    It has a nice idea and if done better – dare I say maybe even with Kinect from back in the day – we could have been looking at a very interesting game. Sadly, that’s not the case and within just a few minutes of play, you’ll have seen everything you’re going to experience in Tetsumo Party.

    In a world where there are so many exciting indie titles being released seemingly every week, it’s tough to recommend Tetsumo Party. It feels like a mini-game at best, something made for a flash browser at worst. We’d recommend you let this wall pass straight by.

    Tetsumo Party is a fun little game based on a TV Game Show. Play as a Sumo Wrestler and challenge the Bamboo walls. Using your bumpers andTetsumo Party is a fun little game based on a TV Game Show. Play as a Sumo Wrestler and challenge the Bamboo walls. Using your bumpers and triggers you will control your Sumo's arms, and legs individual as you position yourself to fit through the person shaped cut out in the wall. The walls just keep coming until you mess up, sounds simple right? Now add someone trying to hand you things at the same time! You can grab Green Tea, which makes you immune to missing a wall for a few seconds, and slightly alters the appearance of your Character. Clocks can be gathered to Stop a wall for a few seconds, to adjust yourself, then let the wall by. Most importantly, there is Sushi, this is the magical currency that unlocks you new characters to play as! To take these items you must extend the hand on the side it's on and raise our lower yourself to touch it. Each Character has their own set of challenges you need to complete for them, and get some achievements! The game also features Local Multiplayer, and has a few ways to play. Face of head to Head with your own walls split screen, or play Co-Op and share a Sumo Wrestler, controlling only part of the Sumo each! The challenge is real, and the sound effects are funny! This is a must for party game collectors, or for those just looking for something a bit different.… Full Review »
