Storyline is kind of a joke. EXCEEDINGLY BAD aiming and in an fps game that is huge. Things have a cool sleek look to them which is nice. But some things shimmer that shouldn't. I would say maybe pick it up for a couple of bucks if you are bored. Past that I would say just download Perfect Dark 64 from the xbl arcade.

This games singleplayer missions aren't worth the 50 bucks. //Co-Op// The game provides a decent co-op expirience. The levels are not all great, but they're all decent especially when playing with a friend. It's just plain fun to play vs your friend in arena mode too with all the options you get (you can even put on bots). ///Live/// Live is where the game really shines. There are so many options to choose from that it never gets boring. This game will be popular on Live till Halo3 comes you can be sure of it. ---Overall--- Singleplayer missions are all fun though the story and cinematics are stupid. There is also replayability because higher difficulties give you new objectives. The game has a great ending too (not going to spoil it but lets just say you fight a really strong dude). Co-op is where the games missions shine though and I only reccomend getting this game if you have friends to play through it with you. If you have friends arena mode can be fun too with how many options you get. Live is amazing on this game and is by far its best feature. Its very easy and fast to get in a game and there are always lots of people to play with. The game runs great. There are many different weapons with cool secondary functions to use throughout the game and the levels are all great. Don't listen to idiots who tell you the graphics aren't good, because they are and there's no way Xbox or PS2 could run this game. This game has a peculiar campaign. While the graphics shine and the levels are creatively designed, the story is the most lackluster piece of crap i've ever crossed, but you scratch this. The gameplay rocks, the scifi elements add shine, and the multiplayer rocks, and is one of the best games on the 360.

As for the multiplayer is pretty crazy, but there are a lot of things missing from the original that are really missed in this prequel (most noticeably, the choice of character models to choose from has gone from dozens to four). The result is that more often than not, multiplayer shootouts become ridiculous twitchy strafe contests resulting in empty clips and clumsy melee kills to finish with. The environments in the game are sparse and unconvincing with a paucity of the kind of detail needed to create a convincing atmosphere. The single player levels are unimaginatively designed and often lack clear direction as to where to go next. This would not be a problem if the game wasn't set up for such an uninteresting linear run and gun mechanic with strict mission objectives (failure of which often results in beginning the level over). Don't get me wrong, the game WAS enjoyable, and I am sure that at the time of release it would have been a "must have" game, but when comparing it to other shooters on the 360 this is no longer the case. The game has many good things going for it including; solid story, variety of locations, good length, number of different weapons, co-op play and multiplayer. Infact it is the multiplayer that is not only the best part of this game but also one of the best of any game I have played. The number of different game types (ie. deathmatch, capture the flag etc) is huge and the number of maps available is fantastic, but the best aspect is that apart from the normal online multiplayer you can also play offline against computer controlled opponents, which is a great way to practice for online by getting use to the different maps and weapons available. As a stand alone title, Perfect dark Zero really does not dissappoint. i was afraid people would be taken aback by the mediocre reviews, and their impressionable minds would follow what the more justified opinions say. PDZ is very respectable, as a shooter and as a launch game. The action is fierce, and though the AI lacks, it is by no means awful. Naturally, the graphics are stunning. yes, the game could exist on original xbox with ease, and people look at PDZ as a rushed title with no reason to exist. Undoubtedly it was rushed, but it succeeds in tight controls melding with the perfect controller; stunning visuals; and such. The single player story is short and incoherent plot-wise, but I expect the majority will purchase this based on the online experience which can be obtained. I will be quite honest, I have never played PDZ online, but I can only assume it is mildly better than the actual death match mode. Split-screen is fun as hell, and the game is sol solid. Though it fails to excel in any one portion, it does everything decent. A rounded game, and at launch; it should be the most we expect. Expand

I can't imagine anyone who was a N64 Bond fan not liking this game. After the 1st couple levels I wasn't that impressed. But after playing through the next 7 levels, I've fallen in love with this game. Bond 007 was one of my favorite games of all time (Tecmo Super Bowl; Ms. Pac Man; etc), and this game brings back old memories. A very fun game. Thanks, Rare!!!

Perfect Dark Zero for the Xbox 360 is a very solid sequel and champions the new Xbox's graphical capabilities. Story mode is decent, but multiplayer is where the game shines, especially when you have a few friends. Multiplayer options include up to 16 bots at four difficulty levels, six expansive levels, and a sweet array of weaponry. If you have a Xbox 360, make sure to buy this game.

Overall a good game but has many problems. Career mode frustrated me, graphics are just OK compared to other 360 games. Online play is hit and miss, sometimes it'll be great fun, other times you'll have connection problems or it'll be extremely boring. There are lots of other far better games than this. Not only that but they seemed rediculously hard to kill, and wouldn't stop rolling so they were right in front of me making them very difficult to kill. But I continued to play, learning to smack them in the face if they got to close and roll out of the way myself. I started to duck for cover behing walls etc. The better I got a this the more I could sneek about and be a slient assin.

Pretty bad in all aspects. The story is absolutely forgettable, and the online multiplayer was average at best. But it was my first 360 game and i honestly had a lot of fun with it for a while.
