I loved this game so much and I'm playing through it again to see a different ending. I think there's 4 different endings and I can see myself playing through it four times to try and get each one.
The graphics look fantastic on Series X and the cutscenes are truly amazing. I remember the older Oddworld games and always loved the story in them so I was happy to see this one have the same

lorne lanning you have made a disatro you had to be faithful at least as new n tasty although this is not as perfect as the original game which has better atmosphere controls design, please ask if it is possible to release an uncensored version of abe exoddus without the stupid question of 3 fingers of abe's hand because this is very annoying and ruined the aesthetics of the game

Thus, the developers of "Oddworld: Soulstorm" also managed the step to the new consoles really well. The story and the fun gameplay are convincing again and remind us of the good old days. Above all, you might want to buy the Enhanced Edition, as you'll simply get more content. If you'd like to experience another interesting adventure with Abe, you should definitely check out "Oddworld: Soulstorm".

The transition from single-screen pre-rendered backgrounds to fully realized 3D environments has breathed new life into level design of Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition. Stages wrap around each other, utilizing added depth creatively. The expansive vistas of Oddworld's alien landscape look incredibly realistic, showcasing the capabilities of the Unity engine, which has evolved from a budget choice for hobbyists to a platform capable of rendering imagery on par with AAA Unreal Engine 4 titles. The clashing tones with the storytelling and gameplay are regrettable. The developers should have leaned more into the silliness of the premise instead of take itself so seriously. Being able to fart on command was a crucial pillar of Oddworld and seeing it gutted is utterly depressing.

Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition is a fantastic platform game with a lot of originality. This enhanced version of the game has fixed many of the problems with which the game was originally released in April. The overall result is a challenging, fun game full of dark humor that is quite satisfying. If you like platform games, this one should surely be among your interests.

If you're looking for a game which is able to wow in the cutscenes, make you laugh during moments of ill and see you frantically run for your life in others, all while still being able to deliver a smattering of humour and satisfaction whenever Abe's fellow Mudokons are saved, Oddworld: Soulstorm Enhanced Edition is the game you must play.
