    I was shocked to hear Roblox was coming to XBOX ONE, mainly because so many of the games created with Roblox would have a hard time with the transition.
    I was right to be a bit concerned.
    While there are some pretty great games in this package (Framed is my favorite of the bunch), there's not so many games here. While I can understand the reasons for limiting the games to a specific    I was shocked to hear Roblox was coming to XBOX ONE, mainly because so many of the games created with Roblox would have a hard time with the transition.
    I was right to be a bit concerned.
    While there are some pretty great games in this package (Framed is my favorite of the bunch), there's not so many games here. While I can understand the reasons for limiting the games to a specific number (the dev. actually has to update the game to actually WORK on XBOX), the starting number of these games is very limited, and, in total, kind of a disappointment.

    One of the biggest flaws with Roblox on Xbox is that the games are buggy.
    This, in general, isn't too much on an issue since these games on PC have always been just as buggy, but even then, it's still not inexcusable.

    Personally, my biggest flaw with this is not something that I've heard allot of people talk about:
    these games were NEVER meant to be ported onto somewhere else other than PC, and it shows!
    The UI, while slightly acceptable on PC by a slim chance, is a bit clunky, and takes up a fair amount of the screen space where other things, put in place by the developers of these games, are either hard to see or are out of sight completely. While a few of these games do sort of work with a Gamepad (Framed, again, and Speed Run 4, just to name a couple), allot of them really don't (Phantom Forces is a MASSIVE example of this! It's overly sensitive no matter what your settings are, and does not keep your progress from the PC version, making for an inferior version all around).

    Another massive flaw that nobody talks about is one that isn't a criticism of the game itself, but rather, a criticism of everything that surrounds the game: it's a real pain to even get working. While it is a common issue with Xbox users to not be able to play their digital games or watch their movies, this is... something else. The ONLY way I got this working was by blindly messing with my console settings, consistently installing and uninstalling the application from my hard-drive, and resetting the console to a tiring point.
    Many people on the forums have been having this issue, but for now, there is no real statement on this issue.

    Overall, would I recommend Roblox on Xbox? Mayyybe? A few games work well with the transition, but many of them just don't. There are a small amount of packaged games, and they're all overly buggy, and, to top it off, it's a real pain to get working in the first place. I know I might be coming back to it for the great games, but they'll always be 10 times better on what they were originally intended to be played on: the PC.    … Expand

    The PC game sucks because of its chat. Roblox has really out done themselves this time. its stupid. please stay far away from roblox as possible but the only good thing about it is that its addicting.

    Roblox on PC will appeal to anyone, providing a fun and addictive experience. The lack of games and the feel of being an uncompleted game will not attract Roblox fans of the PC. The slow and buggy experience isn't fit for console.

    This game is just bad, the Xbox One version being even worse. Very featureless, lack of actual original games and really just terrible in general. The development of this game was clearly not bothered with, probably took the source code from the PC and did nothing else. Do not bother downloading this failure and waste of time of a game.

    Roblox was originally a PC game, soon expanding to Android and iOS. Recently they have decided to move to the console side, which is just an all around disaster. The controls are horrible, the games are very few, it's extremely buggy, and everyones "favorite" thing is here too, micro transactions.
    Tl;dr: Just no.

    - The avatar customization in this version is awful, use the one on the website.
    - No sensitivity adjuster
    - Game line-up is awful. Who thought Hide and Seek would do good on a console?
    - The 6 free packages are crap.
    - Can't buy BC/TBC/OBC with microsoft account.
    - You can't use R$ earned from the website on the Xbox One version. (The only things you can buy in this version are microtransactions and packages)
    - Data from games on the website don't transfer. Not that bad, but still.
    - Plugging in an XBOX controller on the PC version seems better, and there's more to do.
    - Phantom Forces, one of ROBLOX's most popular games, has a screenshot on the game's Xbox page. Except it isn't even released on ROBLOX for Xbox yet. This is false advertising, and it was one of the reasons I thought it would be good.
    - R$ prices aren't adjusted for BC users. You get 450 R$ if you have BC+, but it only says 400 R$ for the microtransaction even if you have BC.
    - Sound is extremely bugged, and I couldn't hear anything while playing.

    What ROBLOX games does this need?
    = HEX Arena Shooter
    = Actual Phantom Forces
    = Mad Paintball
    = ROBLOX Battle
    = Build mode support. It's very basic, just the stamper tools. You can already select GUIs, so it should work.
    = Apocalypse Rising
    = Heist
    = Twisted Murder or Mad Murderer
    = Bloodfest

    If this was an early alpha, it would make more sense. They even delayed the game, and we still get this.    … Expand

    This is the worst game ever the graphics are really ugly and the gameplay its just a bunch of boring mini games with really bad gameplay and controls and the community is sad i did the xbox version because i couldnt do the pc version

    Then there's the Robux. They want you to pay real money for avatar items that are completely useless and often times get covered up and there's also an aspect of pay to play, in the form of boosts    I figured I would give it a shot.     Basically the concept is stupid, the only positive is that you don't have to pay to play the games. But most of them are kind of rough/bad rip offs of other games. The game design itself was lack luster. There's just no polish at all and most of them have literally no sound what so ever. I found ROBUX to be the pay-2-play to style which you can use R$ to 'buy' in game benefits (only in some games!)

    I felt if this game if I can call it that? Should of spent some more time in development it feels so unfinished it's just not good at all. I would rather my kids play pacman if this is meant to be 'kid focused' and I even sat my little brother down on it and he didn't like it at all

    I honestly do not understand why people love this laggy experience. I'm not saying it's a terrible game, but also not saying it's a good one. I don't recommend this game at all.

The community is awful, probably one of the worst, the game keeps getting worse and worse every month, and it's extremely buggy.     Roblox is a great game. On Roblox you can make games and play games. Roblox is an open world game so you can make friends. Roblox is also free. I would recommend getting Roblox

    My son is an OBC subscriber for over a year now. I was its number one advocate. The software is very much like the AutoCAD software used by architects , its s great tool to teach web building. I really love the concept. It disappears into robloxia, EVERY time! And there is nothing they can do?! Every other day my son's account is "hacked" and we need to reset his PW. HE IS NOT GIVING OUT HIS PW! And again, nothing they WILL do about it. Its hard to believe there is no course of action they can take, I unfortunately have stopped giving my son these cards as rewards. He understands now ($300 later, I have added up my receipts this past year) that it does disappear and is not worth it. There is nothing we can do to protect the money and he now realizes Roblox is no help, we are on our own in Robloxia, the company "sounds good" But I feel they are the FRAUD happening here, I feel they are making the Robux disappear and are assuming that most parents will just replace the monies to appease our children, I feel there is more than can do in replacing lost "robux" they choose not to do it, this company is making MILLIONS ripping of PARENTS!     A free to play MMO all about playing user created games and making your own. There aren't as many games to try out on Xbox One for some reason. It's not like the console couldn't handle the games so the only explanation is the devs didn't want to take the time to port all of them over.     The majority of the games just suck. Poorly implementation, glitches, and odd design choices squander what good ideas are on display here. That's not to say ROBLOX doesn't have some good games, but even then some random bullcrap can screw over your good time. Out of all the game my favorite was "Hide and Seek Extreme." A hide and seek game without anything actually being extreme. That's right, virtual hide and seek ends up being the best and most stable game in the package.

    As far as the creation tools go if you actually want to make anything exciting or worthwhile you are going to have to put down some real cash on "Robux." That's not the only thing you can do with the virtual currency though, oh no. Every game has things to buy with them. From avatar customization to special gear for that game there's always something locked off behind Robux paywalls. The game offers plenty of subscription services for Robux and more content. You can experience the majority of content without spending a single penny, but there's always going to be someone with more cool stuff than you.

    The social interaction part of the game is also lacking. Each game kind of acts as or has it's own hub world. A place where you wait around for the next match to start. However interaction is limited between party members or people on your friends list. That means there isn't much chatting going on in the game. It's all really quiet and not just because the majority of the games don't have any music (seriously what the heck?). Meeting new people, chatting, and trash talking would have made the whole thing more interesting. It's still possible to do so, but it's more of a pain to make happen.

    From the dated graphics, technical issues, scaled back content, and other misfires with it's free to play nature and MMO qualities make ROBLOX just a bad game. Admittedly one that's become something of a guilty pleasure. There's a certain so bad, it's good quality (or lack thereof) to it that kept me playing longer than I probably should have. I'm actually likely to come back to it at some point. However that doesn't excuse it's flaws. It's still a bad game. One that's especially disappointing given the potential greatness of the concept. You can literally create and play any genre there is. It turns out that ROBLOX's biggest flaw ends up being wasted potential.    … Expand

    Its roblox at it's worst yes even worse than the 2012 april fools or ODer games or removing tix. It made roblox worse by limiting down the choices. The camera is buggy. It's a bad game however they tried with the graphics. If you want to play roblox play the pc version.

    Back then it was a good game but now its awful. The community is trash definitely one of the worst, the graphics are worse then on the Dreamcast or N64, verry buggy, game gets worse every month, the Xbox One version is even worse then the PC version with less minigames and worse controls (too much worse in 1 review :/). The good thing is: most of the mini games are pretty good thats all.

    That made me consider that Roblox should've been released as a XBOX game. As a frequent ROBLOX PC player, the PC version is far superior than this extremely buggy, poorly executed version. You only have a limited amount of games to play, unlike in the PC version, where you could search up ANY game created on ROBLOX. Many/Some games on ROBLOX that people like don't provide XBOX support,That made me consider that Roblox should've been released as a XBOX game. As a frequent ROBLOX PC player, the PC version is far superior than this extremely buggy, poorly executed version. You only have a limited amount of games to play, unlike in the PC version, where you could search up ANY game created on ROBLOX. There are no groups tab on the game last time I checked, which is bad if you are managing a group. The community in both the PC and XBOX versions is pretty bad, which half or a third of rulebreakers getting away with it.
