    I found this game to be one of the most compelling video game experience that I have had in quite a while. For starters the audio experience in the highlight of this game. I found that I was able to immerse myself within the experience because of how the story is fleshed out through Senua’s psychosis. The only negative in my opinion are some of the puzzles that you have to complete. As much as I hate to say it since the game abandons a HUD in favor of guiding you through the voices it is sometimes difficult to complete these complex puzzles and I often had to find myself checking the internet to move forward. Other than that I thought the game was a great meditation in mental health in a world that was beautifully dark. This game is a hidden gem and if you have 6-8 hours to spare, I highly recommend that you play this game.… Expand

    Conforme mas me adentré en el juego mas sorprendido quedaba, la falta de interfaz. la musica, las expresiones, la ambientación, todo el conjunto hace de este juego una experiencia inmersiva total, una absoluta obra maestra.

    You shouldn't approach this game as you would to a usual fantasy expecting non-stop action, cute characters and an epic heroic story. This game touches a very complex topic of mental disorders without being a whiny trash story about 16 yo getting his/her hurt broken over some dumb school drama.     Una historia que deja sin palabras, es excelente, el apartado gráfico asombroso. Sonido espectacular, de la jugabilidad a veces te pierde un poco y los movimientos y ataques son un poco limitados pero sin duda un juego maravilloso y muy trabajado.

    - The puzzles are so cool and clever, very different from many other games.

    - The setting and lore is fun and deep.

    - The style and artistic expression of the story telling is crazy good.

    Here are my negatives
    - The combat's camera and arena. People like to dunk on this games combat, and I agree that it is rough to a degree but not for the reasons people give. Let me explain. The combat itself is fine, it is simple, feels weighty, and has a good rhythm to it. It makes sense in a narrative game about mental health and grief. The problem is the camera, the arena sizes, the poor lock on system, and the amount of enemies in these small arenas. Those issues combined makes a decent combat system feel clunky and bad. I like the combat, there are just other factors that bog it down. I am hopeful the combat in the sequel will be better.

    I only have one negative, and it was frustrating enough to bring it down a point. If the issues with combat sequences were fixed this game would be an easy 10. Play it on gamepass now!    … Expand

    A truely unique and immersive experience. This is a game that plays with your senses and personally it is an experience I will not forget. Best to go into the game with no expectations since if you are expecting it to be like something else you will probably be disappointed

And sound... A true masterpiece of audible art... but! Fine quality headphones are mandatory for the acoustic experience meant by the authors. I triedGreat game! The main point here is the inevitable emotional connection, or even symbiosis with Senua's feelings, doubts and intentions , THIS is what des of Hellblade an intense experience, not just another video game.     Madre mía este juego es hermoso en cuanto al diseño artístico, sus actores de voz y el soundtrack hacen que el ambiente se ponga totalmente en otro nivel, me encantan los puzzles está bien balanceada la cantidad de puzzles y de combates que hay en el juego muy recomendado

    Very enjoyable, great graphics and hugely atmospheric. A single playthrough took me around 8 hours. My only slight gripe is there is no replay value, so 8 hours is somewhat limited. Otherwise highly recommended.

In fact, those are the parts of the game that mostly stand out; HellbladeIt's hard to get hooked on this game in the beginning, but if you give it a chance you won't regret. Despite the so attractive graphics Hellblade brings, this is not a game for everyone. The target players this title is focused on are the ones who are always looking for new experiences and enjoy a good narrative too. In fact, those are the parts of the game that mostly stand out; Hellblade is something way different to what we're used to see in most action games and the script is something the developers have taken very serious, so take that into account before playing this game.
    As I said before, It's been an unique experience and a game I don't regret to have played. The story, the dark atmosphere and the main character really grip you till the point you can't wait to know what's going to happen next. In addition, despite the combat gameplay is quite simple, It's also really addictive and satisfying. The puzzles, which are one of the most important things of the gameplay experience, are really worked out but they feel a bit boring (Mostly in the beginning, and that's another reason why it's hard to get hooked on), so we'll need patience.
    For those who are able to understand and give a chance to Hellblade, the'll love it. But the joy will last just a couple of hours... It's sad that the game was so short, as you move along the game It makes you to want more and more. We'll have to wait until the already announced sequel to know more about Senua again.    … Expand

    un juego interesante con una atmósfera de misterio que a su vez se torna en sicosis con las voces del entorno, asi como de ser un juego muy sensorial como es lo que pasa en el desafio de la cegera, donde hay que enfocarse en los sonidos del rio asi como la sensicion de viento, un juego completo e interesante por lo que entrega

    Good game! it brings a different experience about slashing mobs and enemies, the bad thing is that it has too little variations of enemies and it has too much cinematic, it has a good gameplay and the puzzles are different from what we're used to get.

    Juego más que interesante, basado sobre todo en la atmósfera (la cual esta muy bien creada), trata como ningún otro la psicosis y las enfermedades mentales, en el apartado gráfico es increíble destacando por encima de todo la tecnología que usan para las animaciones faciales que aunque por momentos se hace un poco extraña en otros te hace ver lo que Senua esta sintiendo, jugablemente es unJuego más que interesante, basado sobre todo en la atmósfera (la cual esta muy bien creada), trata como ningún otro la psicosis y las enfermedades mentales, en el apartado gráfico es increíble destacando por encima de todo la tecnología que usan para las animaciones faciales que aunque por momentos se hace un poco extraña en otros te hace ver lo que Senua esta sintiendo, jugablemente es un juego de "acción" con combates interesantes pero no en gran abundancia, lo que si que abunda son los puzzles de diversa índole. It is an excruciatingIt seems like Ninja Theory not only perfectly combined what we currently know about mental disorders and illnesses (with an emphasis on psychosis) with Norse mythology, but also managed to resurrect the spirit of Edgar Allan Poe novels in the language of today, taking the art of portraying the horrors that can happen inside the human brain to a whole another level. It is an excruciating experience in a good sense, one that enlightens you and stays with you for a long time after. The sound design in this game is something that I hope game studios will aspire to in the years to come. The game mechanics are a bit repetitive and fights are pretty basic but for now, I can let it slide thanks to the one unconventional principle they introduced to the gameplay that really supports the story and makes you care for all that happens throughout (discover for yourself, I don't mean to spoil). Let's hope they will have more time to develop some new ideas for mechanics in the already announced sequel.… Expand

    Necesitamos más juegos como Hellblade. Ninja Theory saca partido al diseño de sonido para brindar una de las experiencias más intensas de la generación. La manera en la que trata los problemas mentales y el duelo por la pérdida será recordada durante años. En sus mecánicas jugables a veces puede pecar de repetitivo, un problema que atribuyo al modesto presupuesto con el que contó.

Este es uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado en toda mi vida, creo que se merecia un goty aunque la cosa ese año fue muy reñida pero aun asi pienso que Senua es de los mejores personajes construidos en un juego, no conoces nada de ella al inicio pero al final te interesa todo de ella y te preocupas mucho de lo que le pase, aunque no es muy perfecto el juego, comete uno de los errores mas fatales si se hace mal, la repetitividad, odie las zonas que eran un quest, eran sumamente repetitivas y ya cansaban, pero bueno que cuando ya estabas a punto de aburrirte se alejan de eso y continuan con la historia y mas batallas contra los jefes mientras descubres la historia de senua y el porque lo hace, el perder a un ser querido no es facil, menos si es tu esposo o novio, queriendo recuperarlo a toda costa, luchando contra una maldita diosa poderosa, A parte de la gran historia uno de los mejores aspectos del juego es el audio, este juego lo debes jugar si o si con audiculares... el juego tiene un gran aspecto en el, las voces de la enfermedad que tiene senua es muy asombroso, el ambiente igual... el final me dejo un poco elado de lo que esta pasando, pero en fin es un grandioso juego, no puedo esperar al 2.… Expand

    Me encanta el género y hace lo más importante, crea una atmósfera que te hace sentir en el juego. Una pena no poder jugarlo con cascos por problemas de salud, estoy seguro de que mi nota sería mejor si así fuera pero no he podido probarlo

    The interesting journey our main character goes through is one that is metaphorical and filled with intrigue. While the environments, world building, graphics and cutscenes were all phenomenal, the gameplay itself suffered. The traversing mechanics were pretty basic, but acceptable enough for this type of game and the collectibles, which offered pieces of narrated lore (taken from north mythology), made exploring your environment worthwhile.
    The combat felt very satisfying, specially when you were fighting against 1-3 opponents. However there were some sections where there were way too many enemies on screen which took away from the feeling of awesomeness and instead replaced it with boredom. That, coupled with the fact that some arenas were too small, making it, sometimes, impossible to dodge attacks, made the whole experience worse than it would have otherwise been. The bosses were all well made and ask the player to learn how to counter them, which is what I find most appealing in Hellblade's combat.
    There were some sections that broke the monotony that started settling it after 3-4 hours into the game, however those were short lived. The puzzles were never too complicated, but they did their job.

    The story, paired with its amazing soundtrack, is indeed the crowning jewel of this experience. There is love and dedication poured into it and it shows in spades. It's a narrative that not everyone will get, and some might even not care for, but to those who like games such as GOW (2018), TLOU, Telltale's TWD and other narrative driven games, then I highly recommend it.    … Expand

    - je ne sais pas si c’est valable pour toutes les versions, mais dans la mienne je me suis débrouillé du début à la fin.

    Personne ne t’explique ni les contrôles ni les mécaniques de jeu. J’ai beaucoup aimé ce point de difficulté / stress complémentaire. Comme dans la vraie vie, tu apprends par toi-même et tu fais des erreurs stupides.

    - le fait que tu puisses être en Game Over quand la corruption atteint la tête de Senua. Ho lala comment j’ai stressé à cause de ça. Merveilleux. Tu sais pas combien de morts sont permises. Et tu as l’impression que ça monte très vite au début. (J’ai fini le jeu en une seule fois, la fierté de gamer est sauve)

    - les combats : je les ai trouvés très aboutis et intelligents. Tu comprends vite que le placement de ton perso est capital. Ainsi quand tu te retrouves dans des espaces clos en combat tu stresses d’autant plus que les ennemis sont nombreux. Le combat final et la fin : j’aurais apprécié une fin plus brutale. Celle qui lui était destinée depuis le départ.
    Maaaais je comprends ce que vous avez voulu dire quant au deuil et au chemin mental emprunté par Senua.

    Ce jeu raconte l’histoire d’un deuil, vécu par une femme ayant un lien spécial avec les Dieux (surtout avec l’au-delà si on écoute sa mère). J’ai beaucoup aimé vivre cette expérience. On lui prête une malédiction, ce que nous soupçonnons souvent être une maladie mentale.

    Parlons-en justement : cet aspect du jeu et de la psychologie du personnage est capital dans sa qualité. Et la production/réalisation de cette ambition a été largement à la hauteur à mon avis.
    Rien que les petites voix intérieures constantes, qui peuvent autant te guider que te tromper, parfois. Magnifiquement réalisées dans le jeu. J’ai été sincèrement heureux de les retrouver à l’issue de l’arbre. Pour la durée limitée et certains aspects de la résolution d’énigmes… 8/10 « seulement ».

    A very good game with a very good story! No UI and crazy voices made the whole experience very immersive. Combats were fun in my opinion. I would have gave it a better score if it didn't took me so many time understanding the puzzle part, with the bone arches... but maybe it's me who is too dumb! ;-)

    The graphics are very atmospheric as is the audio. The game seems to be fairly linear but with some open world design. Not sure if this is it how it plays all throughout though.     I personally found the combat too difficult on the normal setting, but my preference is for shooters so those who play more melee based games will likely not have much problem with the combat here.

    I would have liked to see some helpful hints for the player at least in the first few minutes of the game even if this would break the immersion level that is otherwise generated by the overall experience.

    Overall worth trying out if you are a mature gamer and enjoy third person action games with a very high element on the narrative.

    Платина простейшая, так как сложность не влияет ни на что и можно играть на лёгком, хотя я прошёл на харде и в боях даже был челлендж ближе к концу.
    Очень советую купить, ведь это очень необычный проект, созданный независимой студией и изданный ей же, а не под крылом крупного издателя. Поддержите, она того стоит!
    Оценка не 10 и 10, потому что 10 из 10 - это Last of Us и Witcher 3, а эта игра просто хорошая... не раздавать же всем десятки, как это делает один "худощавый непродажный блоггер", у которого чуть ли не каждая Call of Duty 12 из 10:)

Then the game got very puzzly and turned into this weird mix of puzzle-fight monsters-puzzle. Almost half of all the puzzles I couldn't solve on my own, this is the most I had help from youtube in any game ever. I mean I'd like to think of myself as fairly intelligent (so do most people) but even the Youtuber that I had help from was struggling, a lot. Another point is that I had to almost sync my gameplay with the Youtuber to avoid dying and have my game reset, which is an extremely stupid thing; awful choice from the creators.     My esteemed fellow reviewers have extolled the virtues of many of the better elements of the game but I cannot agree with many of the scores given, as much as I have tried to love this game I actually find the puzzles are terrible and the combat rather dull.

Да у меня еще компьютер горяч, в этом наверняка еще заключалась проблемка, так или иначе после изменений в файлах, прошел за два дня.

    Tiene elementos muy interesantes, una historia intensa y mitológica. Gráficos muy bonitos y unas animaciones que deján en pañales a los mejores títulos. Quizás baja un poco en su planteamiento. Los puzzles es siempre lo mismo y las peleas, que van ganando a medida que avanza, no dejan de ser algo anecdótico. Aún así un juego muy interesante.

    Got half way through before I was tired of walking and watching. Just was a hard to play game and not my type of game. We really need a new category for games that are more interactive videos. I watch TV for that sort of activity.

    As a game, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is the cross between a puzzle-lite walking simulator and a brutal action-adventure. Despite some mild design and middling technical flaws, it balances both aspects rather well. As a narrative, this is one fantastic experience. It’s an honest, challenging look at battling mental illness that will stick with you long after the credits roll. It’s as beautiful as it is soul-crushing, making it a must play for anyone who still has a soul to crush.
