PES 2021 is doing things differently and basically a very different but ultimate he'd to head competition with FIFA year over year. You'll get bonuses if you played PES 2020 and the game is back again in similar fashion to last year, I usually personally enjoy the PES series over FIFA but they are both very different experiences. Most of the sports games are just updated player roasters and keeping the core of the game engine the same maybe some feature changes and some extra style to sauce it up for the new year. Konami has implemented a number of familiar modes into PES 2021 such as Master League MyClub and Matchday alongside other traditional ones you’ll recognise from previous entries. With the next-gen version poised to overhaul Pro Evolution Soccer with the 9th console generation upon us, we will likely be waiting until then for some truly innovative new additions to the already great franchise. I need to say that sadly there's not much in new game-play mechanics on PES 2021 over PES 2020 which is actually not all bad as last years installment was excellent. There's fine line to keeping the core fan base happy, bringing new players into the fold, and adding new features and improvements without fixing something that didn't need fixed. Looking forward to seeing PES make it's debut on the Series X as Konami is well known for the quality of their studios titles and weather your a FIFA fan or a PES fan in the end you can't go wrong and I still recommend PES 2021 despite not being revolutionary over last years installment on the Xbox One.… Expand

    This is a cosmetic update to last year's title at a budget price. You aren't paying full price for a pretend full release, which is such a welcome change of pace. This game is half the price of a regular retail release as Konami waits for the next generation of consoles to launch and I welcome both the honesty and the savings.

    I respect their decision. They want to take their time and develop something that will actually feel different. Right now, they need to keep the playerbase alive and get some extra funds to the next PES game. PES 2021 is basically the same game like I imagined but It actually feels much more responsive than the last one.

    Voici un vrais jeux de foot qui ressemble a du foot pas comme fifa franchement très bon jeu x de foot j'ai hate de voir le prochain pes 2022 parceque c un peux dommage que le 2020 et pareil que 2021 met c quand meme mieux que fifa et hate de voir le 2022 parceque la y aurad
    des amélioration le seul bémol c que c pareil que 2020 sinon très bon jeux

    Konami have been transparent from the jump about this game and at half the price it's worth it. Having said that, there are some minor gameplay tweaks for the better.

    This game is biggest scripted piece of **** a game where Messi wins header over Maldini, where Pique is faster than Mbappe... where you get **** on by 20% win ratio and score 6 goals to 80% win ratio.
    Where D. Beckham can't do long ball... I don't know man... for a person who plays pes for a long time it is just frustrating

    I tried it twice and both times i could not play more than 3 matches.
    It is a struggle to do anything you just don't enjoy it

    Zero improvement compared to its earlier version with all the flaws as usual. Offline gameplay could be rated at about 7/10, online gameplay is -10/10, hence, an average of 0.

    AI errors are disgusting, defenders hitting heads, wrong domains in front of the area, wrong passes, totally disproportionate ball protection

    In addition, the referees seem to have no criteria, failing to give red cards in backs, and fouls without the slightest contact.

    The game options are the same as always, without any news

    In general, who has the previous version and does not play online, I recommend not buying this update    … Expand

    I dont know how and why they did it but they messed pes 2020 great gameplay up and changed it into a fast paced fifa like unrealistic trash game. All goals scored are either by defensive errors or undeserved freekicks which are really easy to score. I had over thousand points at one point at pes 2020 so i know what im talking about..This update is absolute garbage and a waste of my money

Но, если включается хуевый скрипт...))) то ПОЕБАТЬ ВООБЩЕ как ты там играешь, защитники пропустят все, нападающие будут разворачиваться со скоростью раненого мамонта, чужой вратарь отобьет все мертвое, а у соперника будет каждый удар голом. Игра сделана не для удовольствия игроков, а просто гасить их нервы. Мне искренне жаль тех задрочей, которые выучили всю эту скриптовую хуйню и занимают первые места в рейтинге. Удовольствие от игры, где скрипт не гасит ни тебя, ни оппонента это 1 из 10 матчей. 6 матчей я выношу нахуй, на 4 мне скрипт, что на поле 11 калечей, я наиграл больше 1000 часов, я замечаю это дерьмо, это ненормально, так нет в реальном футболе и ни в конм случае не должно быть в кибер, это ебаный дисбаланс. Остается загадкой зачем конами при хорошем движке и геймплее ебанули такой уебищный скрипт. Я правда надеюсь, что создатель скрипта умрет от рака на руках у своей мамаши, которая так же помирает от рака. Нельзя так сильно портить то, что хорошо сделали другие… Expand

    By far the best football game around, very affordable as Konami have been very honest with current gen limits.
    It's a good game for true football fans, it will time time, skill and patience to get good but when you do it's so much more satisfying than other games.
    If you're sick of pick up and play then pump money into other titles

    Konami perhaps missed a beat and could have been a tad bit more generous by making this an even more budget-priced game than what it is being sold for to capture any FIFA players who are on the fence, but it is still worth the price of admission. If fluid, tactical and sublime football is what you are looking for then look no further than eFootball PES 2021 Season Update.

    eFootball PES 2021 Season Update on Xbox One should be overlooked by those who own PES 2020 because it’s not worth the hassle of starting all over again for a selection of kits and partially updated squads. On the other hand, the gameplay and the modes combined with the updates makes it slightly more alluring to newcomers who haven’t experienced any of it. Even then it’s not a must-have and you may be best picking up PES 2020 on the cheap.

    eFootball PES 2021 Season Update reissues the same, excellent game of last year with updated players and licenses. Seen the budget price, it's recommended to soccer lovers that didn't play the previous game, while it's hard to suggest it to fans who spent tens or thousands of hours on PES 2020.
