    Gears of Opinionated Alt-Chick" is not what fans of the series want. Get woke, go broke. If you want to be successful, you have to cater to the fanbase that brought you the success you had, instead of catering to SJW's who don't even buy your games. There is nothing cringier than being forced to play some feminist savior in a game that used to be about testosterone and war

    Los mismos gráficos del Gears 5 original de Xbox One, solo le aumentaron la resolucíon y le cambiaron la cara a Marcus Fenix como le hicieron al Peter Parker de Imsomniac Games. Microsoft haciendo las cosas mal como siempre

    This series should have ended on gears 3. Gears 4 and 5 are not as good as the first trilogy. but yet its sp fun to play. 8/10

    Gorgeous graphics. Amazing multiplayer. Deep story. Improved gameplay. Gears 5 is definitely the strongest the series has been in awhile and it's beautifully optimised for the Xbox Series X|S

    Um dos melhores jogos da saga: campanha excelente, trilha sonora impecável, mundo aberto divertido, gráficos lindos, 120 FPS e um multiplayer ótimo (mas que ainda precisa de mais trabalho). Um dos jogos com mais conteúdo dos últimos anos.

    I can sat gears 5 on XSX is kuch more qualified than xb1 . Textures extremely improved and effects of shadows are more interesting
    Gears 5 is a pure TPS.
    There is no better TPS than Gears 5

    Same as on xbox one but with better visuals. Same fun same game. Play it especially if you have game pass. I am not a shooting games fan but this game is fun to play.

    A masterpiece of a Game!!! Gears 5 on series x is a true Marvel!! 4k 60 fps on campaign and 120fps on multi player is a treat, I haven't played gears since gears 3 waaay back on 360 and decided to get back to gears and now i remember what made gears such an awesome series.

    I experienced bugs, audio cutting out, stutters even on a monitor with VR enabled, and a weird bug where the game spawned me three checkpoints back instead of just one. The first and final acts were great, but I felt that the entire game in between was quite dull. The story didn't move anywhere, and it felt like a filler between Gears 4 and the inevitable Gears 6.     After the shocking ending of Gears of War 4, I was really excited to play this game and it did not disappoint. As usual, the graphics are a marvel, the new weapons are interesting, and the multiplayer was fun for the short time I spent with it. (But, I still miss Beast mode from Gears 3) It is not perfect, but The Coalition takes a few risks in the campaign with great results.

(But, I still miss Beast mode from Gears 3) It is not perfect, but The Coalition takes a few risks in the campaign with great results.

    New to the series is an open world. It is much smaller compared to other games, so it doesn’t feel overdone and fits the game nicely. I found it natural and cool to see landmarks along the way and hear Del or Kait say “let’s check this out,” leading to side quests. Landmarks don’t appear on your map until you pass by them, which rewards exploration. Another improvement to the series is the evolution of Jack. He can now aid in combat (and is playable in co-op) and can be upgraded with components. His abilities are game changing and will have you exploring every nook and cranny for components.

    An issue I have is the execution of the story feels disjointed. The game basically has 2 plots and they take turns telling each one, which is odd. The “Gears story” has you trying to get the Hammer of Dawn to function again, while Kait’s story continues from Gears 4. The “Gears story” can be redundant and some moments feel unnecessary, while I wished Kate’s story was more fleshed out. I feel Kait’s story would’ve been perfect if it were placed towards the end or the ending itself. Overall, the campaign is pretty memorable and contains some interesting moments and locales.

    This game has me excited to play the next entry in the series, yet again. Between the fun multiplayer, great campaign, and as a technical showcase, this game is a complete package.    … Expand

    This is a true next-gen' game with 4K / HDR / 60fps / 3D Sound with Dolby Atmos and even 120 fps in the multiplayer modes.
    The framerate and the quality of shadows, textures, lightning are stunning.
    And the game is still very good with a precise gameplay, a strong narrative story.

    The most evident point comparing to the precedent opus : they try to bring something different, to expand the universe of GoW and that's a great point. The OST by Ramin Djawadi (GoT) is a great plus, graphics are awesome and the framerate very solid. I foundThe semi open world phases were a bit boring but at least they try something different. The story takes an interesting direction too.

    Gears 5 is a beautiful action blockbuster with great characters, an amazing story and super gameplay. The ending is a bit abruptly, but if you played the first four games, you will love this one!

    Gears 5 is the best game from the coalition. Incredible visuals, unique boss battles (reminiscence of og gears Besserker). The diversified environments and semi-open world structure is such a breath of fresh air for the series, and let’s not forget the added fun when playing split screen. This is a gears game designed for gears fans. And as a gears fan, gosh can I say that I enjoyed everyGears 5 is the best game from the coalition.     Este juego destaca por sus novedades online, gráficos y modo historia espectacular. Pero ha sido el primero de todos los gears que he jugado en aburrirme pronto y eso que el 4 es peor.

    since last gen i had playstation 4, i could only recover gears 5 now with xbox series x. what can I say, one of the best games of the last gen. a true masterpiece. especially the plot took me a lot. absolutely recommend

    Gears 5 is a superb shooter, and the only real survivor of the genre it popularized. The campaign is worth playing all on its own, but the developers have gone to great lengths by taking a chainsaw to the multiplayer and offering new and exciting ways to play.

    Any Gears of War fan should definitely take Gears 5 for a spin if they really want to test the power of their new hardware but may feel somewhat let down by the campaign mode if they are huge fans of the initial trilogy.

    The Coalition has gone all out to create one of the best Xbox Series X launch titles, which is both great and sad about the state of things. It’s no system seller like a Gears game should be, but it allows those who experienced it last year to marvel in its glory once more and introduce new players to the world of Sera in the most vibrant way possible.
