Just a re-release of the original games on XOne. Nothing has really changed and all the bugs that riddled the earlier games are still there. Relevations was the point where AC started going down hill with this popping-in and out of characters, glitchy combat and control overload that has you doing things you didn't expect to do.

This is good for folks who haven't played it before. But I

This is good for folks who haven't played it before. But I wouldn't recommend playing them all straight through as that is simply too much AC time. By the time I got to the end of Revelations I was sick of Ezio, AC and all the bugs.

I have never played AC games with Ezio Auditore, but i know that most of people say that this is the best game from AC and Ubisoft of all times. Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is certainly one of those remasters meant entirely for people new to series and why i would say that it is a nice pick-up for fan's of the series, the lack of any fundamental changes to the appearance of the game as well as general game-play make this release completely skip-able for those who are somewhat mildly interested in purchasing the game. InAssassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is certainly one of those remasters meant entirely for people new to series and why i would say that it is a nice pick-up for fan's of the series, the lack of any fundamental changes to the appearance of the game as well as general game-play make this release completely skip-able for those who are somewhat mildly interested in purchasing the game. In this review i will be addressing each of the ports in terms of how they preform as both an updated release and as a game itself

Now Assassin's Creed 2, despite behind held high as the magnum opus of the series, serves ultimately as the biggest downgrade and disappointment within the collection and while the general run of both frames and graphics are consistent, the lighting overall in the game makes most characters look uglier then they did 7 years ago when the game first launched making most characters feel vacant and in some instantiates with their highlighted beady eyes unintentionally horrifying. General game-play runs just as well as it did 7 years ago as well and while future entries such as syndicate and black flag put the parkour elements to shame with poor detection leading to your ultimate demise from fall damage it was ultimately expected to be unchanged whether it be a lack of time on the developers part to resolve some of these issues or laziness i cannot say, but i can guarantee that the bugs are less consistent then those within Skyrim: Special edition. The story overall still holds up quite nicely and even after all this time and seems to miss very few beats with me, with characters still charismatic as ever leading to delightful conversations, and although Desmond plot sort of just dies after AC3 it was nice playing as him again and meeting back up with Rebecca, Shaun and Lucy.

Assassins Creed Brotherhood while notorious for feeling more like an Assassins Creed 2.5 rather than a full game release also holds up quite well. While i haven't played much what i can say so far is that it runs much smoother than it's predecessor and although it isn't graphically stunning by any means it doesn't suffer from the lighting catastrophe in AC2 as much. Again the story in this game is still quite enjoyable picking straight up from the events of the last games final mission and resolving quite few plot threads left lose by the games predecessor.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations holds a special place in hell for me as being one of those few games i was insanely hyped about back in 2011 and had to chain myself down to complete at the end of 2012 and where it by no means sucks at the same level in terms of storytelling as AC3 it is quite possibly one of the most undesirable of stories i've ever gone back and played. Now graphically and game play wise Constantinople or modern day Turkey looks great, except suffers from one key flaw, in which it the most bland setting yet with darker shades making each part of the city unnecessarily gloomy and dark when they don't need to be. Altair, Desmond and Ezio's stories lead to interesting end's by the end of the game but the path getting there is tiresome and where few have managed to appreciate the game for what it is, 5 years haven't changed my opinion. P.S. just watch the insanely good trailer reveled at E3 2011 and leave that as you only memory of revelations

Overall the 3 game package is quite a nice deal for newcomers of the series and delivers atleast 2 interesting stories which will continue to stick with you long after completion

I was an am an Assassins Creed fan. My fav game by far is revelations, although I like ACB and ACII as well very much.
I truly do not understand the mixed reviews. I am on a curved HDR 4K Samsung TV and XONE S 2TB. Revelations graphics are stunning, they really worked on them. I did not try ACII or ACB yet but we simply cannot expect wonder from a remaster of 3(!) games for this price.

These games are a good choice to buy if you didn't play these games before. I know this remaster isn't that good, but i'm sure that new players, WILL LOVE IT.
Finally, as an old AC player I have played these before, I know the plot, everything about these games but WHO CARES? Good game, 10/10, Buy it. It deserves all your money. Also do

Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection was a walk down memory lane. Assassin's Creed II is my favorite game of all time, with Brotherhood and Revelations falling not too far behind. Replaying these games was a blast. My only complaint is that Revelations does not run well at all. The game crashed eight times while playing, which was annoying. Other than that, this is a perfect collection.

Requiescat in pace.

This collection contains 3 okay games that all just seem to blend in my mind. The story of Ezio from teen to old man is good but everything with Desmond is boring and bland. And each game ends in a cliff hanger ending like how do you do that . These games are all fine but i have no interest to ever revisit these titles.

This collection is great and some of the best in the series. AC2 and Revelations are still my favorites of the trilogy. The only downside of this collection on current gen is that the technical limitations of last gen are easily exposed here.
Continuous pop ups and things appearing out of thin air. Also the the textures are rough in some places. This collection is for certain dated but

ACB has best combat and stealth controls I really like that sword and gun combo and crossbow is so great weapon. Parkour was terrible Ezio loved to killing himself by jumping of cliffs etc.
ACR has most interesting story I like that 3 storylines. I don't like secret locations in this one. All of them are in dark caves.

None of them is best or worst all of them have pros and cons and. I really enjoyed doing 100%, collecting every single chest, collectible, weapon, challenge, achievement. It were great times just shame it is already over.
    Playtimes: AC2-23h, ACB-29h, ACR-22h.

A shame, the controls of these ‘remasters’ are awful. The first game is doable, but Brotherhood is soooo bad. Fighting sucks big time, climbing sucks, everything. And the boss fight with ceasare sucks even more. This is not a game. Its a mess

When others blindly follow the truth, remember... - Nothing is true... - When others are limited by morality or law... - Everything is permitted... - We operate in darkness to serve the light. We are assassins, nothing is true - everything is permitted!
The second part is top! But I didn't really like the DLC, some of them are boring.

It really feels good to play one of the greatest games ever made. It was our childhood favorite back then, and it still holds a special place in my heart. I played in my Xbox One and was feeling so excited. As always, I love the combat, performances, narrative, score, and the setting. Even though it had generic gameplay when compared to the 2010s Assassin's Creed games, this truly is a revered game to play. I'd rate it a 9.2/10.

    2.Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
This is also another excellent game in the Ezio trilogy, and the graphics were running very well. The combat is once again so satisfying, and I see that Ezio is growing more mature. Despite the generic gameplay, this is a must-play for action lovers. I'd rate this a 8.7/10.

    3.Assassin's Creed Revelations
A brilliant conclusion to the Ezio trilogy, especially the ending made me a bit sorrowful. Combat, parkour, gameplay, story, and performances were brilliant as always. I'd rate this an 8.8/10.

To sum it up, Assassin's Creed The Ezio Collection is an excellent game for all fans of the old assassin's creed games. My rating would be an 8.9/10 for this game. Instead, I'mma round this rating to a 9/10.

The best way to enjoy this collection is with low expectations. Expect to play the originals, just a little prettier. I say this because, even with the updated textures and character models.

Overall, this collection is recommended more for those who missed these games the first time around. Keep in mind, though, that you'll be playing the games more for the story than the gameplay. It's hard to put up with some of the frustrations of the controls and the limitations of the game worlds when things have come so far in the series since these games were first released. If you've played them all before, there's not a compelling reason to return unless you're an Assassin's Creed completist or the series is among your absolute favorites.

Just a bad use of Ubisoft’s talent pool, and a worse use of gamers’ hard-earned money.
