    eFootball PES 2020 gives great football play, however at the moment, there are many problems that need to be resolved. I enjoy the FIFA franchise also, however the overall PES feel is more like a real football game when everything is working on par than FIFA does. It feels like football, no question, when it's playing as it should. However the negatives counter this: Online matchmaking takes forever, if you can find a match at all. Lag: Online matches are riddled with shocking lag, stutters can last over a second and the game has moved on. I stopped playing online football games in the past because of this same issue issue, I surely hope it's not back to stay. Online match balancing is awful as a result, my first match was against a team with all high level black ball players. My second online game was more fairly matched as 2018/19 squads, it has to be mentioned despite promises of an update soon. The squads are way out of date, a few recent transfers I could forgive but to release like this is shocking. Out of date squads prevent me from wanting to start the career elements as I want to at least start against the up to date squads. I the many problems can be resolved quickly this will be the go-to football game on my Xbox One.… Expand

    O jogo está bom, gráficos lindos, jogabilidade um pouco melhor, mudanças na Master league, e tem times brasileiros !!!, Os únicos problemas são a movimentação robotizada, e o my club q não é tão interessante
    OBS : Não tem lootbox abusiva :)

    Podriamos decir que podemos pasar de jugar myclub, pero esto no nos aportaria una solucion, ya que los sistemas offline estaran igual de rotos, convirtiendo al titulo, en un titulo roto y repetitivo, el año que viene pasara lo mismo, una beta que sera muy buena ya que no dispone de micropagos, un juego que al comprarlo te situa en modo de novato y te facitita que ganes para que te enganches y volvera a romperse en el momento que no efectues micropagos, mala compra,tomadura de pelo,situaciones de impotencia por que es imposible avanzar en el juego si no ejerces micropagos, en defitiva un juego que no esta programado para que el usuario disfrute y pase con el buenos momentos, es un titulo que esta programado desde el dia 1 para sacarnos todo el dinero que pueda y que sin dudarlo se olvidara del deporte que representa, de los valores que son indicativos de un juego justo, que gane el mejor, un juego que olvida todo eso para anteponer sus scripts,handicaps y tragaperras a la diversion del usuario, la sensacion es que compras una demo de un buen juego y tienes que ir renovando el juego a base de efectuar micropagos compra nada recomendada.    … Expand

Responsiveness is awful, controls are horrible, things don't work properly, AI is ridiculously stupid. I overall liked 2019 because it was better than the last so many years of FIFA, though.

    Getting to 2020, it is, in a very "EA spirit", a carbon copy of 2019, with new players, updates and a shiny new interface - nothing more.
    Same problems, issues, toxic community (even worse than FIFA's), plays so clumsy.
    The match ups online are so polarised too. No "close matches", either you get destroyed because they swarm you and there's nothing you can do about it and they know all the tricks and exploits - or you destroy them.

    EA may be bad and FIFA never improves, but PES is so badly made, the only vast amounts of reviews on here are from hardcore PES lovers (and they'd sooner love PES in any state than move to FIFA).    … Expand

    Multiplayer is awful. Gameplay terrible and lag due to dynamic difficulty and lack of investment in servers. Micro transaction focused myclub mode is just terrible. Single player is fine but repetitive. Waste of money this year.

    Jogadores correm que nem gordos, impossível não tomar gol de falta, um toque no adversário e é falta com cartão amarelo, o jogador da cpu que tem 60 de velocidade ganha do nosso que tem 80, narração repetitiva e sem carisma e até ofensivos.

    It is better than fifa 20. Master league is ok but not up to the same quality as something like Football Manager. The gameplay is a bit stiff and a bit hard. Still get pes over fifa so EA can die in a hole.

    É definitivamente o melhor PES da geração. Aprimoramento da Gameplay, Gráficos e novos elementos a serem destacados nos modos de jogo demonstra uma grande evolução no geral, infelizmente pequenos bugs e seus menus ainda deixam a desejar em vários aspectos que poderiam ser melhores, além de alguns de seus modos derivados de versões anteriores terem sido pouco inovados.

    In PES 2020, the gameplay has made great progress and has become closer to reality.
    Pass and moving skills is better and you have to set the plan and tactics for scoring or creating chances.

    É Uma bruta evolução do 2017, 2018 & 2019. retiraram muitos bugs! melhoraram o my club e muitas outras coisas. alem da melhora da licença de clubes. agora tendo ate a Serie B do Brasil o pais do futebol. sendo assim brutalmente melhor, nesse ano mesmo sem ser um jogo tão complexo, superou FIFA Até o momento

Dribbling is unbelievably slow and unresponsive to the point that beating AI defenders is nearly impossible. The demo did a great job of presenting AI defenders like human players who TRY to anticipate your next move, not perfectly shut down whatever command you input. Player switching is the worst it's been in the series in my opinion. Not only will the game constantly select the wrong player for you, but the player you actually wanted will watch the ball roll right by him like an idiot and not react. Shooting suffers the same clunky feel of the rest of the game due to the fact you basically cannot sprint at all while taking a shot or the ball will go either sailing over the crossbar or well wide of goal. Shielding the ball seems to only exist as an AI ability and whenever they put their back to you there's no chance you'll be able to wrestle them off the ball. As always with PES, the fouls are a joke with the ref either being super picky or not paying attention whatsoever. In summary this game is a comical downgrade from the demo that feels incredibly slow and unresponsive with blatant favortism towards the AI.… Expand

Now on to the many negatives from my experience, very very slow and unresponsive player movement, a far less effective and fun skill stick compared to FIFA, strange and ridiculous referee calls, atrocious AI movement and tactics, shots feel weightless and unresponsive, passes that go all over the place despite where you aim them, and lastly crazy difficulty spikes and goal avalanches out of nowhere. Fifa 20 and PES 20 both seem to be very poor this year, but in general Fifa is more responsive and more fun to play though when things work as they should PES 20 is a good game, unfortunately more often than not there are ridiculous things that happen each match that drag the whole experience into the gutter! 5/10!… Expand

    Primeiro e um dos mais notórios é a falta de inovação nas opções e modos de jogo. PES simplesmente não evolui, onde temos:
    - O Rumo ao Estrelato é o mesmo desde tempos. Percebemos até uma diminuição nas opções.
    - Master League só colocaram umas cenas para começar e contratar mas o jogo em si é igual. As transferências aqui são ridículas e com poucas opções. A Konami prometeu mudanças, mas foram insignificantes.
    - Myclub é exatamente o mesmo do ano passado e sabemos que lá para Julho/Agosto vão parar de ter atualizações e empresários. Ou seja, o jogo não dura nem um ano no modo online.
    - O restante é mais do mesmo. Amistoso, partida aleatória. Um modo novo (Match day) não consegui jogar.

    O segundo ponto que me deixou decepcionado foi a jogabilidade. Com certeza mudaram e há alguns pontos bons sim, mas tem MUITOS BUGS. Está exagerado dessa vez. Até esperei para comentar pois achei que teria atualização. Mas sabemos que oficialmente ficará só para o mês que vem. Então temos:
    - Sistema de colisão está esquisito e jogadores não conseguem dominar a bola.
    - IA do próprio time é muito esquisita.
    - Troca do cursor que não troca as vezes para o jogador mais perto da bola.
    - Passe dado para um companheiro perto mas quem é acionado é o cara do outro lado do campo.
    - Juiz tá trocando falta, inventando ou parando jogada com vantagem (algumas claras de gol).

    Depois de mais de 10 dias jogando não me adaptei. Prefiro o 2019 sem dúvidas.
    - Cruzamentos e 'enfiadas' de bola sem noção alguma.

It’s extremely easy to build a 5 stars team, there’s no “challenge” to build a good team like we were used    KONAMI, PLEASE SAVE MYCLUB

    1- There is less than 1 month that the game was launched and EVERYBODY has a 5 stars team, with lots of players with 90+ overall. It’s extremely easy to build a 5 stars team, there’s no “challenge” to build a good team like we were used to in previous versions (until 2018). We needed to play day by day, week by week, in order to build a 5 stars squad. Now, in 1 or 2 weeks it’s done, easily.
    2- There’s no innovation inside the mode, myclub is exactly the same as PES 2019. I mean, it’s the same PES 2019 myClub, but with less features (there’s no MyClub Open Tournaments, for example). 3- Literally, there’s nothing to do inside the mode. The campaigns are too simple and repetitive. The rewards are not attractive and there’s no tournaments or competitions inside myclub. The Online Challenge is exactly the same since the game was launched. We are for 3 weeks playing the same things, the same challenges, the same prizes, the same rankings. There’s not even a daily tournament to keep us motivated to play every day. We need urgent action. Insert daily challenges, give us reasons to turn the game on every day. As a suggestion, the challenges could be divided by team level, only silver players, gold players, black players, or just use players of some league, nationality, and so on.
    The ranked matches should be more attractive and challenging. It’s necessary to improve the prizes and reward the players as they are rising the divisions. There’s no sense you keep giving us GP’s, if the main players are sign with coins. Encourage sign players by auction, decreasing the wait time in order to effective the bid.
    Let us manage our team. We want to change our offensive, defensive tactics and formations, without an “external” coach need. If it's called MY CLUB, makes sense I manage my team as I feel it’s right. We also need more training tools, like position and abilities training items, and we want to choose witch special ability we want to improve in each player.
    Outside myClub, we also need more options to play online. Online Divisions are the same format since PES 2015, it’s not attractive. In previous versions, we used to play online tournaments (WEPES), until PES 2017 there were at least 20 Wepes per day. Now, there’s just MatchDay, it’s not enough, we need Online Tournaments back. Finally, we need an answer of you guys. We love this game, and we want to play it all year long, but this lack of objectives inside myclub, makes us stop playing too early. #SaveMyClub #PES2020.    … Expand

    This game is undoubtedly better than Fifa as far as game physics and visual realism is concerned, but it has adopted the same annoying "cant score no matter what you do" tactics as Fifa, which unfortunately drags the score down for me. I'm all for realism, but when nearly every pass you make goes straight to the opposition team and your hitting the post or bar 8 times in a game it justThis game is undoubtedly better than Fifa as far as game physics and visual realism is concerned, but it has adopted the same annoying "cant score no matter what you do" tactics as Fifa, which unfortunately drags the score down for me. It's not realistic, it's just boring. It always happens right after you start the game as well, same as Fifa. It's a real shame they have adopted this way of playing as the game can be a joy to play sometimes. The movement of the ball and the player physics are incredible, and the way you can score goals is so diverse.

    After living the hell that FIFA does not offer, with his rat children and his sticker. It is a pleasure to play a "normal" soccer game again. That does not prevent it from looking like a low-budget movie, the one that seems to need something that makes it bigger every moment.

    1. This is the first football game I’ve played and enjoyed, in this decade. This game is made for everyone!
    2. PES 2020 is an enjoyable, simulation sort of game in respect to handling players’ movements while playing the same. The controls and player movements are near to reality.
    3. Planning strategies and tactics, positioning players and other in-game options are good for preparing before starting the matches.
    4. Cut-scene visuals and replays are enjoyable and fun to watch.
    5. Recently, though I’ve had an opportunity to play other newly released football games for a brief time period, I would recommend ‘PES 2020’ because of its almost realistic game-play physics and in-game arrangements... This is a personal choice.
    6. Practice mode is great! In ‘skill training’, you are taught kick styles, tactics, etc. In ‘free training’, you can practice however you want to.
    7. Whether online, co-op or solo, playing PES 2020 is a great experience.

    complete disaster! the demo version was promising, the final version is the same crap of recent years... I wasted my money! The collision system and fouls are totally broken, the game is a mess, artificial intelligence is terrible, there are no sliders for offline mode... Conclusion: I bought FIFA 20 and now I'm happy again. I've played PES for 20 years, never again!     Um enorme retrocesso, PES 2019 era bem melhor, melhoraram em alguns quesitos, mas parece que a konami se sabota, porque a gameplay é mais certinha que a o fifa. Além disso tiraram a opção de criar um modo carreira com um manager com rosto editavel, não faz o menor sentido isso, agora nos limitamos a umas 10 opções, sendo que antes se eu quisesse criar um treinador parecido comigo era só me esforçar e tentar, agora somos muito mais limitados.
    A falta de option file ainda pesa, infelizmente me acostumei já. Mas o MYCLUB é o modo online com menos atenção que já vi nos games, não é só pelo fato de todo time ter messi e cr7, mas também porque tudo depende da sorte, olheiros é o pior método que já vi de compra e pra fechar os eventos que fazem: uma copa por semana, você ganha 1 ou 3 jogos e acabou
    Podiam fazer assim: Uma copa que só pode jogador prata, outra que só pode jogador de um país, uma copa que todos os jogadores precisam começar com tal letra do alfabeto. Isso ia dar uma rotação muito maior, de jogadores, quase todo mundo só joga com os melhores do time e fica com um monte de jogador bom sobrando, eu mesmo só uso os mesmos 14 ou 15 jogadores e tenho mais de 200.    … Expand

    Love how honest Konami was and then charging less. They realised this is as far as the game can go current gen so added some updates and extra visuals to what was the most realistic football game about.
    If you're like me and sick of the other game give this a go as you won't be disappointed.     eFootball PES 2020 generally offers a better evolution with respect to the last release. Konami's game has been perfectly adapted and today it is as interesting an option as FIFA.

    It comes as no-surprise that eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 fits into the category of an exceptional football simulator. Superb graphical realism, and tantalising gameplay, create an experience that fans of the beautiful game should absolutely play. Konami really needs to find a way to license the Premier League and La Liga to start tempting those away from FIFA, especially those who are really bothered about licenced content.
