    trackmania turbo è un titolo magistrale rovinato da tante piccole cose che messe tutte insieme rendono il titolo quasi fastidioso.
    da una guida dei veicoli non sempre perfetta, che basta spostare leggermente l'analogico o premere una sola volta la freccia direzionale per vedere il proprio veicolo spostarsi enormemente.
    questo in alcuni casi non influisce troppo ma specialmente nelle    trackmania turbo è un titolo magistrale rovinato da tante piccole cose che messe tutte insieme rendono il titolo quasi fastidioso.

    questo in alcuni casi non influisce troppo ma specialmente nelle piste più strette tipo quelle in stile hotwheels trasformerà la nostra macchina in una palla di un flipper facendoci rimbalzare a desta e sinistra.
    la fisica in generale è veramente estrema, basta sfiorare un elemento estetico esterno alla ista per essere sbalzati via e farci perdere l'intera gara.
    e questo si ripropone quando dovremo affrontare gli innumerevoli salta, se li si prende con un angolazione anche solo leggermente sbagliata verremo scaraventati fuori dalla pista.
    infine ci saranno delle gare basate su un tracciato di 3 giri che trasformerà le rapide sfide in una lunga sfida di resistenza, dove un singolo errore ti precluderà l'intera gara
    ma il gioco tutto sommato si lascia giocare con piacere, un po troppo trial and error ma piacevole.
    i problemi però arrivano con più si progredisce con il titolo.
    il gioco è composto da 200 piste che possono essere completate con una medaglia di bronzo ,argento, oro, o una speciale se siamo veramente bravi, però queste medaglie sono tutt'altro che opzionali da ottenere.
    il gioco sarà suddiviso in 5 campionati ambientati in 4 zone diverse.
    10 gare a zona per un totale di 40 mappe a campionato.
    se i primi due campionati si faranno senza intoppi dato che basta ottenere una medaglia di bronzo, dal terzo campionato in poi bisognerà aver ottenuto tutte medaglie d'argento, e infine l'ultimo campionato necessiterà di ottenere tutte le medaglie d'oro impresa davvero non semplice, andandoti a precludere parte del gioco se non ce la faremo.
    se non vi spaventa la parte trial and error, e provare e riprovare la stessa sfida fino a quando non vi riesce perfettamente, questo titolo offre esattamente quello che state cercando.
    ma è indubbiamente un titolo non adatto a tutti, dove potreste passare ore su una gara da 30 secondi.

    Trackmania Turbo is broken up into 4 different environments: Canyon, Valley, Lagoon and Stadium. Each environment offers up it’s own unique atmosphere and track designs. I can safely say I love the environments for Canyon, Valley and Lagoon. Canyon has you racing through areas that remind me of the Grand Canyon. Valley has you racing through forested areas that feel like they belongTrackmania Turbo is broken up into 4 different environments: Canyon, Valley, Lagoon and Stadium. Each environment offers up it’s own unique atmosphere and track designs. I can safely say I love the environments for Canyon, Valley and Lagoon. Canyon has you racing through areas that remind me of the Grand Canyon. Valley has you racing through forested areas that feel like they belong somewhere in the European country side, and Lagoon has you hurtling through rollercoaster style tracks with a tropical beach backdrop. The Stadium tracks aren’t bad, but the environment just felt a bit too sterile for my liking.

    The individual tracks themselves offer up an incredibly surreal racing environment. The goal is to simply race from the starting line to finish line as quickly as possible. This is easier said than done for a lot of the tracks in this game and it won’t be long before Trackmania Turbo’s difficulty rears it’s ugly, rage-inducing head. There will be corners that need to be hit at the optimal driving line, drifting around them at just the right angle in order to maintain your speed. There will be walls that offer up what feels like an almost 90 degree banking as you try and not slide off by going to slow or fly off the edge with too much speed. There will be rollercoaster style loops and corkscrews that are disorienting and difficult to navigate and there will be massive jumps that will need to be hit with the right amount of speed for a smooth landing instead of taking an awkward bounce off the road. While all these challenges culminate into quite the spectacle, I found myself either crashing into walls or barriers, flying off the track trying to drift around a narrow corner or crashing and loosing speed on a rollercoaster loop and falling into the abyss. Each track has checkpoints that scattered throughout the race and you can revert to the last checkpoint by pressing the “Y” button. While this sounds like an anti-frustration mechanic in theory, in practice, I found this feature to be almost useless. Firstly, most the tracks are all fairly short. Some of the early tracks can be finished in around 15 seconds, some of the longer ones take about 30-40 seconds. There are a hand full of circuit races that take a bit longer and perhaps this is where that checkpoint system has value. Aside from that, you’re better off hitting the “B” button to restart the race. Second of all, restarting at last checkpoint doesn’t reset the timer to what it was when you hit that checkpoint, the clock keeps running. Do that enough times and you won’t register a fast enough time to progress to the next series of tracks. It may not always be ideal, but I found the more expedient method was to just restart the race. To that point, if you need to restart or load your last checkpoint, there is no load time. The game will immediately drop you back to where you’re suppose to be. No need to stare a loading screen, stewing in your own rage.

    Trackmania Turbo features 200 tracks that all need to be unlocked in the game’s campaign mode. Each of the four environment’s tracks are broken up into White, Green, Blue, Red and Black series. The “White” maps are generally the easiest, the Blue and Red maps offer up a more healthy challenge and the Black tracks are absolutely merciless. The game rates you on a Bronze, Silver, Gold or a green Trackmaster medal (meaning you beat the track developer’s time) depending on how fast you make your way through the race. You’ll need at least a Silver medal on each track in a series in order to progress in the game. Naturally, this becomes harder to pull off once you start getting into the Blue and Red tracks. I personally capped my play through of this game at the Red Canyon series, since my budget for Xbox controllers can only be so much before it starts eating into other expenses in my life. There’s going to be a fair amount of trial-and-error to a lot of the tracks, to the point where hitting the “B” button to restart the race was almost instinctual for me if I hit a wall or took a corner in a **** way.

    Like most arcade racers these days, you might expect some customization tools for your cars. Aside from it’s paint job and decals you can’t customize your car in any meaningful way.

    Performance wise, this game is great, even on Vanilla Xbox One. It maintains a steady frame rate with no stuttering or lagging. I didn’t experience any crashes-to-dashboard, texture pop-in or streaming. Having no in game loads screens when restarting or reverting to last checkpoint is a godsend, all things considered.

    Overall, Trackmania Turbo is a fun, challenging, surreal arcade racer that offers up decent replay value and longevity. It’s tough to recommend this game to casual arcade racing fans due to the game’s difficulty. But for any arcade racers that are up for a decent, rewarding challenge, than Trackmania Turbo is a great game for you.    … Expand

    Turbo macht Spaß. Es ist kein neues Spiel, ehr ein Remake mit neuen Blöcken der alten Teile. Dennoch macht es Spaß und es fühlt sich wie ein TrackMania an. Grafik und Perfomance ist top. Die Steuerung ist eben typisch TM. Direkt und verzeiht keinen Fehler! Egal ob mit Tastatur, Gamepad, Lenkrad, Mikrowelle oder was auch immer.    Ein gelungenes TrackMania, aber nicht perfekt.

    Konsoleros dürfen nicht mit den PClern spielen und es gibt keine dedicated Server. Es wird jetzt auf ein Lobbysystem gesetzt. Sehr schlecht.
    Auch dürfen die PSler nicht mit den Xboxern spielen.

    Empfehlenswert?
    Ja! Wer noch nie ein TM angepasst hat, nutze deine Chance!
    Wer allerdings auf die Community Wert legt, fährt weiterhin seine Runden in TM².

    Le principe reste le même, à savoir qu'on fonce sur des circuits courts mais très improbables, toujours pour battre un temps chronométré au plus juste selon 3 niveaux prédéterminés, à la manière de... de cette vieille daube qui sent très fort, ce vieil étron de... Ridge Racer !

    Qu'on se méprenne pas, malgré la vitesse hallucinante, il ne s'agit pas du tout d'un "Wipeout" ni de courses classiques : pas d'armes, pas de bonus à utiliser, seulement des plaques d'accélération sur la piste.(ou de coupure moteur) qu'on ne peut pas éviter.

    Si le temps de la découverte n'est pas désagréable, on se rend cependant assez vite compte de graves problèmes de maniabilité qui entachent très sévèrement la jouabilité elle-même, car c'est un fait que Trackmerda est une grosse merde injouable dont l'imprécision est stupéfiante. La "physique" est aussi mal logée avec des réactions aberrantes et des sauts ingérables dont on laisse le hasard se charger, faute de mieux...

    A ce triste tableau vient s'ajouter une difficulté croissante très mal foutue qui incite à farmer et recommencer les mêmes épreuves (très nombreuses !) afin de débloquer le nombre de médailles adéquat pour débloquer... les épreuves suivantes.

    Nous prenons donc la sortie la plus proche et nous dirigeons vers la déchèterie pour y faire recycler ce qui peut l'être : le Trackmerda pourra toujours tenter de faire des loopings dans la poubelle.    … Expand

    Lots of fun, but the tracks are absolutely frustrating. They have two 'quick-restart' buttons on the controller, if that tells you how things go with this game. Running into walls. Running off cliffs. Some tracks I can't even make one lap around. Some tracks if you don't get the right speed 10-15 seconds before you need it, might as well restart then.     As read in the summary above, "easy to learn, hard to master" is the best way to describe Trackmania's gameplay. Similar to games like Trials, Trackmania relies on a Bronze/Silver/Gold medal system to progress onwards toward bigger and badder tracks. Bronze is usually attainable enough to achieve in 1-2 run-throughs, which is great for pick up and play sessions or more casual players, butAs read in the summary above, "easy to learn, hard to master" is the best way to describe Trackmania's gameplay. Similar to games like Trials, Trackmania relies on a Bronze/Silver/Gold medal system to progress onwards toward bigger and badder tracks. Bronze is usually attainable enough to achieve in 1-2 run-throughs, which is great for pick up and play sessions or more casual players, but the real meat and potatoes of the game revolves around playing the same maps again and again to improve and go for the gold. However, unlike Trials, each race series is restricted to one type of car so you can't refine your approach or adjust based on your driving style. Rather, you're forced to master that particular car on that particular track to get the most out of your experience. That might be appealing to some, but with only four cars and not a whole lot of customization options there wasn't enough here to keep me interested enough to bother with a particular track again once I had already medaled and moved on. The lack of a real online multiplayer component is also a bit of a letdown, but the inclusion of the two driver mode makes for some pretty fun couch co-op experiences. Visually, Trackmania Turbo succeeds in feeling like a throwback arcade racer with lots of bright color palates and highly stylized signage throughout each course. Unfortunately this didn't translate as well to the create-a-track mode, but someone with better design skills could probably compensate. Overall, I would definitely recommend TT to arcade racing fans, perfectionists, and high-score junkies alike. For those of us that fall in between, it makes for a good weekend rental but not much else.… Expand

    Honestly the most fun I've had with a game in 2016. Concept is simple, beat everyone else's time. Easy to learn and hard to master. Love the fact everyone has to use each car, no short cuts into getting a better car. Obviously its not a typical race game so if your looking for a Gran Turismo or a Forza, try it just to get away from the simulation scene. Infinite continues, great music andHonestly the most fun I've had with a game in 2016. Concept is simple, beat everyone else's time. Easy to learn and hard to master. Love the fact everyone has to use each car, no short cuts into getting a better car. Obviously its not a typical race game so if your looking for a Gran Turismo or a Forza, try it just to get away from the simulation scene. Infinite continues, great music and replay ability. Customization options for your car are lacking but the track-building is out of this world fun. All in all, a simple arcade style game in a day and age of realism.… Expand

    Perfecta prueba de que para disfrutar los juegos de carreras no necesitas unos graficos de infarto. El juego es simple pero entretenido. El modo de avanzar es un poco tosco pero se deja disfrutar

    Worst TM to date, looks good plays like crap. GJ Ubi you seemed to have ruined this once so great franchise to a steaming pile of poop. (been playing TM since Sunrise imo still the best TM ever created)

    I have played every trackmania since 2008, and this is another amazing entry.
    But.... Where is the car customisation... Most i couldn't care less about but... Where are the leaderboards.. It's a competitive game Where is the car customisation ..AGAIN.., no excuses!     TrackMania Turbo is a game I enjoyed more the more I played it, with the tracks growing more difficult and complex as I became more skilled. This game can pack more adrenaline into a single sitting than other racing series can pull off in an entire game. Unfortunately, it takes a few wrong turns, displaying more than its fair share of odd omissions, additions and design choices that take away from the fun.
