    Comment est-ce possible, cela, je n'en sais fichtrement rien mais le fait est là, proprement sidérant : on s'emmerde à mort dans la campagne de Gears of War 3 ! et ce, bien qu'il soit agréablement amélioré, graphiquement parlant et rétrocompatiblement sur la X d'ailleurs (en 4K, rien que ça) mais cette ambiance morne de tons bruns-marrons demeure et n'est clairement pas idéale pour rester réveillé, hélas.

    Les changements d'équipe étaient peut-être destinés à donner un peu de... changement ou d'énergie durant la campagne mais ce gros abruti de Cole (?) surnommé Cole la colique (parce qu'il fait trop chier) nous fait regretter ce gros empaffé de Marcus.

    Quoi qu'il en soit, ce couloir lénifiant pan-pan boum-boum est particulièrement assommant, plein de déjà-vu et de clichés trop beaufs : je l'ai viré pour de bon du disque dur ! enfin !    … Expand

    Recently played the game and it was a HUGE let down. After how amazing Gears of War 1 & 2 were I had high expectations for this, only to be disappointed. The gameplay is boring, level designs are bland, no atmosphere, character designs are lame, only the story is decent. Couldn't even sit thru the campaign. Nowhere near as good as Gears 2.

    This game is very overrated, obv not a 0 but sure as hell nothing higher than an 8, i gave it a 0 mainly as a response to all the unnecessary 10's, I bet most of the people who gave it that haven't even played it, stupid fanboys

    Seriously, this sucks. The graphics stink, the gameplay is old and the story seems like it was written by a person who has seriously no imagination. I can't express how much this game sucks. The only thing good about it (why I gave it a 2/10) is that the multiplayer is quirky, but decent enough. If you get this game give it to the person you hate the most in this world.     The first one was very good, recommend it to everyone. The second was cool can say i recommend it too, but the third... IT SUCKED! Was playing it with my brother and could only sustain to play the first act. it was very boring. DON'T PLAY THIS GAME! if you want to know the rest of the story, go ahead and watch a video or read it. the two points go to graphics and story.     Anyone who says this game is good obviously has never had a positive kill/death ratio in any game. The wall bouncing is terrible it forces you to roll a majority of the time and the sawed off as well as the retro are useless additions and turn it into a camping fiasco. Have fun camping and getting retro charged....wow.

    Best shooter on the best console. Gears 3 is way better than Uncharted in everyway possible. The graphic is the best on any platform and the multiplayer is addicting. Game of the century nominee right here ladies and gentleman.

    The silly narrative, childish sometimes. the completely stupid succession of events that try to driven the history, the poor characters of personality. Poor art direction some times feels like a cartoon, I was in the mood for good action game but even with all my good will wasn't possible to enjoy that silly game.

    I really liked Gears 1 and Gears 2 but this game feels like a bad blockbuster. A bad storyline that is told in a lot of boring cut-scenes, SFX are great and a lot of stuff gets blown up but you really don't care. You don't ever get the feeling that you really know what you're doing or event that it really matters as it is really, really easy. Gameplay is repetitive. I would say that 8-10I really liked Gears 1 and Gears 2 but this game feels like a bad blockbuster.     this is a boring brown looking game, with the same gameplay since the first game, with some of the most bland characters and story ever, this is a game that only fans of the franchise can enjoy

    This game was a big hype but if you play it after the first week of launch, its really not a very remarkable game. it's the same thing as gears 1 and gears 2, with the frat boys and bro-tastic comrades. The dialogue simply takes me out of the game. Stupid jokes, and shots at calling each other gay doesn't fit in with the seriousness which is the plot of saving the world.     WHY GEARS, WHY!!! The makers had three years to work on this game and what they did was take gow2 and made it worse. The new beast mode is fun for only two plays and the multiplayer isn't nearly as fun as it was in gow2. The makers decided to take out guardian (which was the most played playlist in gow2) and replace it with team deathmatch which is not nearly as fun. The maps are worse andWHY GEARS, WHY!!!     Hago esta critica por muchos Xboxcers lo han hecho con Uncharted 3 simplemente por eso Metacritic tendria que aceptar reviews de usuarios registrados en cada plataforma que juega, de beberian pedir nombre de usuario y demas.... asi evitamos que cualquiera opine de cualquier cosa.

    What a huge dissapointment. It takes a lot of steps backwards from its predecessors and the overall gameplay just gets repetitive. Gears of war 1 was better.

    It's so sad that this is what people think is better than so many other series. It's a complete joke. Nothing good about it honestly. Kind of sad they put this out at all.

    Worst game ever. I dont know what other exclusive to buy for my X box since this is the only major one this year. What a disappointment. Oh well, good thing there is another Halo coming. XD

    Game is pretty repetitive and overrated lololol. I really do not understand the hype of this series. It is not that good. Vanquish is better than this. Vanquish is better than this and that crappy Uncharted. Oh lawd, 3rd person shooters SUCK !

    I can sum this up in one sentence.
    Gears of War 2+.
    Bland and Repetitve. Overhyped due to being an exclusive to try and keep in the race with AAA titles such as U3. Brilliant game, just not a console seller by any stretch of the imagination.
    I own both consoles just to be fair before anyone jumps on me...6/10

I prefer to PLAY games NOT watch them, though I must admit I love Professor Layton games. Anyway, the cut-scenes are incredible and the writing is top-notch. The graphics are unbelievable. I love the effects, and the graphic looks better than most games. ThenThis game has a fantastic story. However, the gameplay feels dated compared to most shooters like Uncharted 3 and Call of Duty.     I was so eager to play this game that I put down my deposit in angst a month ago. This was by far the worse game I played this year. Terrible plot line and even worse chatter from the in-game characters. Save your money, I do not not know why websites rate this game above 90%. Save your money and do not repeat my mistake. I'm going to try to get at least half my money back in an exchange.

To its credit, the story telling has been improved, and clearly the story is concluded in this final title of the trilogy. Other than that...why is this $60?
