We Were Here is for those of you who have a friend out there, and are looking for something new and very different to play and experience. Like the game No Way Out this is such a fun game to play, however 2 players are required to experience the game. Unfortunately the replay value isn't very high, and at most you'd play through the game twice in order to unlock all the achievements, butWe Were Here is for those of you who have a friend out there, and are looking for something new and very different to play and experience. Unfortunately the replay value isn't very high, and at most you'd play through the game twice in order to unlock all the achievements, but that'd be about it. I had a great time playing this with my girlfriend and she also enjoyed the experience despite this not being her typical type of game. I would like to have seen more map's in the game just so we could have had more playtime together. You just have to make sure both have their own console with a headset / mic to play. It's a puzzle game where you and your team mate have to say aloud everything that you see in the current room you are in, in order to escape and move to the next floor but you are also on a time limit. You can't see the timer but you have to solve the puzzles quick enough so your partner or you don't perish. It's a fun experience indeed. The price of admission is nice the only downfall as I mentioned earlier is the game is just too short it leaves you wanting more content. So if you are looking for a unique experience look no further here if you and your spouse have 2 Xbox One consoles ready to embark on your mission together. Expand

Fine coop puzzle game. Takes a minute to figure the controls and what you do since it doesn't really have a tutorial but once you get the hang of what you're supposed to do you start a good flow. The puzzles aren't too easy or hard, well done. The game can be beat in a couple of hours so it is pretty short. I played this game when it launched on Xbox straight with Games with Gold so IFine coop puzzle game. To be honest, this is a very mediocre cooperative game. It has more disadvantages than advantages.
    Minuses:
    - The game is very short, you can complete it in 2 hours, taking into account frequent deaths. - There is no language other than English in the game. Sadly, given the fact that there is a puzzle in which you are required to know English. I have them, but most of my acquaintances

    - Riddles are simple, few, and boring. The most difficult of them are solved by sorting.
    - No local co-op, only multiplayer.

    Pros:
    - There are few cooperative games, so you can go through them once.

For one time, if you and a friend from another country or another city have nothing else to play. Glory to Ukraine!

There aren't many online-only first-person co-op puzzle adventure games so if you want something truly innovative, play this.

If you want a game you can play with a friend for a couple of hours, We Were Here really shines with is intricate puzzles. A few little hiccups here and there with not being able to hear each other aside, if you want a pick up and play co op game I would definitely recommend We Were Here. Doubly so, as it will be free on GwG by the time you read this.

For the asking price you could do a whole ton worse than to grab a mate and enjoy an hour or so with We Were Here on Xbox One.
