    Me and the wife recently discovered playing the Overcooked games together. Ignoring the occasional bit of arguing between us they're immense fun to play in co-op. So when I saw this come to gamepass we had to try it and it's really fun.
    It's no where near as good as Overcooked and the actual co-opness of Moving Out is probably not as needed as it is in OC, if anything it makes it a bit    Me and the wife recently discovered playing the Overcooked games together.     It's no where near as good as Overcooked and the actual co-opness of Moving Out is probably not as needed as it is in OC, if anything it makes it a bit harder as some items of furniture require two people, but in single player they don't so in that respect it's easier in single player. But I suppose it's alot less on your own too. It's also short compared to OC (only took a few hours to complete the base game).
    But basically, play it with a friend and you should enjoy yourself for 3ish hours.    … Expand

You can adjust difficulty in many ways to help you work thru the more difficult levels. Some of the games mechanics seem to be simply led to chance based on the games mechanics that aren’t as refined as they could be. This isn’t a bad game but definitely packs in plenty of frustrating moments and "what in the world was that" moments. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing as every time I’ve helped someone move there are plenty those moments and you save the busted up hands and sore body the next day. There’s plenty of obstacles to make your task more challenging to include ghosts, flamethrowers, and rising pools of guava that prove to be far from the biggest obstacles to your success. As a fan of most of the games published by Team 17 this one doesn’t quite reach the mark of the majority of their titles and sadly left me wanting more. I did happen to enjoy the homage to the “Frogger” levels, as I typically appreciate a nod to any classic game in a new creation of today. While I didn’t personally find the game overly exciting I would encourage fans of the overcooked franchise to at least give this one a go, as you should be more at home here with a few exceptions. I love the presentation of Moving Out and the bright colorful visuals and to credit the development team they did just about all anyone probably could do to make moving as fun of an experience in a gaming way possible. If you’re on the fence with this one maybe wait for a sale, I also had limited talent on my “moving team” during my review time with Moving Out, which is usually the case in a real life move and this could have added to my “what the” moments along the way.… Expand

    For those few who think having a good time with a game means moving furniture out of buildings while dodging annoying obstacles under constant time constraints, here you go. For the rest of us, we enjoy escaping such real-life labor by immersing ourselves with something much different, and certainly less frustrating.

On s'en lasse en moins de 5 minutes chrono et on la désinstalle encore plus vite : la désinstallation de l'étron, le meilleur moment du jeu (plouf !).    … Expand

    Challenging and accessible gameplay, charming design, charming levels with lots of surprises. Just having a blast playing it with my little brother. Can't recommend it enough.

    it has that overcooked feel. from what i played so far, its probably the same amount of yelling as overcooked.

    Moving Out is an incredibly funny and light-hearted experience. Especially the local co-op option promises tons of fun for a small group of friends, or for playing with the family. This title is definitely recommended for those wanting to be entertained and frustrated at the same time.

    I enjoyed my time with Moving Out, but that’s not to say I had fun. This game frustrated me. Deeply. In much of the same way Overcooked did. But Moving Out never entirely lives up to the bar set by Overcooked. At times it feels unfocused, scattered, and above all else, inconsistent in its rules. But where the technical side of the game lacks, the flair and pizazz of everything make up for it. I love the characters and the music, the couch co-op gameplay is second to none, and I appreciate a game that has no problem being there if you only need it for a few minutes to pass the time.

    Whether or not you’re starving for your next couch co-op game, Moving Out is a lot of fun and should be played by anyone who likes fun team-based games. It’s not exactly the most varied experience, but there are plenty of laughs and hilarious moments to be had if you’re playing Moving Out with friends.
