    I was a big fan of the first Bleed game even despite its shortcomings, so in a way I was really looking forward to Bleed 2. Thankfully Bleed 2 manages to pretty much improve in all areas over the original game and I must admit that I had a very enjoyable time with the game. The twin-stick gameplay feels better than ever and without a doubt it’s more addictive than last time. Thankfully Bleed 2 manages to pretty much improve in all areas over the original game and I must admit that I had a very enjoyable time with the game. The twin-stick gameplay feels better than ever and without a doubt it’s more addictive than last time. One of the main reasons why the gameplay shines so bright is because the controls feel and react brilliantly. They are easy to grasp and remain tight throughout so any deaths that occur will be your fault only. My favourite thing about the game was definitely the boss battles. Each boss has had a lot of thought and effort put into them and this makes each battle a very memorable and enjoyable affair. In terms of content the game offers you quite a bit, but there isn’t much in terms of different levels. I would certainly have loved to have been able to play some more levels because the ones that are present are brilliant. Whilst the game doesn’t take long to complete there is plenty of additional content for you to get to grips with and this additional content means that the game’s replay value is actually pretty high. My biggest disappointment with Bleed 2 came down to its lack of story. There is a little bit of a story present, but in my opinion there is nowhere near enough to satisfy and I was left feeling a little deflated because they could’ve done so much more here. I was actually a big fan of the presentation side of the game in the first game so it was really nice to see even more improvements made in this game. Visually the game has a very retro feel to it, which I love. The sound design also has a retro feel to it, but it also possesses modern touches which fit in with the gameplay very well. At the end of the day Bleed 2 has continued the series in great fashion and in my opinion it’s better than the first game because its took what was good from the first game and added to it, which is great. It still has a couple of niggling problems but you easily forget about these when the game is in full flow. If you were a fan of the first game then you will love everything about Bleed 2 and when everything is said and done it does a fantastic job which results in a massive recommendation from me.… Expand

    Честно говоря, точно такая же игра как и первая часть. Да, тут больше боссов и разнообразных их форм. Но сама игра вышла максимально блёклой. Ужасный арт-стайл, на мой вкус, саундтрек неплохой, и даже бодренький, вот только в саму игру максимально неудобно играть даже при всём желании. Прыжок на тригер правый, стиком стрелять, кнопки почти не используются, отбивать выстрелы тоже стикомЧестно говоря, точно такая же игра как и первая часть.     В общем и целом, по ощущениям , что в игре очень много лишнего, но всё оно сделано даже без минимальной харизмы. Пройти игру можно за часик-другой, без особых напрягов. Да, можно после этого проходить игру на харде с одной жизнью, но игра от этого лучше не станет, вот совсем. Только на один раз, и то спасибо что раздали по Голду бесплатно.    … Expand

    Bleed 2 makes a masterpiece (Bleed 1) Better in almost every way. With the addition of endless, this game is able to have the biggest replay value I've ever seen in any game ever. And I've played 400+ games so even though I'm no big name critic I think I should have a bit of ground on this. But, bleed 2's gameplay, modes, co-op, Unlockable weapons, etc. Now, one of the most noticeableBleed 2 makes a masterpiece (Bleed 1) Better in almost every way. And what makes this even more interesting, is that every single boss you fight is different for your difficulty. Every difficulty makes the boss's have different moves which is insane! And there is 25 OF THEM! While arcade mode is the same, since it is just the entire story mode with one life. Though my favorite addition into bleed 2 is endless mode. Every single time you play endless mode, it's different. More games need this. I Have gone to bleed 2 so many times, just for this game-mode. Bleed 2 is a game that you can always re-play, and always pick up even without Endless mode.… Expand

    Bleed 2 is a master-class in how to design a sequel. It improves the elements that work, while cutting out everything that didn't quite gel before. The result is a more refined and polished run & gun. Wryn's sword is an awesome addition. All of its new mechanics make for battles that are more dynamic and exciting than ever. A delicious layer of extra content rounds everything out, giving experts more bang for their buck. In short, fans of the original should have already picked this one up by now; it's fantastic.

    A spectacular and addictive action game, with good music, characters that far from being charismatic end up pleasing you, and despite the uncomfortable controls at first and the lack of variety of their game modes, is a very addictive game.

    BLEED 2 is a fantastic game. It’s simplistic in design and mechanics, but it does the basics really well and is a total joy to play because of it.
