Pikuniku - This whacky puzzle platform adventure is quite simply a great way to spend a couple of hours messing around. With fun game mechanics you make your way from underground and into the local village. Solving puzzles as you muddle along kicking, jumping, bouncing and even rolling to make "The Beast" who looks like a meatball on legs get from A to B. Solving puzzles as you muddle along kicking, jumping, bouncing and even rolling to make "The Beast" who looks like a meatball on legs get from A to B. Not everything is as it seems in this strange little land, what first appears to be a dead end actually isn't if you just run into it and find yourself a little hidden area. This really is a crazy game and lots of fun, remember to engage the brain before you play then throw it on out as this game decides to turn logic on its head. With colorful visuals, nice controls and funny conversations between characters I highly recommend picking this one up. A great release for Xbox and one that everyone can enjoy. Expand

This game infuriated the hell out of me. It looked nice and starts off "quirky" and charming, but
but honestly I couldn't stand it very quickly. I don't really know why I kept playing it (oh yeah, i'm an achievement whore), but it really wasn't worth it.
I think this is one of those games I just don't like. I wish 2D platformers would just be 2D platformers, but nowadays they have to be

    Not my thing.

The good: 2D platformer with very nice graphics. "The chiptune" is catchy. It has several minigames (basketball with a 3-point watermelon, push-button dance game, 8-bit chin-up, Dig Dug parody). 3 "Super Meat Boy" type levels. 480 Mb of pure fun. High-profile jokes. Once the game is over it allows you to continue to see the consequences. It's on Game Pass and it doesn't weigh much. 400G ofThe good: 2D platformer with very nice graphics. "The chiptune" is catchy. Has Multiplayer achievements to co-work in a Stage (different to the main game).

The bad: Very short. Difficult and some cryptic achievements. includes 2 multiplayer achievements (3 achievements being strict since to have all the character figurines you must play multiplayer and do certain things)

Lo Meh !: don't let its minimalist aesthetic fool you, it hides a game with social criticism. Includes many video game parodies including a ball pull-up on an old NES

Pikuniku is a cute and quirky indie game with an amazing delightful art style Its bright colors and adorable characters make the game very visually appealing. The puzzles and challenges are mostly well-designed, offering a fair level of difficulty. However, the game has little replayability, and sometimes you have to run for a long time because you missed an item.

Pikuniku on Xbox One is a tiny little game. It tries to do a whole lot with its short campaign, yet it only does half of it well. Its writing bounces back and forth between being endearingly random and just plain unfunny. The puzzles featured within the campaign and co-operative modes are easily the best part of playing, so it is odd that the game does not focus entirely on those two things.
