing moments in the game, from slaying massive monsters to charging up battlefields against all the odds. On top of all of this the game has a humour that I just absolutely love. Really amazing game. I hope once the server problems get figured out more people will enjoy it, and that the game does well enough to have the team continue to work on it with expansions and more.… Expand

    Overall gameplay is great. Almost too challenging to play without a team, but that is part of the appeal. There are a few glitches and aim seems a little off while using the sniper rifle but nothing that breaks the game.

    The game is a solid 8 with some quality of life issues resolved like the bad mini map and aim assist it would be an 8.5. I put a 10 to offset all of the stupid 0 star reviews. The servers are square enixs fault not the devs, they don’t deserve a zero star because of something they had no control over. The game is vastly superior the division and destiny in almost every aspect.     The game would be otherwise decent should not be there the confusing quest (quest map) structure. I honestly do not understand that after years of development how can they think that this is a good way of handling main and side quests. After some 6 hours of gameplay I am still struggling to get used to the "quest map" which I find extremely frustrating. World Tiers calibrates the difficulty, presenting you with the level of challenge you want and the corresponding loot it comes with. Loot-wise, everything is useful. I've always avoided crafting in games. I find it boring and pointless. Outriders forces you to fullyInitial server's and matchmaking issues aside, this game is FUN and well done. Loot-wise, everything is useful. I've always avoided crafting in games. I find it boring and pointless. Outriders forces you to fully engaged in it... And it's worth it! Hundreds of mods to choose from, allowing you to experiment with many different effects, combinations, and play styles. Effect visuals and skills are very cool. End game Expeditions is satisfying when playing with a good team or solo.

    Even in the the middle of battling caos the game maintains 60 frames (or very close) and it looks amazing on the Series X! Judge for yourself, and enjoy the grind.    … Expand

    Outriders exceeded all expectations and deserves a good qualification. Server issues were taken seriously and transparently, quick solutions offered while working permanently ones. The game itself is wonderful and addictive, very good mechanics and progression, good visuals and no dropping FR/FPS guarantee quality gameplay.

    I play it with my xbox game pass and I really like it. Not the best game EVER, but a fun and entertaining game. It's challenging, the story is good so far and the gameplay is good. The gameplay feels like a mix of gears of war, the division and the powers feels like Destiny. For me, it's a good game.

    Really enjoying my time playing outriders solo. After playing the XSX version and x1 version I can see most of the technical problems people have mentioned don’t happen in the new gen version. The biggest difference I noticed was aiming, on the last gen version the aiming is a bit rough and feels like it judders but the new gen it’s smooth and not at all an issue, guess the FPS boost onReally enjoying my time playing outriders solo. Los combates son increíbles obligándote a cambiar de posición constantemente, y dominar el combate cuerpo a cuerpo y la puntería a larga distancia es esencial. Los gráficos son muy buenos sobre todo los efectos de las armas. La jugabilidad genial. La historia te sumerge en unMe está encantando, voy por el nivel 15 de personaje y después de unas 15h de juego puedo decir q es un juegazo.     The story's not great, the dialogue is terrible, and the graphics are mid-range.......but it is a lot of fun.

    I never thought I'd play for as long as I have but the the progression through looting is addictive enough and rapid enough to keep me coming back.

    Nice story line and graphics. But a lot of bugs, many times game crashes and go back go Dashboard. It’s hard to connect even to your Friends to play together. But the worst part is boring end game with few different expeditions.

    Juego que desprecie cuando salió la beta, ahora que tengo series x lo jugué gracias al gamepass y quedé sorprendido , está bastante bien el juego, me gusto lo suficiente como para acabarlo, se merece un 8 entretiene tiene buen gameplay, nada del otro mundo pero tampoco es una basura, para jugarlo gratis me parece bastante divertido

It's a looter-shooter done right. Visuals are stunning, gameplay is very intuitive and overall game is fun to play. It's not genre changing title, but 85/100 - 90/100 is where game should stand at ratings imho.Game isn't 10/10, but 73/100 doesn't do it justice.     I usually don't rate games at all but I couldn't stay silent on this one. The game is horrible. If you've ever played Anthem and had to put up with what went on with that game, this game is it's sequel. The end game is terrible. You are encouraged to play with other people but because the scaling is so bad, you're better of playing by yourself. The percentage of loot drops is actually sad. out of 20 items, a certain mission guarantees you that the chance of those items being Legendary is 10%, the chance of it being Epic is 89%, and the chance of it being rare is 1%. I'm not a mathematician, but explain to me how in 5 runs of 20 items, i've gotten at least 75 rare items, 23, epic, and 2 legendary. if it weren't for the game being on my game pass, I would seriously seek a refund… Expand

    I love this game, more I play more I love it. The story is good and deep if you want to jump in it. But you have to like to read. The gameplay is extremly fun. Sometimes it's hard but the fun is still here. This game is a good surprise for me. Thanks People Can Fly.

    Dont listen to half the bad reviews havnt encountered a single bug and the game is ridicoulsy fun its like gears of war borderlands 3 and destiny had a baby 10/10 would reccomend and the boss fights are sick.

    One of the best games around. Somewhat similar in mechanics to Gears 5, yet much better in terms of campaign storyline and game depth - specifically playing on Xbox Series X. Highly recommended. The bad reviews are misleading as most are about servers availability early on, as well as some stability/quality issues long fixed.

    It is a real solid game which kept my playing the campaign until the very end. Good story, good gameplay, starts hard and gets easier with every item you find. Good sidequests. You start to optimize with every item you carry in your backpack and with all the skills you have. For me it was fun. One point minus was the german synchro.     This is a very good game. The lore, the world, the combat, it all drew me right in and was a lot of fun. That being said, there isn't a lot of reason to continue once you beat the game. You can keep doing the same stuff on more difficult settings and max your character, but that portion of the game is extremely repetitive.     Outriders was very good coop game and this game leaves a good impression. Cool gun play and end game but that's all. After all there was nothing to do. Story and music was great. Happy that it was in gamepass.

There are so many different ways to play the game that it makes it fun to replay just to see if you can make a stronger character. I found the story to be compelling if you paid attention to it. It may have had glitches when it was released, but it runs like a clock now. My crew played the first story and then Worldslayer this past week and we had a blast! Outriders plays like a more in depth Borderlands (which I also loved). Please, please Square Enix make an Outriders 2.     Visually the game looks good. We have not gotten a lot of titles to showcase these new consoles and Outriders does a good job with a rock-solid 60fps on Series X. The worlds are diverse, and the giant monsters are a sight to behold. The voice acting is atrocious and the story forgettable, but the actual world and shooting are simply outstanding. Outriders is a perfect storm. A shiny new game to show off these new consoles. The fact that it launched day and date onto Game Pass has definitely helped with its success, as has the fact that gamers are hungry for new experiences. I will likely be playing a bunch of Outriders in 2021, and that speaks volumes to its longevity. I hope the team continues to expand on the title as we move through the year, as I look forward to coming back to it for quite some time.

    All in all, Outriders falls short of Anthem in the launch-period stability stakes. Having to combat the game to be able to combat enemies and then combat the game to be able to combat enemies and then combat the… well, it’s just not worth it.

    It is a game that is interested in one thing and one thing only: turning enemies into bloody smears and hopefully finding some new shoes. And, thankfully, it is very good at it. If you are one of those people-who-like-this-kind-of thing, of course.
