    Recently this game was released for Xbox one for free my friend told me about it so we all downloaded it jumped right into custom multiplayer and this game is a blast! We can play this game for hours straight with endless fun haven't touched the campaign but for multiplayer itself this game is outstanding

    Terrible controls and buggy software that continually crashes the game mar what otherwise could be a fun afternoon.They should spend more time fixing the basics than creating customisable options.

    Looks like they launched the game before they finished it. The controls are terrible, very buggy and the enemy worms have a perfect aim, the wont miss a shot... NEVER.

    Mais... euh ? des vers vraiment ? qu'est-ce que ce jeu Amiga fait sur ma Xbox One ? retour vers le futur ? Marty, je veux revenir en 2014 parce que 1987 j'aime pas ! ça pue du cul ton pseudo-jeu à faire vomir un bouc ! maniabilité à revoir, interface défectueuse et toute la partie sonore me file la migraine. A la limite, déposez ce genre de daubes chez Nintendo, pas chez nous, merci.

    I was indifferent towards this game. If you love worms buy it, but its more of the same with good graphics. Downloaded it for free when it was available in games of the month, but have only played it once and am not missing it.

    Certainly the best worms game for a while, The physics are much better and there are some great new weapons. The worm classes are much more pronounced wheras brain worms seemed op in revolutions that has been amended with tanks being more damaging , soldiers being able to detonate grenades by pressing (a). If you enjoy worms then pick this up, you wont be disappointed. Nice graphics, niceCertainly the best worms game for a while, The physics are much better and there are some great new weapons.     -Confusing and boring gameplay
    -Long unnecessary tutorial
    -Bad online multiplayer .

    Not too bad of a game actually it has the classic worms charm and it feels like the controls have been overhauled to make it better. It's good for a few plays a session, but not too binge. The story mode is the weakest part as it's very simple and not very interesting. Also when doing versus I wish I could pit my own created teams against each other that would be a nice addition.

    Doesn't offer same system multiplayer online (i.e. two players here vs. two players on another console, all on separate teams). Each person needs their own console and copy of the game.

    I'm a HUGE fan of the Worms series & only mention these issues in the hope that they are fixed... it's been over a month of no feedback.

    There are some serious game breaking problems with Worms Battlegrounds on Xbox One that me & all my friends experience. 1) Game Crashes to Dashboard during Multi-player games This happens to me & my friends every day we try & have a few games,    I'm a HUGE fan of the Worms series & only mention these issues in the hope that they are fixed... it's been over a month of no feedback.

    There are some serious game breaking problems with Worms Battlegrounds on Xbox One that me & all my friends experience.

    1) Game Crashes to Dashboard during Multi-player games

    This happens to me & my friends every day we try & have a few games, there doesn't seem to be anything specific that causes it, there are no error messages.. the game just cuts out to black then we appear back on the dashboard.

    If I team up with a friend for a Clan match then either one of us can experience this crash either at the same time or separately.. leaving the other to finish the game with just the 2 worms.

    We also frequently see this happen to our competition, they will "leave" a game.. only to message us after & say they had been dashboarded.

    2) The Invite System has never worked properly for us

    When I enter a game lobby & invite a Clan mate via the in-game invite button nothing happens... I get the message saying the invite has been sent but the recipient doesn't see anything, some times leaving the lobby the re-entering then Automatically adds the player to the game, but this is far from an exact science & there doesn't seem to be any reason why sometimes it works & more often it won't.

    This has always been a huge inconvenience but today it's been much worse, me & my friend tried for 30 mins to invite each other to one of these clan lobbies with no results.

    The lack of support for this version of Clan Wars is very disappointing & Team17 are not responding to our emails.

    We LOVE the game, me & my clan mates have been fans of the series since the first version of Worms back in the day.. but in it's current state Worms Battlegrounds on Xbox ONE feels like complete shovelware.

    If these problems are fixed then the game is an easy 9/10.. the lack of polish & fan service is disapointing.    … Expand

    Put simply, I enjoyed Worms BG. A fair amount of gameplay hours (and more if you're into the worms pvp online) but not great but good or 'okay'. I can't complain as I picked the hard copy up for $35 and Worms Battlegrounds definitely provided me with my moneys worth of enjoyment.

    Nice game and fun guaranteed when you play with your dudes. I just complain about the background design, it visually disturbs when you are aiming or moving.

    Worms Battlegrounds includes all the features that made Team 17's series so famous, offering high playability levels and great depth. Advised mainly if you're planning to play it with friends.
