    Active Soccer 2019 brings back and old concept of soccer video games but enriching it with lots of contents and keeping the gameplay very fun and satisfying for modern gamers too. A welcome comeback of old school soccer.

    Active Soccer 2019 is for those who grew up in the era prior to the explosion of FIFA and PES will remember, probably with pleasure the titlesActive Soccer 2019 is for those who grew up in the era prior to the explosion of FIFA and PES will remember, probably with pleasure the titles in the world of football to mold a distinctly arcade that depopulated between the end of the ’80s and the first half of the ’90s. Productions without a lot of frills such as Sensible Soccer, Kick Off and Goal! Active Soccer 2019 is therefore addressed mainly to the niche of nostalgic people that still remembers with pleasure the countless hours spent in front of a tv, alone or with friends. The virtual football of other times Active Soccer 2019 offers a wide variety of teams divided as usual between the normal club teams and national teams. Of course, lack of official licenses, to secure the advantage of the variety: in fact, it speaks of well-1.250 formations overall and more than 25,000 players. Also interesting is the fact that in the count are including a good number of formations of the past, because in fact, a little healthy football of the years ’80 and ’90 can not be separated from the older characters that we have grown to love. Everything is made even more nostalgic by the fact that you can access the Team Editor. Exactly as they did in the times of Sensible Soccer, the names of the rose and of the individual athletes can be changed one by one to be replaced with their real-life counterparts. In this sense, the title of The Fox Software was the way to have fun with capturing the spirit of the titles that inspired it. Simplicity but this can be modulated through the selection of the difficulty level of the opponents is by turning off the dribble automatically, and movement is facilitated in exchange for a feeling distinctly old school. During playing I could not do less than find a limited reactivity of the AI opponent, little accustomed to hold the player during the phases of ball possession. Another recurring problem that we have encountered is the high frequency of wood that happen to hit in practically every game. Issue that presumably would be fixed with the first patch. For the low price of admission Active Soccer 2019 definitely picks up where last years offering didn't. And is a worthy pick-up for those of us who enjoy retro style games.… Full Review »

Already opening menu feels like a ripoff. Extremely overpriced game. I won't give it 1 or 0 and will give it what it deserves, a 4. I did enjoy a little bit, but too simple game full of bugs.
