Jan 6, 2022Machinarium meets Monument Valley. Art is super cool, mechanics surprisingly work, puzzles are not frustrating. If you love puzzle games (I don't) add 2 more points to my rating.

Aug 30, 2018If you want a mind-bending puzzle game along the lines of, like, Portal or something, it’s not going to deliver that, and you’ll want to stay away. If, however, you want a gentle puzzle game with heartfelt visuals, that will remind you of life pre-gaming, then Gorogoa offers a solid — if brief — experience.

Jun 15, 2018While Gorogoa is an amazing experience, it’s a very brief one with little to no replay unless you’re chasing the few achievements you missed the first time through, or you may really want to experience it again afterwards with a better grasp of its mechanics. As a puzzle game, it’s unique, interesting and absolutely gorgeous. It’s obvious that Gorogoa was a labor of love, and it shows. Mechanically it’s ingenious and what it lacks in length, it makes up in quality. Quality over quantity is the perfect slogan for this unique puzzler that I’ll remember for quite sometime.

Jun 10, 2018A unique, though short, experience, completely different from anything else and with impressive creative and artistic values. If you like puzzle games, especially the more brilliant ones, Gorogoa is an absolute must buy.
