    Sonic Mania is absolutely fantastic. The visuals are stunning beyond grace, the gameplay is near perfect, the levels are phenomenal, even if some of them are reused, and the music is just masterful. Buy this game. It's a masterpiece.

    It's been almost a year since Sonic Mania has been released to the world and everyone soon fell in love with the game and it's no secret that the team behind Sonic Forces admits loving Sonic Mania as well by connecting the events of the two games together for rather two epic games to play for the price of one.     With the addition of encore mode, this game is cemented as the best sonic game of all time. Exactly what 2d fans have wanted for 15 years. It is hard to think of anything more that could have been done to improve this game but with some well chosen additions, the package now feels complete.

    The game runs smooth but the image looks like 16 bit aliased characters. Don't believe the reviews that speak glowingly about the beauty of the game. On current televisions and consoles, this game is completely unacceptable. I am sorry that I wasted my money on it. Should have given it a 2 but thought I might find something in the game play further in.

    This is one of the greatest sonic games ever made with the edition of 2 new characters. Ray, who once you get used to his flying ability, is the best of speedrunning, and Mighty who is very useful for exploration. The Bonus level is the greatest, the blue sphere unlocks are flipping amazing, and the easter eggs are legendary. Would recommend if you have the original to get the DLC'sThis is one of the greatest sonic games ever made with the edition of 2 new characters.     I could play this game over, and over again. The colors are fantastic. The small story in this game is engaging, somehow. I LOVE the nostalgia, since Sonic 3 was the first Sonic game i ever played and beat. (it''s also the only one of the original trilogy that i actually beat, too.) I was able to play this game, and beat it in one day. It's competitive mode is really fun with friends, weI could play this game over, and over again. The colors are fantastic. The small story in this game is engaging, somehow. I LOVE the nostalgia, since Sonic 3 was the first Sonic game i ever played and beat. (it''s also the only one of the original trilogy that i actually beat, too.) I was able to play this game, and beat it in one day. It's competitive mode is really fun with friends, we like to pretend that it is cooperative, but still brag at the end about who won. Encore, with its new characters was fun, too. I also adore that different characters had different stories, Sonic and Tails fight their own heavies, Knux fights his own heavies, its nice! And i got this whole experience in one day.… Expand

    Juego sencillamente fabuloso, divertido, dificil, retro, rejugable, nostalgico. Recupera toda la esencia de Sonic y sus personajes, la musica increible, de los mejores Sonic de la historia.

    Great Game. The graphics are absolutely stunning, The 2 new characters (Ray & Mighty) Are Neat additions And the workers did a good job of not making them Tails And Knuckles remakes when they could have very easily done so. Overall, Certainly one of the best Sonic Games in history.

    The Base Game was Just Perfect ( Only have the problem of the Old Leves are the 75% of the game ) and the Encore DLC than adds Mighty and Ray with the possibility of Playing with 4 Friends is very good but the Encore mode is Poor and Very Simple it´s good that only Cost 10$ extra and the Physical Edition is Beautiful

    Me encanto como juego ya que es la esencia de Sonic, no tiene muchas cosas nuevas pero esta bien como añadido y simplemente me encanto
    Por eso le doy la nota que creo que se merece

    The Xbox One version of the game is beautiful and the stages bring nostalgia from the old sonic games.The pixel design is beautiful and the songs and animations are awesome so that's why it's a masterpiece

    It's overall a great game it just recaps all the 90's Sonic games, but it does have some glitches and bugs.

    Oh my God! This sonic game sucks! Level design sucks, Main Menu is despicable, the Special stages are crap, the competition and time attack stages are not enough, difficulty and tails flight cancel needs to be added, and the bosses are Even Harder than I understand! Worst Classic Sonic Game Ever!

    Sonic Mania Plus is absolutely the best Sonic 2D game of all time. You can with up 4 friend in CO-OP mode, new game mode the Encore mode is a new way to beat Sonic mania. I personally love this game and i request to everyone who want to try this

    Like any good DLC pack though, this game also has some tweaks and fixes for the core game. Sure it was great, but it wasn’t perfect. Some mechanics have been altered and a few of the bosses have been tweaked. This really feels like the definitive version of the game. For those that already own it, the $5 for the DLC is a no-brainer. For fans wanting a physical copy, the additions and price are outstanding. Sonic Mania Plus is the best version of a great game. It feels good to be talking about Sonic in a positive light once again.

    Sonic Mania Plus is the best recent evolution of SEGA's franchise, with great new features, a rock-solid gameplay and a very attractive retail version. The best Sonic is undoubtedly the classic one.

    A 'complete edition' pack that only include one new DLC with two characters and one game mode. It may not look like much, and if you already have the digital version of the game you don't need to buy this Plus edition... But if you haven't played this superb platformer yet or you are a hardcore Sonic fan you have to have it.
