    Looking at this game for the first time on an HD tv was something to behold. I got a 360 because of it and had to upgrade to an HD tv immediately. This game tho, was good without that. It's a great adventure with amazing set pieces and world. The gameplay is so satisfying and good to look at.

    Juego muy innovador, creando tendencia en gran parte de shooters, puro musculo gráfico,con una historia bastante entretenida, pero seguramente habrá envejecido bastante mal.

    Great game. Fun and unique playing style with enjoyable characters. The only thing keeping it from a 10 is a not very clear story.

    Another great Xbox 360 game. The online play was a lot of fun and only bested by Halo 3 and Modern Warfare. I enjoyed the story and characters as well.

    Este juego lo he disfrutado mucho, me gusta el color del filtro que usan en difrentes misiones. Por este juego fue que compre mi Xbox 360 en el 2010. Actualmente lo disfruto con la retrocompatibilidad del XS. Sin duda Gears of war 1,2,3 seguiran siendo segun mi opinion los mejores en cuanto a historia y dirección artistica. Para 2006 graficos imprecionantes para su epoca.

    Es un muy buen juego, aunque el modo historia es repetitivo y muy poco entretenido, tuve la oportunidad de jugar el online, y fue una maravilla cuando estaba vivo, actualmente ya esta super muerto y nadie lo juega, GG por su online.
    Muy buenas mecánicas aunque el juego sea muy lento.

    It`s been a long time since this game came out, but I wanted to enter the franchise with the first game. You cannot compare it with shooters of 2021, but it will be a great and satisfying experience. The controls are great, but sometimes messy as your character will not do what you are commanding.     This game is one hell of a time to play through. The graphics, while not great, still hold up surprisingly well to this day, the gameplay is also quite fun, and it has a pretty good story. One of my problems is the environment. Everything is grey and brown. I know that is the point of it, but it takes away a bit from the experience for me. Second problem is the mission length.     The beginning of a great franchise. Personally a much better franchise than the HALO series. Co-op mode is insanely fun. The weapon is great and gives different opportunities to kill opponents.

    Non sono un appassionato di FPS, ma Gears of War è davvero notevole.
    Per i tempi aveva una grafica fantastica, e il gameplay è immediato e divertente.

    Revisiting a classic. Whereas Halo was the clean, spacefaring original, Gears of War was the grungier, blood-soaked younger brother. A great story with lead characters modeled after the muscle-bound action stars of the 80s, honestly, the game still holds up well, even after all these years. I've heard there's a possibility that the original trilogy will be getting a full remake, as well asRevisiting a classic.     Fun, meaty third person shooting. One of the most satisfying combat designs in all shooters, its just so much fun to play. And there's such a weight and crunch to everything! The super macho brickhouse dudes aren't interesting, but they fill the need as vehicles of carnage.

    If you're a graphics whore, you absolutely, positively need to pick this game up. To say that Gears of War features "next-gen graphics" is a gross understatement. It's got the most impressive graphics ever seen in a video game, and the stellar art direction only makes it more beautiful.
