    I spent a great deal of time playing Road Rash back in the day, and without a doubt it was one of the most enjoyable and satisfying games around in that era. When Road Rage was first announced to say I was excited was definitely an understatement. Unfortunately though this adaptation of Road Rash is simply awful and it never offers you anything that will make you fall in love with it like its predecessors did. The amount of technical issues in the game is way too high and this will already be enough to put a lot of people off, but this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Road Rage’s problems. The riding and combat in the game are simply awful and offer you nothing at all. Riding feels unresponsive and never feels exciting and the combat is even more dull with every weapon feeling the same and never packing a punch to even remotely satisfy you. It does have a bit of variety when it comes to the missions you can take part in, but this is quickly forgotten because the world in which the game takes place in is lifeless and the AI has nothing going for it. They have tried to add a story in the game but this is also a failure and nothing that’s included in the story is memorable at all. The presentation side of the game is definitely hit and miss. I actually quite enjoyed the soundtrack that was present in the game, but when it came to the visuals I was really disappointed because certain areas can look really ugly at times. At the end of the day to say that I was really disappointed with Road Rage would be a massive understatement. The game fails to get any of the basics right, and there really isn’t anything that will make you want to keep playing. Some of the problems in the game are completely unforgivable and without a doubt this game tarnishes the good reputation of the Road Rash series. I can’t stress enough that you should stay away from this game and if you were a fan of the Road Rash series then you will find this game horrifying.… Expand

    holy moses is this bad. get if achievement hunting but avoid if not. some games are good on pc and console this isn't one of them

    Road Rage is a motorcycle combat game where you play as one of various riders in a motorcycle gang… And needless to say.. you are indeed bad to the bone… And theres only one language you understand now… and that’s brutal violence… The game takes place in the city of ashen with 7 different districts unlocked as you progress the game… This is in open world game sort    Road Rage

    This is in open world game sort of like the need for speed games..
    You drive around the city to get to objective points..
    Once there you take part in either a race, a run, complete stunt objectives, run from the cops, or assassinate targets… there are different race types.. but all follow the same principles..
    Get from checkpoint to checkpoint.. sometimes hit enemies with a bat or chainsaw… or try to outsmart the cops for 30 seconds
    And none of them are fun…
    While racing you can take out enemies with a melee weapon…
    and enemies can take you out with these weapons too…
    though using these weapons like the rest of the game just isn’t fun.. they hardly feel like they function…
    Winning races will award you cash to buy new bikes, unlocked as the story progresses, you can also customize your bike and upgrade it..
    Some missions requiring certain bikes and upgrades before you can start them…
    If you don’t have enough cash there are plenty of missions around the world for you to go out and earn some…
    winning missions also rewards you with a text conversation that is thankfully voice acted…
    But this is some of the most ridiculous voice acting in video games period…
    But im glad the effort was there to make this game feel like it was cared about a little bit..
    And this is how the games story is delivered to you…
    through these conversations after races
    But the voice acting and and the overall gameplay are so bad that I couldn’t help but laugh dozens of times while playing..
    There are awful physics where youll explode or fly through the air bumping into the tiniest item…
    Youll get stuck in places after a crash having to restart a race, thankfully this was rare.. happening only once…
    Cop chases can have you flying through buildings after they hit you..
    Other racers will flip cars, cars fall out of the sky…
    this game is just a mess…
    There is inline multiplayer and split screen, though I could never get a connection to go through, and the game has to load twice at a painfully slow rate before you can try to find another match, making it not even worth it to try and find other players to suffer with..
    This is an awful game in every sense of the word…
    Its looks like a ps2 game

    Il s’agit d’une espèce de Road… Rash, ou du moins d’une espèce de tentative de refaire un jeu inspiré du bon vieux Road Rash, lequel remonte à la 3DO ! sauf que l’avorton de jeu aurait dû être avorté tellement il est complètement raté et très laid.

    La ‘conduite’ ressemble à celle d’un certain Cyberbug 2077 de 2020… c’est dire l’étendue des dégâts, sauf que dans Cyberbug, on n’était pas    Il s’agit d’une espèce de Road… Rash, ou du moins d’une espèce de tentative de refaire un jeu inspiré du bon vieux Road Rash, lequel remonte à la 3DO ! sauf que l’avorton de jeu aurait dû être avorté tellement il est complètement raté et très laid.

    Impossible de se friter avec les autres crevards de motards, tellement c’est mal foutu et pas jouable, ni maniable pour un sou… si sur Series X, ça tourne au moins à 60 im/s, ça nous fait une belle jambe, car un étron reste un étron en définitive !    … Expand

    This game is exactly what it says it is — dumb fun. The story is, at best, an afterthought, and the gameplay is complicated for the first 4-5 minutes. If you came for a challenge, keep going. What the game lacks in substance it makes up for by being fun. This game has no pretensions to being anything other than a blatant ripoff of road rash. God bless them for it.

    The whole thing has a whiff of Steam Early Access about it, which is not what I’d expect from a full game release on the Xbox store. And it’s brown. Like, really brown.

    I hate being so negative about a game, but simply put, Road Rage is a mess on all fronts. Not only is it hard on the eyes and ears, it’s also unnecessarily frustrating and cumbersome to play. There are no real redeeming qualities to be found here, in what would be a very forgettable game if it weren’t so damned poor.

    Charging $40/£20 for this game is borderline criminal. Associating it with Road Rash is disrespectful. Unless customizing motorcycles is your sole passion in life, avoid this one.
