Feb 28, 2011A spectacular failure in terms of content and technical quality. Don't bother.
-
Jan 10, 2011Between lag, lockups, and a general lack of players, Bloody Good Time guarantees that you'll have anything but. [Feb 2011, p.79]
-
X-ONE Magazine UKJan 6, 2011Rather dull and lifeless. [Issue#67, p.101]
-
Jan 3, 2011The result is that the game's flow shudders and starts - a ponderous affair punctuated by sudden bouts of extremely messy and imprecise combat.
-
Games Master UKDec 29, 2010Terrible combat. [Jan 2011, p.89]
-
Dec 20, 2010Bloody Good Time tries to pour too much formula into a limited cup, causing overflow and mayhem – and not the good kind. Avoid this Bloody mess.
-
Dec 2, 2010Time is the worst enemy of this game. The first moments are great, but after a couple of hours it becomes incredibly monotonous and repetitive.
-
Nov 29, 2010The game feels unique, looks good, and adds a new twist not seen in a lot of multiplayer games.
-
Nov 20, 2010Bloody Good Time is the spiritual successor to The Ship. It maintains its quirky style of action and strategy combined with a Sim-like gameplay. At its current low pricepoint it's hard to pass up on.

Nov 18, 2010Quotation forthcoming.

Nov 18, 2010A funny sort of cat-and-mouse first person shooter with an original premise and style. An absolute bargain at the price, and a game that gives more expensive XBLA titles a run for their money. There's plenty of fun to be had, and Bloody Good Time certainly live up to its name.
-
Nov 9, 2010This game may offer some hours of fun, especially in multiplayer, and it is not expensive, but overall is has much to improve.
-
Nov 9, 2010Some nice black humour but way too tedious gameplay.
-
Nov 8, 2010Freaky, ironic, disrespectful, Outerlight's game is a nice FPS and a funny lesson on how to kill people in strange manners. Not a masterpiece of Xbox Live, but a worthy experience for multiplayer games addicted, at a cheap price.
-
Nov 8, 2010The concept may be a worthwhile shot in the dark, but its choppy execution is straight to video.
-
Nov 7, 2010With a more refined combat system, BGT would be a fine prospect at its slim price tag. As it is, it doesn't quite live up to its title, but then Fairly Good Time doesn't quite have the same ring to it.
-
Nov 5, 2010This unusual first-person shooter barely boasts enough content to justify even its budget price tag.
-
Nov 2, 2010Outerlight (The Ship) came up with a boosted version of its favorite genre : the murder game. And works rather nicely ! For 5 euros / 400 Microsoft Points on Steam and Xbox Live Arcade only ? Seriously: it's a good deal.
