With a limited life and ammo system, you battle every second to survive and scrounge for more ammo, and weapons. If you run out of ammo you will be left with a decently powered melee attack, but it won't help with large waves fo aliens. You will shoot your way through waves of enemies and insane bosses along your journey. Having only 8 directions of fire limits you on your ability to handle being surrounded so be careful! You can pick up a wide range of weapons from shotguns to devastating explosives to help you survive, but each weapon beyond your base has limited shots before it's discarded. The pace of the action increases as you progress along and forces you to keep your wits or be overrun by the wide variety of alien scum. This throwback to the olden days of shooters is a nostalgic adventure in how hard games used to be. Xeno Crisis is a must-have for fans of classic gaming, like Smash TV. Nails hard, but fun, Xeno Crisis is an incredible game that provides exactly what it was meant to. Co-operatively this game is a gem and scores higher on the overall score, solo it feels lacking and scores lower in my opinion so the score fell where it deserved based on both experiences on the Xbox One.… Expand
