    Call Of Duty 2: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered looks like a modern day new release without the modern day reimagining. Most Of the missions still fair well however some of them do feel a bit dated. Most of the updated graphics look very nice minus some small issues with fire and some othe quirks in little details I knit-picked along the way. The “No Russian” mission remains optionalCall Of Duty 2: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered looks like a modern day new release without the modern day reimagining. Most Of the missions still fair well however some of them do feel a bit dated. Most of the updated graphics look very nice minus some small issues with fire and some othe quirks in little details I knit-picked along the way. The “No Russian” mission remains optional due to the controversy surrounding this mission, however you can still decide to play or skip the mission via the immediate option or opt to turn It on or off in the game settings later on. The new Modern Warfare has changed the COD formula, so due to the update to the to the feel of the franchise now it has shown the dated formula here in sheep’s clothing. While this is a remaster and not a reimagining it’s fair to say you get exactly what it says - a "pretty" version of the campaign which released in 2009. If you are a COD fanatic or never had the chance to play the original then it’s definitely worth the play-through. If you have played the original you will ultimately have to decide if you’d like to play again with a modern look and the older school feel. I for one have always enjoyed the campaign play and have been a long time fan of zombies and extinction modes in the franchise. With that said this was a welcomed replay for me. In the end there’s nothing done wrong here it ultimately falls on the individual player on what experience they have with the franchise, and if it peaks your individual interest or not.… Expand

    A good reason to re-play the cult game with visibly improved graphics. A must-play for those who missed the original.

    Still playing this one. Pretty good remake but light on new content. I love this one because of there nostalgia factor. Can’t wait till Activision will release MW3 so I can play the trilogy in one (or two) sittings

    Great way to re-experience the MWII 2009 classic. Impressive graphics and creative design greatly improves the gameplay and inmersion.

    This is a cult classic that I can come back over and over again, and this remastered version is the ultimate way to experience it. The mision design structure is unique and surpass the 2007 MW prequel.

    While the MW2 campaign is pretty good, I honestly wish they remastered the multiplayer as well. If they did that this would be an easy 9/10.

    The campaign for MW2 Remaster is a joy to revisit. Smooth gameplay with updated graphics and the same twists and turns that we all know and loved from the original 2009's release. Other than Spec Ops missions missing and the lack of the superior multiplayer experience. This is a great entry in the series for any fans of the COD series new or old.

    Great game with great graphics and a very good starting Call of Duty game. It's very creative and although it doesn't have a multiplayer, it has a very re-playable campaign with one of the best game soundtracks that I have ever heard. Truly under-appreciated game that should get much better ratings. One of my favorite games of all time for sure.

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is an example of how to make a great remaster. With its graphics at what we can expect of a game in 2020 we relive one of the most thrilling stories of the First Person Shooters. A tribute to the genre.

    Thank goodness for all of its memorable, Michael Bay-style blockbuster moments, because in 2020 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is competing for our attention with its own very impressive reboot. In that light, the generic shooting-gallery gameplay of Modern Warfare 2’s campaign feels dated – after so many games we’re onto the magician’s trick now. The new Modern Warfare has largely pushed the series past this for the better. So while this remaster is still a fun ride that looks impressively current, it’s lost a lot of its punch. Some of that is due to the advances of time, but it’s mostly because it’s been bested by...itself.
