The lack of variety, weird aesthetic choices and quickly monotonous gameplay is not enough to recommend STAB STAB STAB! to anyone.

There really isn’t much to Stab Stab Stab!. There visuals aren’t overly interesting, there aren’t many gameplay modes, there isn’t much fun to be had and there isn’t much chance this game will live long in anyone’s memory. If you enjoyed Gang Beasts or any quick local multiplayer games which don’t take much explaining, then you may get a couple of hours out of this, but even that may be a stretch.

Stab! is a Couch Party Physics Based Fighting Game. What is a Fleshbird? Its an awkward long legged wad of flesh with a very sharp beak and a need to Stab! First and foremost I hope this game receives the ability to host games online, with the ability to play with up to 8 people it needs it, and as fun as it is it deserves it! This game is pure chaos, as the physics based Twin-Stick control makes movement awkward and challenging. Once you get a grasp on the physics you're still stuck between a beak and a hammer. the stages are just as deadly as the opponents. featuring a survival mode single player enjoyment is a new challenge all to its own. The objective of Stab! Stab! Stab! is to stab your opponents with your sharp beak and hold it there until they pop, all the time avoiding the deadly apparatus strewn over the games many stages. But wait! There's More! Mutations will randomly appear giving you wild abilities like being covered in beaks, or having more legs allowing for slightly more finite controlled and a higher jump. I admit the awkward physics can be frustrating at first but hang in there, the struggle is well worth it. For those seeking a brutal visceral couch party game, look no further as Stab! Stab! Stab! fits the build perfectly! Full Review »
