This was my first time playing through these games and they hold up.

Mar 7, 2023Excellent 3 times the smash 3 times the combos with 3 excellent games but my favourite in this series is 3 I wasn't feeling DMC 2 though as that seems like it took off before the events of the 3rd game and the first game because Dante lost all his combos and weapon changes and looks horrible compared to the first and the 3rd entry's

If you already have this collection, then there is nothing new in this version – it’s got the same great gameplay, just now with a squeaky clean 1080p and 60fps.

Mar 29, 2018Devil May Cry HD Collection includes a high quality trilogy, but even if the games are very good, this remastering doesn't do them justice. Except for better resolution and action at 60fps, it brings nothing really new. Although technically outdated, its gameplay and story are still fun and entertaining.
