Feb 22, 2015This game is great fun and great value (£7.99) - in all honesty i bought it out of boredom but i quickly ended up enjoying it and its the most enjoyable pool game ive played, ever. however the online is a mess if you want to play against a friend, it works fine but actually getting it set up is a massive headache.

Jan 12, 2015Pretty enough graphics. You can't add player 2 with a live login.. which is really cheap and nasty. Either way this is fun for a pool night at home. Surely the fancy kinect 2 could work here?

Nov 15, 2014Great mechanics in the game, but the game options, menus and gametypes are a bit lack lustre. I enjoyed the first few hours and then got a bit bored.

Jul 1, 2015Pros: Awesome graphics, easy controls, solid gameplay.
Cons: Ball-to-ball and ball-to-cushion physics are a little sketchy but definitely playable, some of the stars are too difficult to get (e.g. you need to earn one by getting out of a snooker but the AI never attempts to put you in one).
Minor quibbles aside this is a really nice game, and snooker DLC is on the way :)

Official Xbox Magazine UKJan 24, 2015The problem is, we have real friends who'll accompany us to real pubs with real tables on which we can play real pool. So why do we need a slightly sterile virtual version? [Feb 2015, p.83]

Jan 8, 2015Play it with a friend for a few yours and then forget about it; it's so simple to learn that you'll have [it] mastered in that time anyway. [Issue#156, p.117]

Dec 31, 2014This simple pool sim is as polished as a cue ball and belongs to anyone who likes the game.
