SiNKR on Xbox One is a thoroughly satisfying experience, and one definitely worth the play. It may frustrate at times, but the satisfaction that comes from completing a difficult level is rather euphoric. Also, given the easy 1000 Gamerscore on offer, and the low asking price, it's not hard to recommend you spend time with the game. If sinking pucks sounds up your alley, or you just love puzzle games, SiNKR is definitely for you.

The aim of the game is to get objects into the correct holes using a system of hooks and various methods that are placed in the levels, from pully systems to teleporters. Gradually gaining difficultly as you progress your grey matter will be tested and give you a sense of satisfaction upon completion. Upon completion of a stage you are introduced to the new methods of completion in some easy puzzles, they lul you into a false sense of security before ramping it back up again and it got me every time. Visually there is not much to look at in SiNKR, however it is sold as ultra simplistic and they're not wrong, working on a blue gridded background the game does have smooth animations of the moving parts and that is good given the complexity of some of the puzzles. Overall: I like this game, can easily get engrossed in a few hours gameplay. It's challenging enough to keep you thinking and coming back for more upon the fails but not so much that you will rage quit and not want to play again. Great puzzle game to add to the genre of Xbox One titles available. Full Review »
