    Back in the 90’s a star was born and that star was Crash Bandicoot. The Crash game’s were a thing of beauty in my opinion and to say I had many fun and memorable hours playing these game’s would be a massive understatement. In fact I enjoyed these game’s that much that I would say that Crash Bandicoot is as profound in the gaming industry as both Mario and Sonic, and that’s quite a featBack in the 90’s a star was born and that star was Crash Bandicoot. The Crash game’s were a thing of beauty in my opinion and to say I had many fun and memorable hours playing these game’s would be a massive understatement. In fact I enjoyed these game’s that much that I would say that Crash Bandicoot is as profound in the gaming industry as both Mario and Sonic, and that’s quite a feat considering how huge both of them franchises are. As you can imagine then when I learnt that Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was finally making its way to the Xbox One I jumped for joy and the best thing is that it was definitely worth the wait. This isn’t a bog standard remaster because a great deal of thought and effort has gone into all aspects of the different game’s that are available to you. They have also added a few extra features as well so what you get is the best Crash Bandicoot experience with new and extra content which fans of the game will love. These new features add to an overall package that is dripping in content and trust me you won’t find yourself getting bored anytime soon. In fact you will find it very difficult to put the game down because the replay value is off the charts and you definitely get great value for your money. You’ll also be pleased to know then that as far as the gameplay goes it’s pretty much perfect. Platforming and traversing in the game has never felt better and on the whole the gameplay is the right sort of challenging because it is both fun and challenging at the same time. There is also a huge amount of variety present in the gameplay as well and this is most evident when it comes to the level design. Each level is so intricate and cleverly designed which in turn means playing them never seems to get boring. In terms of gripes I only really have one and that isn’t a particular big gripe either. My gripe is about the vehicle levels because they aren’t as fun as the other levels due to the controls not being as responsive as they should. Like I said though this only a small gripe because I don’t actually dislike the vehicle levels. One of the most improved aspects over the original game’s is definitely the presentation side of things and without a doubt Crash Bandicoot has never looked and sounded better which means it fits in with today’s modern characters extremely well. At the end of the day Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is an absolutely glorious collection of game’s that are both perfect for veterans of the series and newcomers as well. Everything about the Trilogy screams perfection and when it’s all said and done it’s probably going to be up there with my top game’s of the year this year.… Expand

    It is so great to play 3 of the best PlayStation 1 games, full remastered on a non Sony console. If you played these games on PS1 and loved them, then you will love them again.

    A great video game, reminds me of my old childhood time, highly recommended, never weigh play the PlayStation 1 icon game on an Xbox, technically very good

    Crash Bandicoot is back for a nostalgia trip for those that have experienced the first three games, but only this time, the games are remastered to fit them all into a modern console. This is a game that I do recommend so you can at least experience the first three games in high definition whether for fun or nostalgia.

I love this game, its graphics, the very high difficulties, mainly those damn bridges levels. Whenever I play it,it makes me fell like I'm 12 years old again, is a great feeling.     A very strong "attachment" game to nostalgia! It gets to be a classic trilogy but, they gave a more "modern" concept to make the scenes, the characters and (even) the most attractive scenarios for today. It is a game that (you who like the character a lot) will be even happier to see this whole "renewed" trilogy in a wonderful way so that all Marsupial fans can enjoy these PS1 classics aA very strong "attachment" game to nostalgia!     ASI TIENES QUE HACER UN REMASTER! después del largo descanso de crash. Activision sorpresivamente hizo la mejor decisión para el marsupial. Los remasters de los originales. Con gráficos buenísimos, música remasterizada y buena actuación. totalmente fiel a los de PS1 pero multiplataforma. por ejemplo yo lo juge en xbox one y esta a la altura de PS4.     This remake brings none of the fun and all of the frustration of the original. Coupled with a sensitive Xbox controller left stick, this game becomes a chore to complete.

    WOW what a crappy remaster. 30fps on this old game is NOT acceptable. Totally worthless, what a shame people still support this last gen trash. Next gen will be 30fps too if people don't stop supporting these horrible 30fps games.

    I bought this game with the idea that it would be the 3 original games with new graphics, sadly it is not. For whatever reason the developer found the need to completely change the games jumping mechanics, control sensitivity and hitbox detection making them frustratingly hard at times. Before this remake I used to enjoy Crash Bandicoot games, now after finishing all 3 of the remakes, theI bought this game with the idea that it would be the 3 original games with new graphics, sadly it is not. For whatever reason the developer found the need to completely change the games jumping mechanics, control sensitivity and hitbox detection making them frustratingly hard at times. Before this remake I used to enjoy Crash Bandicoot games, now after finishing all 3 of the remakes, the idea of playing them again gives me a headache. My rating would have been different if the developer actually listened to the feedback of fans and changed the N sane trilogy back to how the originals played, but they didn't and even defended these horrible controls. Yes, it is doable to beat the game but it is absolutely not fun at all and has been one of the most frustrating game experiences I had in my life. If you love Crash Bandicoot games and liked the originals, think twice before buying this.… Expand

    It's been a good way to discover the licence since I hadn't played it on PS1. The firt opus is excessively frustrating, and happily enough it only gets better through the 2 other games. The remaster is qualitative, nice musics and graphics. The controls are rather unprecise regarding what you are asked to do sometimes but I imagine it's fidel to the original game.

    One of the best HD remakes of my favorite PlayStation game times 3. This may be the best remakes since Super Mario All-Stars for SNES. Definitely buy this game!

    I didn't play the ps1 crash bandicoot trilogy I only started with the ps2 era of crash So I'm glad that I tried the n sane trilogy and experienced this awesome trilogy of truly the best games in the franchise with beautiful graphics and visuals and great level design.

    It's not perfect though there's some minor graphical problems and the camera screwed me over in some areas especially when    I didn't play the ps1 crash bandicoot trilogy I only started with the ps2 era of crash So I'm glad that I tried the n sane trilogy and experienced this awesome trilogy of truly the best games in the franchise with beautiful graphics and visuals and great level design.

    It's not perfect though there's some minor graphical problems and the camera screwed me over in some areas especially when I did some backtracking to get the gems.

    But I enjoyed my time so much with those three games and I loved the challenge of completing them 100%    … Expand

    Crash Nsane Trilogy is an amazing game for any player who enjoys platform games. A great nostalgic feeling with great gameplay, extremely tight controls and a renewal of 3 great games of your childhood. A hard game that requires a lot of patience but almost every level makes it fun to be played. A must game with Nostalgic power.

    Crash Bandicoot is one of my favorite game series. But I had a lot of issues with gameplay if compared with the original PS1 version. With a lof of glitches and bad hit detection. But i must admit it's still fun to play.

    It cannot be understated how ecstatic I was when crash came back. Its one of my favourite franchises of all time. A full remaster of the original trilogy with new content and relics in crash 1+2. I feel like crash 1+2 were made a bit easier while crash 3 felt harder than the original but I didnt mind. I actually quite liked the harder bits. It looks fantastic and its severely unarguableIt cannot be understated how ecstatic I was when crash came back. Its one of my favourite franchises of all time. A full remaster of the original trilogy with new content and relics in crash 1+2. I feel like crash 1+2 were made a bit easier while crash 3 felt harder than the original but I didnt mind. Its gameplay and controls are the same as the original if not a bit better. There was new content too, like stormy ascent and future tense offering two new challenges being, in my opinion, the two hardest levels in the game. No complaints in terms of longevity as its 3 games in one. Every game has glitches and this game is no different but no really annoying ones.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. By far one of the hardest reviews I have ever had to do, this game is meant to be a "kids" game. I found my self playing cheap levels that are meant to hold you back if you have no idea what your doing. There are a total of 2 bridge levels to my knowledge. These 2 levels will make you want to throw the game outside your window and break the disc. The levels can SOMETIMES be fun but most of the time they are quite cheap. It was indeed my first time playing CrashBandicoot but after struggling to get through many videos of the game I am still not able to beat it. Next up Sypro the Dragon.… Expand

    Despite a handful of bizarre small changes from the original games, Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy is still quite a riot. Naughty Dog’s iconic “on-rails” 3D platformers, remade from the ground up by Vicarious Visions, is still a lot of fun, with the main character’s iconic spins making for what is still a quite fresh experience that differentiates itself from other titles in the genre. With tons of content and a massive amount of extremely hard challenges to aim for in the search of that elusive 100% completion (and beyond), this is one of those platformers that could keep you coming back for a while – making this a great addition to Game Pass (also on PC and cloud – the first Activision-published game to be playable via cloud on Game Pass).
