    These missions last anywhere from 20 minutes up to an hour depending on how you play and if you choose to ignore the optional stuff..
    It took me around 7 an a half hours to get to the credits…
    There are various difficulty settings here that not only effect the damage enemies do, but also affect how sniping works.. so for those 360 no scope pros, sniper elite will give you a great challenge as you calculate drops and wind…
    I’m not one of those people…
    You have the option to find a vantage point, pull out your binoculars, mark your targets and pick them off..
    But with too much noise they’ll be able to triangulate your position, so it’s important to move...
    sneaking through the shadows and bushes…
    calculating and planning every move…
    sneaking up behind enemies and stealth killing them
    Holding your breath, lining up the shots for a slow mo x ray vision kill
    Or you can play like I did and throw all caution to the wind…
    Sniping people without a care who hears or sees you… pulling out your assault rifle if too many enemies surround you...
    loot their bodies for more ammo, medkits, and grenades... swap weapons…
    just having a blast destroying enemies on these maps and completing objectives
    My favorite part about this game is that it doesn’t punish you if youre not about that sniper life..
    You can play this game any and every way you want...
    And the maps change up enough to keep the game feeling fresh... it never drags out…
    the overall campaign though feels like its lacking a bit of knowledge...
    the story feels like no effort was put into it... and the most interesting possible target for a world war 2 game, adolf hitler, was reserved for pre orderers.. So if you’re a smart gamer and actually wait for reviews... you don’t get the only target whos even a little interesting…
    Its going to run you about $10 in the playstation store, so I highly recommend you make a statement by waiting for a sale before you pick up sniper elite 4 and its dlc…
    This is a really fun campaign, but this greed level from the publisher is too high.
    There isn’t just single player here though...
    You can also play co-op in the story, survival mode, or scout and sniper mode... as well as play competitive modes online...
    These modes are about as fun as youd think a bunch of snipers running around a large map trying to snipe eachother could be..
    High paced and full of action... just kidding... nothing happens... hardly anyone plays... waste of the developers time…
    Sniper Elite 4 isnt a shooter oyu buy to play online.. This game shines in its open sandbox styled missions
    I just wish these missions were a bit more interesting

    From the little bit I have played of Rebellion's new Installment of the Sniper Elite series, I have to say it is a vast improvement from the last game (Sniper Elite III). The new Melee and stealth X-Ray kill cam system is fantastic, it adds a new exiting element to the game. Also the European WWII atmosphere is a welcome return to the game. All is all, Sniper Elite 4 is a another hit in myFrom the little bit I have played of Rebellion's new Installment of the Sniper Elite series, I have to say it is a vast improvement from the last game (Sniper Elite III). The new Melee and stealth X-Ray kill cam system is fantastic, it adds a new exiting element to the game. Also the European WWII atmosphere is a welcome return to the game. All is all, Sniper Elite 4 is a another hit in my book. The game is smooth and the lighting is fantastic. New multiplayer maps are added for free, season pass adds more campaign missions. Need to be patient for the multiplayer but it makes the kills satisfying, especially when you get an X-ray kill.

    This is a very fun 3rd person shooter set during WWII. I love this game so much and am very glad I got it. Sniper Elite 4 has many fun missions where you actually need to be stealthy to win best. It feels very realistic and fun. The DLC for it called "Target Fuhrer" is a very good addition. Totally worth an extra $10 to kill Adolf Hitler.     Basically do you like the idea of playing a WW2 sniper, sneaking around, taking out nazi guards, sniping under cover of noise, doing cool melee kills, using the silenced pistol and generally feeling like a bit of a stealth bad a$$?     Sniper Elite 4 is very much a Sniper Elite game: it's main feature is the signature X-Ray Kill Cam, which is still going strong after numerous iterations. It features a bland, connect-the-dots World War II story featuring a staple of the series;    Continues the Sniper Elite series, which personally I have always enjoyed, and doing several things to improve the experience along the way.

    Sniper Elite 4 is very much a Sniper Elite game: it's main feature is the signature X-Ray Kill Cam, which is still going strong after numerous iterations. It features a bland, connect-the-dots World War II story featuring a staple of the series; Nazi super weapons. It has multiple open areas which feature long sight lines designed to encourage the sniper aspect of the game.

    But at the same time, SE4 adds a good many new and beneficial features to the series. The setting is vibrant, and the level design is very well done, with daytime and night-time missions at Italian towns and villas, and military bases and fortresses. Optional objectives add to the depth and replayability. There are a number of multiplayer modes, both generic to shooters and unique to this series with it's focus on long range combat.

    In sum, Sniper Elite 4 is a great game, well worth the cost of admission. If you like stealth shooters or sniper simulations, you should look into it.    … Expand

    Il aura fallu 4 opus au studio Rebellion afin de proposer un titre de bonne qualité avec une vraie identité. Cette fois-ci, l’effort est remarquable et nous devons le souligner. Sniper Elite 4 propose un gameplay très intéressant, une panoplie d’environnements et d’équipements et également la possibilité de faire la campagne avec un ami. Cependant, l’expérience n’est pas parfaite au niveauIl aura fallu 4 opus au studio Rebellion afin de proposer un titre de bonne qualité avec une vraie identité. Cette fois-ci, l’effort est remarquable et nous devons le souligner. Sniper Elite 4 propose un gameplay très intéressant, une panoplie d’environnements et d’équipements et également la possibilité de faire la campagne avec un ami. Cependant, l’expérience n’est pas parfaite au niveau de la précision dans certains tirs ou encore dans la qualité graphique du jeu (qui n’est pas exécrable non plus).     Tecnicamente, tutto sommato, di buona fattura, può offrire la giusta tensione e il giusto    Sniper Elite 4 è un gioco sul cecchinaggio, molto più stealth che action. Preso per il verso giusto è in grado di offrire una buona dose di divertimento grazie alle otto missioni di gioco, alle missioni secondarie e ai tanti collezionabili presenti in giro, oltre al ricco comparto multiplayer.

    Tecnicamente, tutto sommato, di buona fattura, può offrire la giusta tensione e il giusto divertimento anche per un tempo abbastanza lungo, ma è un gioco che fa delle fasi di studio e di attesa il suo punto di forza. Se invece preferite gli sparatutto ad azione compulsiva allora fareste bene a rivolgervi altrove, perché in questo caso, il titolo dei Rebellion non fa per voi.

И пускай в плане истории последней части элитного снайпера особо нечего предложить, ценители жанра останутся довольны, хорошо отлаженными механиками, которые работают как в одиночке, так и отлично сбалансированны в мультиплеере. А тем кто не играл ни в одну часть до - это идеальный старт для ознакомления с работами британской компании, после которого может появиться желание глянуть по фану ту же "Zombi Army Trilogy".    … Expand

    Entrega que recicla muchas cosas de la tercera parte y que no me ha llegado a entusiasmar del todo.

    Completado en cooperativo en dificultad Tirador (Normal) para disfrutar y pasarlo bien, es simplemente un paseo, puedes ir corriendo por enormes calles abiertas repletas de enemigos que sobrevivirás sin problema. Mi compañero y yo simplemente íbamos a lo loco modo Rambo ON disparando a todo lo que se movía y rara vez era la que teníamos que reanimarnos si jugábamos con cabeza.

    La campaña dura muy poco (unas 5h entre dos personas muriendo unas cuantas veces por tonterías). Sobre la historia, no puedo opinar porque la mitad de las secuencias ni le prestábamos atención, pero supongo que en la línea de la saga.

    Recalcar que en Xbox One y Xbox One S cuando apuntas con la mira del francotirador en secciones con densa vegetación el frame-rate baja a cifras insospechados (hablamos de 15-20 fps tranquilamente), aunque el resto del juego va más o menos fluído salvo en zonas con muchos elementos en el entorno.

Great fun getting that extra long shot, setting up booby traps for multi-kills, or ambushing and mowing down entire squads with SMG fire. You also get to blow up a lot of stuff. You can do suppressed fire kills for stealth or go loud and open up. There are different types of rifles to master. There can also be a lot of pistol action. Shotgun action and achievements are available but I never pursued shotgun kills. I preferred the powerful Nagant revolver or TT-33 pistol or the FNAB for close work. All of the firearms can be enhanced as you upgrade them with successful use. There is a considerable amount of DLC available with this title including more guns, skins and four additional missions. The DLC is still pricey for Xbox One. You'll still pay $6 or $7 each for the additional missions and Gun/Skin packages. And not all of the skins are useable for Single Player. From Steam for PC you can get all of the DLC for one cheap price.… Expand

    The graphics and audio are great. Characters move fluidly and seem to react in a realistic manner when shot and generally running around. I did not experience any issues on either console or PC.

    In this game you play as a lone wolf. A sniper behind enemy lines and must accomplish certain primary and secondary tasks to complete each level or mission. The missions and levels are fun and generally quite big and with an open world design feel, in the sense that you can take on any of the tasks in any order you wish. It is also up to you if you wish to play each mission stealthily or simply rush in all guns blazing.

    My only critique of the game overall is that in general terms you really do have to kill pretty much every enemy in the map to complete each level at least if you want to complete all of the secondary tasks too. But I will not complain too much as its so much fun to kill Nazis.

    Multiplayer also offers some added fun although I did not play much of that. Would have preferred if there was an option to limit the sniper role to one (perhaps random) player per side rather than having squads of snipers which can sometimes result in a lot of camping and makes for a boring match.

    Overall a good and fun third person WW2 shooter with a healthy mix of stealth and action. Highly recommended.

Вообще это скорее не симулятор снайпера, а скорее диверсантника, выполняющий огромное количество действий, что не под силу обычному солдатики. Однако, такое разнообразие видаГлоток свежего воздуха после Triple AAA проектов, конвееров и прочих подобных игр. Да, миссии однообразны, суть заданий почти не меняется, сюжет... Не лучший, но по крайней мере с ним в каждой части экспериментируют. Вообще это скорее не симулятор снайпера, а скорее диверсантника, выполняющий огромное количество действий, что не под силу обычному солдатики. Однако, такое разнообразие вида деятельности не даёт в игре скучать и потому можно расправляться с врагами не только при помощи снайперской винтовки. Что ещё необычного и всегда было красочно в серии это рентген камера. С каждой новой частью эта камера становится только более детальней, красочней, и, отчасти, ужасающей (не в плане качества, а в плане впечатления).
    Сейчас я с удовольствием наблюдаю за развитием серии студии и буду готова купить новую часть по фулспрайс цене.
    Игра из-за того что не показывает точный симулятор снайпера в точности немного не дотягивает до высшего балла... Хотя, может и в этом вся суть элитного бойца?)    … Expand

    It’s fun shooting fascists in the head for a while but this game just gets stale fast.

    The game might have been able to keep my interest with a better story and characters. Or by changing the gameplay with either shorter, more concise levels or with a much larger sandbox, because as it stands the limited sandbox gets stale too quickly.

    I usually love World War 2 games, but something about this one just felt really hallow. I know that's not really the case, the semi-open world gives you so many ways to approach an objective, but that doesn't change the fact that the best tactic is to sit somewhere far away and one shot kill everyone. The AI doesn't seem good enough to engage the player at a distance, and the environmentsI usually love World War 2 games, but something about this one just felt really hallow.     The latest installment in the Sniper Elite series is better looking than ever. On the other hand the gameplay feels a bit uninspired, mainly due to lack of realism and a really silly plot.

    The game is held back by poor balancing that renders the silenced pistol the most effective weapon, the truly awful AI that seems to actively try to not detect you even if you run in front of them, and a lack of worthwhile activities to play outside of the main campaign.
