The game offers a single-player mode with a side perspective typical of platformers. Marsi begins her adventure when a star falls on her head and breaks into 5 pieces, causing her to fall asleep. To wake up, she needs to find all the fragments hidden in various locations.
The camera follows Marsi smoothly, providing an easy view of the gameplay. The player needs to strategically use new abilities to overcome all the challenges and collect all the star shards. After collecting all five shards, Marsi wakes up and the game ends.
