    However, the city seems odd. People don't seem to know how to reveal their thinkings or feelings, or maybe, they're hiding them.

    The gameplay can get a little repetitive after awhile, but the narrative brings you around towards the end game. While it’s not the most engaging game I’ve played this year, I enjoyed the running the shop and bartering.

    No Umbrellas Allowed is a promising shop sim that ultimately comes undone by a raft of issues. There’s a very good concept here, with genuinely rewarding gameplay in regards to the successful appraising of all sorts of items. It matters little though when the functionality is compromised and your progress is regularly hindered.
