    Keepers are awesome in box but dodgy anywhere outside, switching player clunky, exits game and crashes system regularly, advantages are never played out correctly, sometimes you can't pause the game. With a guest in your squad you can bypass the whole team with a goalkick. Just a generally bad fifa all round..

    the most pay to win game that i have ever seen so far. delay in this game is massive. delay to pass, delay to shot, delay to tackle, delay to move the player. opening packs with your money is the only way that you can have 200k plus player that moves fast, pass the ball not so fast and with the help of AI he'll do the work for you. and thats not enough, you must have much more 200k plusthe most pay to win game that i have ever seen so far. delay in this game is massive. delay to pass, delay to shot, delay to tackle, delay to move the player. opening packs with your money is the only way that you can have 200k plus player that moves fast, pass the ball not so fast and with the help of AI he'll do the work for you. and thats not enough, you must have much more 200k plus players to be able to compete and of course gameplay is garbage as always no matter what team or player you have. at this point it is an insult to our intelligence if we keep buying this crappy game.… Expand

    A return to Fifa 14 style gameplay. I like the feel of the game, but the constant cheating by AI ruins the fun. It's the same as the old games: AI defenders playing smart, your defenders constantly taking a step in the wrong direction. direction.     This game make my Series X shut down al ost in every match. EA support means it's a console issue. I played since launch of the console a LOT of games and this never happend to me!

    They make **** every years . When the opponent is ahead of you and aggresive, If you switch to ultra defending mode for not giving more goals. but your player doesn't give a **** on you. The defender also go for attack.

    Not really an upgrade from the previous title in terms of gameplay; it feels clunky, unresponsive and overall very slow for a football game. Didn't have high hopes for this game but was still disappointed.

    It's just ridiculous! I can't play more than two games in career mode and the game crashes and my xbox (XSX) shuts down. They continue to sell this crap for an absurd price...Be ashamed and solve this issue.

    This issue only happens with FIFA 22 so don't mention that the problem is on the console. EA shameless!

    I love the fact that the mechanics look a bit more realistic with ball physics. Also enjoyed create a club and Volta. Hoping they return "The Journey"

    FIFA 22 is really good. With new features on career mode like the return of Create a Club and improved gameplay and animations. I can say it's a recommendation.

    To be honest, I never thought I would give a 9 to FIFA but I have my reasons.
    Many game modes that can be enjoyed.
    I like the graphics.
    With slow pace selected from settings and manual controls it feels towards simulator.

    This Gameplay is the worst Garbage i played in my entire Life. It complety impossible to defend on Level Legend or Ultimate. Even if you are close to the opponent, they simple shoot from the Distance and 99% of all shoots are a Goal. On the Series X this Game is nothing more then Trash that i quit already.

    It's an improvement from the previous FIFA which was the worst of all time. Of course it's really hard not to get much worst than that. I can see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel for this franchise.

The result is nothing has changed. I can only evaluate the career of a coach and a player, I do not play in the Ultimate Team, because I am not a casino supporter. Apparently, the 9th generation of consoles is able to lose only aNo changes from year to year, the last major changes occurred in FIFA17. I hoped on the Next-Gen console, I thought that now EA Sports will do at least something. The result is nothing has changed.     Pero el Gameplay me encanta , vengo de PES desde 2017.
    Hay que jugar al toque y eso lo hace más realista.
    Jugado en Xbox Series X y sin problemas de que se apague o salga del juego la consola.
    EA no Cambiéis el Game Play esta muy bien así.

    First FIFA after 4 years when gameplay is more realistic. First time I get to start 91, 88, 89 players in free packs. Enjoying of gameplay, now u can get almost all gold rare players without any donate.

    Almost the same game as every year. FIFA 22 does the same as always, but its fun as always. I like the new animations, goalkeepers act more natural and players move around in a more organic way. Other than that is the same game with updated roosters and even less teams. Almost a step back but th new animations helps to keep the fun for a while.

    The game-play has some minor adjustments to make the game more 'realistic' in order to compete with the PES franchise. It still doesn't match the PES quality, but is very solid and easy to pick up, especially for experienced players.

    The single player content though is what should separate FIFA 22 from its predecessors, but unfortunately just misses the mark. For the most part, the manager career mode has just enough features to keep it engaging. But unfortunately those features lack a bit of quality of life detail that keeps it from being a must compared to previous instalments. The player management mode in particular is completely bare bones and doesn't offer much at all. And as for the licensing, well. There has been a good amount of leagues and teams added compared to more recent versions. But there are still a lot of missing teams from many franchises compared to older FIFA titles.

    I think if you are looking for a FIFA with an updated visual presentation, this isn't a bad pick. I mean, it has enough content including the Volta mode provide players with a fun time. But if you are looking for a more in depth single player experience, there are older FIFA titles that offer a lot more.    … Expand

Scripted gameplay has plagued FIFA 22 for a long time but NEVER has it been this bad. Now let’s talk about the gameplay:

    Comparing to Fifa 21:
    - There's no graphic improvement;
    - Scripting is real and the same as Fifa 21: in one match your players run like a Ferrari and have Einstein's intelligence, the next match they run like a Ford T and have an IQ of a rock;
    - The AI is dumber than a rock, making Cyberpunk 2077's AI look like Einstein;
    - EA's servers are very unstable, even if you have a 500 MBps internet;
    - Gameplay haven't changed: it's same as Fifa 21, but with a new skin;
    - UT continues the same online gambling casino (it needs to be banned to -18 years);
    - Unresponsive controls is the same;
    - Collision problems are worse than Fifa 21, resulting in absurd penalties and ball losses;

    Have enjoyed the game on Series S. Hypermotion is a solid addition for Next Gen but could be improved. I feel like it should have a machine learning capability where it learns how your profile plays in the next iteration for more fun. I say this because I am able to score the same ways from FIFA's past without issue.

I say this because I am able to score the same ways from FIFA's past without issue.

    Scripting is still an issue as it can make the game feel like you are being cheated out of the little things like winning contests, tiki-tac fouls and pass/shot accuracy in key moments. With that said there are games that I I feel like I have been beaten fairly by the ai and will accept that but not the scripting loses.

    GK and Defence feel a bit more challenging to play with and against which I like and can make a match interesting.

    Overall a solid and fun experience of football with a few flaws and areas of improvement that need fixing. Solid 7.    … Expand

I just cannot defend it, just like in the game the defence is non existent! A game of Attack vs attack, ridiculous scores every game 6-5 7-3 8-2, takes the fun out of scoring goals when it’s the easiest thing to do. Will be getting a refund soon! Do not buy!… Expand

    IT is practically impossible to play a tournament with 4 players- despite all four controllers being connected, only three work. What a load of rubbish! One might expect this Type of problems with a new production, I've been playing Fifa from 96 and never have I experienced such a problem. Deeply unsatisfactory!

    So, I really like the career mode, the game play looks great and compared to other Fifa's leveling up is not hell which keeps the game quite interesting and really addictive. But, the ammount of glitches in the career mode is crazy like the position, commentary name cause I chose one and it doesn't work, at times players of the same team have the same shirt number. Honestly people please do not waste your money on this, this game felt great when it first come out but now it feels appaling, Hypermotion has made no difference at all, I see so many broken animations of players drifting/floting to hit the ball perfectly or pivoting 180 degrees and hitting wonder rocket shots everytime, another problem I have consistently noticed is the opposition ball carrier will carry the ball forward, forcing you to maek the passing lane to avoid another pinpoint rocket shot, as soon as you move out to engage the ball carrier, they play the perfect pass and do a rocket shot anyway , they said they had decreased finness shot accuracy but I have still conceded so many of them due to the above problems, I've had a defender deliberately run arou d the ball carrier, or the stupid broken tackling in this game where you lightly press B and your player will tackle deluberately to the side to let the other team around tacking your player out the game... honestly I could go on but please save your money, this is simply not a football game, it struggles in every aspect... oh the same old OP ayers are still broken... the ones you will always concede a goal too... all this is career mode experience btw.… Expand

Pace in ultimate team is still the main stat, the transfer market is now broken where players have no value. There is also the stupid thing where people play the game by passing between defenders and goalie so opposition won't press or attack. It's clearly pay to win model in the extreme now or you have to grind like crazy. Potentially you will have to play 80+ games just to get fairly decent rewards. Pro clubs has had a small improvement but now is also a mega grind to get the xp to lvl up your pro Volta doesn't interest me and career has been broken for years. Don't waste your money on yet another money maker from EA where loot boxes is all they care about… Expand

As I thought like the previous 3-4 years It just doesn’t offer anything different or exciting in its game play. The stadiums and cut scenes look great you can’t fault EA on that. However once you skip through all that and you get to the kick off it looks and feels the same. I struggle to see much different from the last 2 years that warrants spending £69 on the next generation version it’s lazy from EA. FIFA has gone down hill since they have become more focused on ultimate team and side projects like Alex Hunter. I’m sure all FIFA fans would be happy for EA to focus on a football game where the game play is more realistic as that is as important as an of the other aspects present In that game. If game companies like EA want next generation console owners to spend £70 on FIFA 22 and 23 etc they need to stop being lazy and get FIFA back to its roots as a good football game… Expand

    Gambling without reward. A skinner box camouflaged as a footbal game. Fut should be made illigal. And i looks that it wil be in the future. Good riddance.

Which makes the game a lot more tactical again. Only goalkeepers are too strong which obligates you to only make goals in two or three different ways.
    But since the last patch, it's become worse, because you need to have a pressure    Mixed Feelings. On one side it feels like a solid step forward coming from Fifa 21, the midfield is existing again and even the defense works most of the time. Which makes the game a lot more tactical again. Only goalkeepers are too strong which obligates you to only make goals in two or three different ways.
    But since the last patch, it's become worse, because you need to have a pressure tactic otherwise you will have no chance in Division 4 or above, it's just too the OP but makes Fifa 22 more than Fifa 21 again.
    So if they go back to the original version it's a good FIFA otherwise only solid. Graphics are okay on XSX and the Sound is great, also not a lot of bugs, all things which aren’t self-evident anymore.    … Expand

This game just becomes more unplayable day after day.  I get tactics from real world football and  lose to computer overpowered nonesence crapppy A.I. perfect passing shooting dribbling tactic. 

    Stamina and composure drops day after day so EA can feed us their stupid 

     

    Wake up people stop feeding this beast. Were idiots honestly by supporting this game. It has to stop. Look at how many people complain here and no one gives a damn about it. 

     

    Patience has a limit and this junk has overun everyones patience. EA dose not deserve the fifa rights. So many regulations are broken over and over and no one can solve this. We all agree to all this crap as soon as we click acknowledge this check box.

     

    Please Im begging all supporters stop the support next year. If we don't  do something about this now we will never stoptall of this.

    I'm not a big deal fifa player but this game makes me feel to puke. Resolutions on Series S are not in FIFA quality. Player numbers on jerseys are muddy, haircuts are blurry sometimes. I'm so disappointed. It's the worst FIFA in years i think. Don't ever bother to buy from full-price. It's not worth it. I didn't even hesitate to put it back to external disk after the intro match.     FIFA 22 introduces welcome new features such as the Hypermotion technology, a more balanced gameplay and improvements in several modes, but it fails to get rid of some historical flaws that now clash more with the improvements received. The result is, as always, a football title of the highest caliber, both on the technical front and in terms of pure fun, but we start to feel the need for a more marked change of pace to really push the saga into the new generation.

    With the inclusion of HyperMotion technology, FIFA 22 on Xbox Series X|S is in the best shape it has been for years. HyperMotion may sound very buzz-wordy – and it is – but it also fundamentally changes the action on the pitch into something very much resembling real-life football. Tweaks and changes will be made as the season progresses but right now, this is one of the best launches a FIFA game has ever had.

    FIFA 22 adds some big improvements to the way the game functions, and better yet, makes the game feel even better as you play. Add to that some big changes to modes like Career Mode, and FIFA 22 is a huge improvement from past entries.
