    Un petit jeu qui se veut original mais qui s’avère bizarre et désagréable malgré une réalisation certes de bon aloi avec le moteur Unreal (au prix d’un aliasing important sur console, cependant)… mais en même temps un petit jeu victime d’une direction artistique aussi déplaisante que le reste, tout le reste…

    En effet, on ne pige rien à ce qu’il tente de raconter : qui est qui, qui fait quoi, qu’est-ce qu’on fout là au juste et ainsi de suite… que c’est bordélique ce machin sous couvert d’une poésie à deux balles qui nous passe par dessus la tête ! sans parler des énigmes à la con évidemment.

    L’ambiance des années 20 est elle aussi fortement désagréable, ainsi que la musique qui l’accompagne sans arrêt, à savoir du jazz qui casse les oreilles… pour rester poli. En somme, lorsqu’on apporte l’addition… ça fait finalement la tête à Toto, c’est-à-dire zéro.    … Expand

    I really enjoyed this game. Everything works pretty well and I think the story and the atmosphere are well done. The game play is enjoyable and creative and pretty original. The game is quite short but still a lot of fun to play.The only negative for me was the child was a little annoying to listen to but overall I liked this game a lot.     I really enjoyed this game. The music and atmosphere were good and the puzzles were challenging but solvable with just a little patience. The controls sometimes were a bit too sensitive for me but this also added to the challenge of the game. The story really pulled me into the game and vice-versa and after seeing the ending I want to play again to see what I missed and take more noticeI really enjoyed this game.     Very interesting puzzle game. I liked the idea of it all. And some of the puzzles took quite a bit of thinking to solve. It was a fairly short game but for the price I don't think that is a downfall. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was that I did run into a few glitchy bits where I couldn't jump or got stuck in a wall.

    Schönes, charmantes und kurzweiliges Spiel. Grafisch eher zweckmäßig. Interessante Rätsel, die relativ leicht sind, wenn man sich öfter mit Rätselspielen befasst. Trotzdem schönes System das bei Laune hält
    Für Gamerscore-Jäger ein schneller 1000er

    I was surprised at how much I liked Contrast. Loved the atmosphere. A puzzle/platform game with a very unique twist in the sense of using shadows A-la Peter Pan.

    Thanks to Gamepass I got to try jt, and ended up very surprised by its charm. It really is a pleasure to play with many smiles and laughs that is missing in many games today.

    As a game Contrast works, but has a few flaws. As a creative narrative, Contrast succeeds on almost every front.
