    Space Crew is frustrating, by design, and for the risk-averse and “play it safe” players, there’s just no way to play error free: you just have to try and roll with the punches, suck up the damage and shrug off the losses. However it is nicely designed and will be hugely popular with some; if you liked Bomber Crew or the likes of FTL, you’ll likely love this one.

    Space Crew is a challenging simulation game at first but with enough practice and time out into it can turn into an enjoyable experience. It’s an in-depth strategy concept will actually take some time to get use too. Dedicate enough time into it and it will pay off.

    Space Crew is a good bit f fun. I never understood the reviews on that previous games which where short and many said they found it tooSpace Crew is a good bit f fun. I never understood the reviews on that previous games which where short and many said they found it too difficult to complete a 3-4 hour play through. Difficultly made it too too hard to get to further missions. But even then, the developers added a slow-motion feature for those players so it could be enjoyed by skill levels off all players. Now, on to Space Crew. With my previous countless hours on Bomber Crew you can imagine how excited I was to play another similarly styled game I previously enjoyed so much. I went into it confident, because while Bomber Crew was difficult at times, it was fair. If you were going into a High Risk mission, you would expect a possible failure. But in Space Crew that's not the same case. Lower Danger styled missions tear my ship up and make me frazzled after a shorter play session. I use the abilities, I use the slow motion, I use the med packs, I place them where I can, I take the safe routes, and STILL I can end up failing and stressed. The 'Abort' is a nice feature-- it allows you to tuck your tail and cut your losses while still gaining some XP, but it's not enough. The game is simply way too difficult on the early stages. Either less enemies or more accurate gunners or even more frequent abilities would go a long way. In making this a stellar experience. As a long time Bomber Crew player I still recommend this game, because I stuck with Bomber Crew from its beginning and I can assure you the developer team reads this feedback and actually cares. Buy it now while it's on sale and just wait for some patches, even! I guarantee after the difficulty issues are fixed this will be as fun as Bomber Crew. I have faith in you, another solid game published by ace of my favorites Curve Digital.… Full Review »
