    I’m actually quite a fan of the Bridge Constructor series and the main reason why I’m a fan is because they get the most important aspects of a game of this ilk spot on, and thankfully that remains the case with Bridge Constructor Portal. Solving puzzles is as fun as ever and in some ways I enjoyed these puzzles even more than in the previous games. They do a great job of keepingI’m actually quite a fan of the Bridge Constructor series and the main reason why I’m a fan is because they get the most important aspects of a game of this ilk spot on, and thankfully that remains the case with Bridge Constructor Portal. Solving puzzles is as fun as ever and in some ways I enjoyed these puzzles even more than in the previous games. They do a great job of keeping everything as simple as possible and that allows the game to have a pleasant difficulty curve. Don’t get me wrong they do offer you some challenging scenarios but I very rarely found myself getting frustrated, which is great. In terms of the mechanics that are present in the game each different mechanic works well and when you combine them together you end up having a fun and very enjoyable experience that holds up really well technically. The physics though could have been a little less fiddly and had a more realistic feel to them, but I was willing to look past that because the building and portal mechanics work so well. The building mechanics are very simple to grasp and they allow you a lot of freedom so you can complete any scenario the way you want to do it, which is great. The same can also be said about the portal mechanics which work together with the other mechanics flawlessly which in turn keeps the game fun throughout. You will be surprised to learn that Bridge Constructor Portal has a lot of content for you to wade through, and I was very surprised by how much variety the content has. Having this variety means the game has quite a lot of replayability and I can find myself revisiting this game quite a few times in the future. In terms of the presentation side of the game I found it to be a little too basic, and whilst it doesn’t do anything seriously wrong I just wanted a little bit more from it. Visually the game looks pretty good but it just feels a bit samey throughout and the accompanying sound design can be a little hit and miss at times. At the end of the day once again the Bridge Constructor series has had another good addition added to it in the way of Bridge Constructor Portal, and for me it’s my favourite game of the series so far. Everything about the game feels solid throughout and completing the different scenarios has never been more fun, and without a doubt what’s on offer here will satisfy a number of different gamers which culminates in me giving the game a massive recommendation.… Expand

    Ici, on construit des ponts, oui mais avec des portails de téléportations ! afin de faire passer des chariots-élévateurs, si, si. D'abord un seul, puis si tout se déroule sans incident (c'est vite dit...) de nombreux autres (d'une poignée à une dizaine, bonjour les dégâts...). Ce qui peut passer avec l'un, peut s'effondrer avec les autres !

    L'interface sur la console est bien pensée et permet de jouer à l'ingénieur des ponts sans que ça Gênes aux entournures dans un environnement en 2D (pour la construction) et 2D et demi (pour les catastrophes...). Les graphismes ne cassent pas trois pattes à un canard mais pour un indé, ça fait le boulot ma foi.

    Un vrai petit cours donc sur les nombreuses forces en présence (cinétiques et gravitationnelles...) mais sans mode d'emploi. Il faudra expérimenter et improviser, car des obstacles et autres joyeusetés comme des zones d'accélération, des cubes à libérer, des portes à déverrouiller, des portails en vis-à-vis et tutti quanti rendent la tâche particulièrement ardue.

    Car si les casse-têtes sont amusants, ils deviennent à la moitié du jeu carrément casse-couilles (60 niveaux en tout !) voire inextricablement inexpugnables. Comme le disait le Roi au petit Mozart, je crois qu'il y a trop de notes... or ici, on a trop de niveaux de psychopathe !

    Très intéressant dans son principe, le jeu a clairement eu les yeux plus gros que le ventre et gâché quelque peu son potentiel, hélas.    … Expand

    Dobar spoj Portala i BC. Zagonetke su dosta zanimljive i izazovne. Fizika je mogla biti bolja. Dobra igra za opuštanje.

    Con este videojuego saque las siguientes conclusiones:

    Sonido: 2/10
    Contenido: 9/10
    Gráficos: 8/10
    Total: 6.8
    En total este juego de puzzles tiende a ser divertido pero en muchos aspectos se queda bastante corto como por ejemplo las malas físicas y niveles imposibles tienden a hacerte pasar un mal rato

    Sure, having something with more narrative and GLaDOS would have been welcomed, but like most puzzle games, I accept it for what it is, and you’ll get what you want out of it if you’re a fan of the genre. It would have been easy to simply throw a Portal paintjob on top of the base game itself, but they’ve gone beyond, adding many of the core mechanics from Portal and implemented them in clever ways, especially since this is played in 2D.

    Bridge Constructor: Portal is a wonderful game that fans of the Valve saga and those looking for a challenging puzzle game will love. Fun and satisfying, with everything that characterizes a title of the Portal saga.

    It would be unfair to value this game as what it is not, or what we would have liked it to be. But the final result presents us with a more than remarkable puzzle game, challenging and absorbing. Bridge Constructor Portal takes the mechanics and physics of the work of Valve to enrich its studied formula greatly and remind us that there was a day when the company of Gabe Newell made great games for the memory.
