Nov 4, 2010huge improvement on the previous game. Shred's game play is fun and the fact that Tony Hawk himself actually hangs out and teaches you is great. Kids love it and can beat me on a regular basis.
The board is a lot of fun and it's very addictive. The controls are a lot tighter than before. Snowboarding is a great bonus and hoping to see more of it in the future. -

Jun 28, 2011I wish we could go back to pro skater days, back when it was good now its just garbage. Tony Hawk, your a dying series...........................................................................

Jun 8, 2021This is a great game! My only problem with it is that sometimes the board doesn't read your moves quite right. But with good graphics, fun gameplay, and a rockin' soundtrack, this game is a great pickup for anyone. But be warned, it requires the skateboard controller, it's not just optional.

Jan 10, 2011Due to its underdeveloped graphics and bad controls, the only real challenge of this game is to keep your shirt dry, because you will sweat a lot.

Jan 9, 2011Clunky, frustrating and irrelevant.

games(TM)Jan 4, 2011It's clear that considerable effort has gone into Shred, but for those with fond memories of the Birdman's glory days, this could be the final insult. [Issue#104, p.118]
