    It is very hard to review this game properly since I never really got past the tutorials but when a company can't be bothered to take the time to port their game properly, I can't be bothered to play it any lobger rhan necessary. Main issues: controls are horrid. You can tell it's made for a PC when there's a mouse cursor on the screen that you move around. The font size is ridiculously small for ise on a console and the Windows have to be dragged put of the way during the tutorial. I mean seriously.. they couldn't even be bothered to make sure their tutorial windows weren't in the way of the actions you need to take. For anyone wanting to play this game, grab it on PC as it is amazing. Otherwise wait until they fix these issues or be aware of them before buying this game.… Expand

    Controls are hard but after you get used to them they are great.

    Very fun and looks great on my 70 inch TV rather than my 27 inch pc.

    Having it in my front room is a blast and sharing the game with my kids and family is cool.

    Glad it was brought to console.

    4/10 due to:
    a)controls are HORRIBLE for console, mouse cursor slow to move in a game where reaction time is everything.
    b)CONSTANT lag where mouse cursor will bug out and off the screen/not be responsive for a few clicks, especially game breaking in a game where they ask you to perform quick moves in short windows but either mouse disappears or its slow to respond due to it being a    4/10 due to:
    a)controls are HORRIBLE for console, mouse cursor slow to move in a game where reaction time is everything.

    b)CONSTANT lag where mouse cursor will bug out and off the screen/not be responsive for a few clicks, especially game breaking in a game where they ask you to perform quick moves in short windows but either mouse disappears or its slow to respond due to it being a TERRIBLE port over from PC.

    c)Nasa has a WHOLE TEAM to help figure out aerodynamics,thrust to weight ratios, rocket designs, navigation, etc...Kerbal Space has JUST YOU to do all that, oh and the tutorials are terrible and does not go over game concepts well enough. For example in the tutorial the spaceships have ALOT of tech you cant unlock without HORRID grinding for science points to unlock....so your stuck unlocking little parts of things you need to make missions successful, example, I just unlocked thruster block but the RCS to control it is buried further in the tech tree...stupidest tech tree i've EVER seen where it gives you half of what you need and no way to use it!

    d)Absolute GARBAGE missions on campaign...go take a jet engine and splash down/test it in the water...WHO THE HELL TRIES TO LAND A JET IN THE WATER TO TEST THE ENGINE? Just about EVERY mission is like this, pointless and terrible. There are a few science collect missions that arent that bad but EVERYTHING else is overly complicated to perform and a big time waste compared to the money/science you get for performing.

    e)Just about ALL the you tube "help" videos are mod users from PC explaining how to do things WITH MODS INSTALLED...absolutely no help to console users that cannot install the same mods.

    f)Pretty bad when mods have to be created just to get the extra information we need when constructing ships, IE the total power of the ship (not known without a mod), best course to take to a planet (not known without a mod)...get the picture? Most help wont come because those videos either use equipment that Developers turn around and buried in the tech tree to make things harder(just more time consuming and annoying really) or like I said, they're using help mods that we just dont have.

    g)speeding up time should not have the affect it does on the ships handling/etc...im on "auto stabilize", I launch and it goes smooth...5 minutes later im in space....take the EXACT same SHIP with the EXACT same "auto stabilize" and do the EXACT same launch but speed up time....now watch as your rocket goes all flip floppy and all over the place...speeding up time should not have an adverse effect on things when it runs fine without...whats that leave..no speeding up launches, prepare to watch the same rockets go up and take about the same amount of time for each one..over and over and over...speed up time is just a broken tease!

    h)they start you out with a BUMPY DIRTY RUGGED CRAPPY runway and ask you to launch jets off it....general consensus online...LEAVE THE RUNWAY AND HEAD TO THE GRASS TO TAKE OFF...GREAT GAME DESIGN THERE..NOT!

    i)Back to having to learn rocket science just to play this game...NOT FUN...i just want to be a pilot and/or just the commander of the space station...i want help knowing when im building a terrible rocket from my rocket advisor (there isnt one), I want help doing jump turns to other planets from my navigator (there isnt one), I want to ask my rocket specialist how big a rocket I will need to launch X amount of tons to this location...THERE ISNT ONE...NO HELP...go learn rocket science to play this game or watch repeatedly as you launch failure after failure with NO WAY to speed up time without it seriously f'n up your launch.

    Overall= Horrible, i just changed it to a 1 from a 4 after writing this..well deserving..these devs wont get a penny from me on their next game! Who is it? Squad..ya, no more money for you from me SQUAD!    … Expand

    I am a fanatic KSP player. I have racked up more than 7 thousand hours on the pc version, and I have been playing it since just after the demo version came out. But this... I have to say, DO NOT BUY IT. It is a waste of your money, the controls are absolutely horrid, the gui design is clunky, and you will regret every penny.

    I use to sit back and enjoy playing KSP on my Xbox One X console. Now however, since the new update with the updated skins and textures they put on the parts, every time you select, move, or place a part it will freeze up for 2-5 seconds each time. I bought the Xbox One X due to the large amount of dedicated GPU and now it feels like I am trying to play on an old 360. Thanks for ruiningI use to sit back and enjoy playing KSP on my Xbox One X console.     This has good physics, realistic parts and makes you think like a real rocket scientist and the glitches that I see are mostly visual and do not disturb anything.

    Fun enjoyable but relentlessly complicated.
    A good realistic physics sim with endless options and creativity for ship design

    I loved this game a lot. You can build your own rocked and fly to whatever planet you want, a child's dream. Once you figure out how to launch correctly and get to other planets, it is really amazing. You might need a little bit of prior knowledge to be able to play this game correctly. I really recommend this game, and I can't wait for the second version.

    My only issue is that KSP is still a really tricky game and I feel that a bit more could have been done to improve the tutorial and how to use these new features.

    Console gamers will be pleased with the experience and it seems like the Xbox One port was designed for new players in mind. I would definitely recommend it because the sheer enjoyment you get out of Kerbal Space Program overcome its problems.
